I’m was waiting for a package to arrive there, I called and let them know and I know I will be charged when I pick that up. I am aware. Today I get the notification that the package was delivered but now it’s closed until Tuesday. No one called me. I know this service isn’t free. I wanted to call and leave a message like the recording says but your inbox is full apparently. Please clear it soon, and I have packages sent here because I don’t trust the neighborhood I live in not to have it stolen while I’m away at work. My guess is that the next person on shift didn’t know because it was just written on any old scrap piece of paper out of plain view or something. Not that important I suppose.

I dont know how this place doesnt have a higher rating. Ive been going here for 2 1/2 years to ship orders for my small business and Ive never had a bad experience. Customer service is always great and Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to get things done here. Theres all kinds of cute trinkets and gift items here to browse through. Seriously this is the best shipping service place in all of el paso and I highly recommend it.

Excellent service here! I needed a passport photo and a fingerprint card for the ATF and this was the only Postal Annex that I spoke with that offers fingerprinting service. They even have the FD-258 on hand for you. Both ladies present were very helpful and professional. Id go back here in a heartbeat!

Went to mail a package for my daughters birthday. I specifically told the girl there that I wanted it there by a certain day. She quoted me very high prices, I paid 41.00 to have sent via FedEx and now Im seeing the package wont arrive on time. When I called the location the lady who took my call an Yvonne said she would look into it then called back with really no resolution then hung up on me. When I called back it went to voice mail. Please dont send important packages from this location. They dont care if you are a satisfied happy customer, they have an I dont care attitude. I regret doing business here. They were referred by friends of mine. Terrible customer service.

Went to overnight a document through FedEx, great customer service! My document got there the next day with no problems. The store also has some great gift items for sale (small charms for friends, raw local honey, sports lanyards, etc.). I definitely prefer going to this location than having to deal with the terrible service at the post office.

It is right across from where I live, which makes it easy to ship my items. Theyre always very nice to me and the price for packaging and shipping is cheaper that the USPS office, and it is less crowded. The only down side is when you pay with a card you have to pay a minimum amount of $3 and up.

Quick and easy one-stop shop! Great customer service, they do all the packaging for me and make shipping easy! They compare rates with Fedex, ups and usps to make sure I received the best rate with the service I requested.

Bad customer service !!!!! The worst i have ever received ... tried to send a package and the lady was rude , kept rolling her eyes and making rude comments I asked her name and she refused to tell me ! I had to come in and found out her name is Adriana , can’t believe a person like is even working
