The drivers do not care about your vehicle. Mine was parked and got scraped from the hood and the rim in the process of loading to flatbed. Oil marks left on door handle too. Since it is not theirs, they could probably care less! Had some belongings missing too!

This company listened to my concerns in transporting our vehicle to a dealership for repair. They have a young man that knows how to safely load and secure low profile vehicles on to a flat bed. Our standards are very very high and Pete was unbelievable from start to end. ...perfect job!!!! His understanding of our concerns and explaining all that he was going to do before he actually started the job was outstanding. He has had some phenominal training and just a God given talent as far as his personality and ability to do what he does. Thank you!!!!!!

My brother had a car Collision and had to get vehicle towed. He had a mini safe with rare coins he collected in the car and 35 dollars in star notes. When we went to pick up his personal property the safe had been broke into and cleaned out along with tools. When we let the man at the front know he said they dont operate like that and we better have proof. To his surprise when we said we did have proof and the coins were mention in the police report his tone changed. then sayed their was nothing he could do... When we returned the following day to get last of none valuables. The yard boy said to us with out us asking hey they usually put cash inside the office. We looked at each other then replying who told you we were missing money?? Called our insurance for towing. They contacted this company for assistance. No one came. After 45 minutes, no one had called either. We called back to insurance but we’re recommended to contact AD Wrecker directly. Did so and had a man tell us that we provided the wrong address. Not correct. Ins company gave address. We weren’t part of that. Asked if there would be help soon bec we were on the shoulder of a freeway with high speed traffic. Not safe. Very hot midday el paso. He went on to say, “it’ll be a while”. When pointed out it has been a while, he said they skipped us for another call bec of the incorrect location. Would have been have to have notice of that. He didn’t care. Asked if he could give an ETA. Would not. Asked if it would be another hour more, less, or what—he hung up the phone on us.Just read the other reviews. These guys are predatory businesspeople. Go with another company.

Thsy were supposed to pickup my vehicle and tow it to a cat dralershop and did not showup or call the day scheduled. They said they called but that is not true. I waited for them to showup pr call for 7 hours at my residence

So today I was in need of a tow and when I called the receptionist/ dispatcher Told me that it would take 2 hours to get to me and that it would cost 66 dollars at the time it wasnt a big deal since I was still at work. But then the 2 hours came and went and when I called to check on the ETA of the tow truck the receptionist/ dispatcher told me that it would be another 30 minutes then 30 minutes quickly turned in to 2 more hours since I was tired of waiting in the 100° weather I went home and just waited for the driver to call me once the tow truck arrived at my house the driver Kevin was very professional unfortunately his supervisor or dispatcher told him that the tow would be 75 dollars plus tax and when I told him that I was told 66 dollars kevin Politely ask me to give him a few to verify and when he called his supervisor or dispatcher was being completely rude to him over the phone so much that I could hear it from where I was standing I felt so bad for him that I didnt even argue with him because clearly he isnt the problem. At this point it was clear to me that he had been set up for complete failure by his managers or dispatcher it is clear that you guys are in dire need of management training. To finish off kevin keep up the good work and I recommend you look for another job because it clear your higher ups can care less about you and how people treat you and needless to say I wont be using this towing company again or even recommend to anyone

Billy towed me to the shop yesterdayAnd while doing so they managed to cause damage to the axle they pulled, damaged the catwalk, and broke shock mount. Very very disgusted by this company. AD Towing is one of the biggest crooks in town!!! I called them to tow a wrecked truck from the accident scene to our yard. At first they had no problem doing that, then I get a phone call saying they needed to tow it to their yard because they were short staffed and would tow the unit to our yard the following morning at no extra charge when they had more drivers. I thought that was strange because our yard was closer than theirs and right off the interstate. It then took 3 days of phone calls getting nowhere and finally had to go in person and that is when I was given a tow bill including storage fees of $15955.78 for the truck $5495.78 for the trailer for a total of $21,451.56

Was involved in a wreck. They showed up to tow truck home. Not even 1/4 mile and the driver charged over $300. Called the office and the dispatch told me it they would of charged around 100. She told me to speak with a supervisor which I could never get a hold. I asked for Andy Dominguez, the owner, left messages but he never called back either.Plus if you want a careless tow company towing your vehicle, call them as the driver just dragged the truck onto flatbed. When another tow company sent by the insurance to pick up truck, the driver took the time,less than 2 minutes to undo a clip on the transmission to load truck on flat bed. This company is a rip off. No wonder they have the fleet of trucks. They cheat out the customer and insurance

I did not receive a call to confirm the dispatch was on the way so I called them and he proceeded to give me an attitude because I did not have an actual street address to give him. These guys are a scam. The army had a bunch of cars towed (illegally) from barracks parking lots by these guys, I show up to Pick up my motorcycle, they charge me for the tow and when I go to pay they claim to not have any change, then say I have to wait an hour so someone can walk me back to pick up my bike when I can see there are 3 guys in their office. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Only reason I give it 5 stars is so people would read my rating, I called before I went to pick up my vehicle, and they told me for been in there one day I would have to pay $142.65 and that I need it to bring the exact amount with coins and all if I was paying cash ,or I could pay with a Card ,also that I wouldnt get charge more until midnight (they are open 24 hours) when I got there it was like 6pm they had an ATM machine right next to the windows, and the man there first tell me is $162.65 wich is $20 dollars more of what I was told on the phone, and he insisted I might of had called very early morning cause that couldnt be, I had called @4pm ,Of course I didnt win that one,and when I give him my card to pay him he told me I had to used the ATM there, because they didnt take cards there whe the woman I spoke to had told me otherwise, and he was trying to keep my change of $180 dollars cause of the $2.65, since I only got $20 dollar bills out of the ATM, Be prepared to pay more than they tell you here, and also be prepared with different kind of change cause they will try to do this to u here, SMH!!

Although the wrecker driver was pleasant, the wrecker it self was poorly maintained and broke down before we even got to our destination. And the wrecker that was sent to pick us up didnt look much better and didnt have enough seats for us to go with our truck safely. So we had to call one of our company drivers to pick us and the trailer up.

Called the day before to make an appointment to get my car picked up. I made the mechanic appointment based off of that. Said they would be here by 8:30. By the time 10 rolled around I had enough and to be courteous called to cancel. I had to call several times before anyone answered. When they finally picked up and I told them I was calling to cancel since its 2 hours past when they said they would be here I was put on hold. It was obvious from his tone when I said why I was calling that I was purposely left on hold. They never came back on the line so I just hung up. A man ended up still showing up soon after and I simply told him I had cancelled. I called star towing who showed up in 30 minutes and were very nice and professional. They were even cheaper as well. Dont waste your time and money with A D towing. There are plenty of other tow companies who actually want your business.

These guys are so unprofessional and have no concept of customer service. My husband was stuck at a pilot in Van Horn . They gave him an ETA of 2 hrs at 9:41 am...then they gave him an ETA of an hr...my husband saw the tow teuck on the freeway and the guy went right past the exit. When my husband called his dispatch (hes a truck driver) they called the tow truck company and they told dispatch that they went to the other pilot in van horn...there is only one pilot in van horn. So when the tow teuck guy finally got there it was 6:41 pm! My husband sat in his truck in the Texas heat for 13 hours! The pilot didnt have anywhere for him to sit out of the heat because of covid19. The driver than proceeded to talk on the phone in Spanish to his boss. Told his boss thank you for lunxh and also told him he went home and took a nap after lunch while my husband sat in the heat. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

These guys are the worst, first of miss there pick up times for my vehicle twice. Then took it upon themselves to reschedule without advising our insurance company. On top of things the person who answer there phone on 12/28/2019 @9am had an attitude from hell, not apologetic, opinionated, and talking about “dumping my vehicle”. This is really reassuring! Fortunately my insurance provider was in formed and a BETTER company assisted.

These guys are a scam ! I called for a tow and within 10mins later we canceled the tow. They had already hit my card for the tow and when I canceled they said I would need to talk with the girls in the office the next day when they arrived to work. I called at 8am and was told she arrives at 9am. Called at 9:40 and was told she was just walking in. I got a flat at 5pm. By the time the roadside assistance got the towing set up it was 530. I was told 60 minute wait time. 2 hrs later, I was told the tire shop was now closed and I would need to pay to have the car towed to my home because it was out of range. I informed them they were needing to tow further because of their own delay. I was told pay or no tow. Best they can do was tow to the closed shop and leave it in the parking lot. Finally at 830pm, my car was at the parking lot and I had to then find a ride home. I only thank God my children were not with me for the 4hr torment I endured with this terrible roadside company and terrible tow service. I fear that someone would have seen my vulnerable situation and taken advantage of me. I hope no one else is hurt in the future by this companys unsafe practices. I arrived home at 9pm, 4 hours after the entire ordeal.

I almost reported my car stolen when they picked it up from downtown and took it somewhere other than my house. Then he says hell bring it to me, hours later, after he fixes his own mechanical problems?? Why did you take my car anywhere else other than where you were told? Especially on a completely different side of town? Not surprised at the LACK of professionalism at all. When WE finally called and found the guy with our car on his tow truck it was literally on the outskirts of town and they refuse to allow us on the property to retrieve it. I was smart enough to keep my keys. Theives, just not smart ones. Involving the police. Use ANYONE else.

Like many others have expressed, interaction with this company was very negative. Vehicle was removed from Housing property on a Friday. When we called to get information, they let us know that the vehicle could be moved outside of the property once the $116.65 was paid, since the car could not be started. However when we arrived to pay the fee, they informed us that after 5pm they could not move the car out of the lot and that we would now have to wait until Monday and pay an extra $63 to get the car out. They did not give us this information when we called and they told us they are open 24 hours, so we did not have any reason to assume there would be a cutoff time. If they are a 24 hour business, why wouldnt they have the ability to move the car at any time? Perhaps the complaints need to start going directly to the Housing Authority so they can review if this is the type of company they want to be associated with.

Didnt bother to give us all details before we drove from the other side of town. Felt as though because of the locations they pick up at that they didnt have to treat us with respect. Just because you pick up with the Housing Authority other areas doesnt mean that you have to treat everybody like your Superior.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Employees are rude, very slow customer service. I went today to recover my car because my car was towed for some reason I’m yet to be explained. The employees “J” was super rude he took more than 40 minutes to let me take my car. This guy told me to wait outside so He could walk me to my car and apparently he forgot to go outside I had to wait In the sun (was 95 degrees burning hot) he didn’t bother to go out I had to inside again and another guy walked me to my car. I also asked the guy why they never came to my apartment complex when I called and he just answered “We only go if we have free time” like what type of response is that, thank god I decided to record everything. Also when I went to pick up my car they asked “At what time was your car picked up” like if I’m going to know they don’t call they don’t do nothing this company is just a totally rip off never make business with this place.

It was late in the evening but we didnt have to wait long the guy came and took the car in a heartbeat. He was serious but he was careful and respectful of the vehicle he was towing.

Filed a complaint. Driver was doing 40mph on a 15mph school zone, between the 12th and 13th hundred block of Arizona. Called to complain. Dispatcher said she would talk to the driver.

This freaking place does not even deserve one star. They pick up my vehicle while visiting my mother. She lives at housing complex, and I got here exactly an hour after they picked it up and they tell me its gonna be 45 more minutes for my vehicle to get here because his minion is picking up more cars. Really? So they get your vehicle and parade around town with it while youre sitting here waisting your time. To top it off $140 just to get my vehicle back. Hopefully their little chunk they get for towing is enough to buy their Christmas presents. Do they tow out of low income apartments because they know the residents cant just jump and get their cars out that very day,more convenient for them to hold cars and rack up those fees right?

This towing company was hired to load horse trailer for us at $275 trailer could not get loaded so he impounded the trailer and drove it 30 miles to his in pound lot and charge our company $1023 dollars to get our stuff back what a rip off. we didn’t fine out where trailer was move until Monday to his place until three days later.
