Employee sent back an ebay package to sender, and sender claims not having received anything. My renovation notice was sent to me by replying to an old email. I did not receive consistent quality service. I am highly disappointed.

I called inquiring about notary service and was told it would be $9 (2 signatures and a copy). I show up and wait in line. The lady gets to me and asks me to wait for her at a side table. She then proceeds to help the lady behind us. No biggie. It was quick. As the last customer leaves a man walks in needing to not only ship a package, but needs help boxing and securing the contents as well. She left us waiting as she went back and forth looking for the proper materials, all while talking and having a great time. If I was that man writing a review this would be a 5. Wish i could have received that kind of service. Obviously she didnt care for my business. We quietly left and I doubt she even noticed. We went down the street to PLS Check Cashing on Dyer. They had a notary immediately available, were super friendly, and it was $6 flat. We were in and out in a few minutes.

The first time I walked in I had a rough patch. So I didn’t know I had to have an ID to get a form notarized. I was already having a bad day because I needed that form sealed and faxed ASAP. I drove far and for the lady to tell me she couldn’t do it without an ID. Not only was I having a bad day, I thought maybe she was having one too. I was SOOO MAD. But guess what I came back today, this time with everything I thought I’d need and the same lady helped me. Everything went so much better and super fast!!!!! Best service by far and the time spent there was much appreciated. I’m a busy mom!!! People come prepared for the goods and the bads. Don’t review on your personal frustration because that’s what I wanted to do the very first day but because I was having a bad day. We all have those, some more than others. Be blessed!!! To get the form Notarized and faxed it was $8 I had a “friend” do the same service charged me $15. Price was good, service was fast and the lady(owner I believe) was friendly. That’s the same lady from my first visit. She knows what she’s doing, and from what I over heard she’s been doing it for 11+ years. She took 4 other customers before me and it only took her 5minutes. Fast!

I have been there three times now to send stuff out. Never more than a couple minutes in line and so much better than dealing with the actual post office.

Overcharged my husband for black and white prints. Charged it as color prints. And also printed photos on another occasion with parts of the images cropped off so the prints were useless and a waste of $

I went to send a package back to Amazon. Usually, the customer service representative asking to cancel a return and resubmit it again to e mail a return label directly to postal solution email adress. However, this lady was not in the mood I guess. She was on the phone and sounded very frustrated. Any way, she told me I have to go to UPS and she cant help me. Dont take your frustration on me. It is your job.

This place is just AMAZING. I go here maybe 2-3 times a week and the customer service is 100% fast and friendly. Not to mention the convenient location. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Very helpful staff. Prices are way lower than competitors prices. I needed to send an item back and did not have a box to put it in, competitor wanted $32.00 to box it up, Postal Solutions got it on its way for $8.00, thank you. I recommend checking this place out for all your shipping needs.

Editing my rating because the customer service has gone quite a ways down. No more friendly greetings, no acknowledgement when I said that I had pre labeled boxes to drop off, i guess they werent happy that i wasnt making an actual purchase. I set my boxes down then I was told to move to the other counter and she couldnt be bothered to help me move my 6 packages to the other register. I prefer the postal annex on gateway Blvd N.

Ive gone there to do finger prints, fax documents, and mail a package. Rose is always super helpful and attentive.

Ok place. Three stars because scanning to email is expensive. $3.00 even if it’s just one page! It’s a fast service but I will do my scanning somewhere else.

Bad service charged me $ 12 for notarized letters and told me to sign your son and you come and I went and did not want to put the stamp
