Person was friendly & so was staff at the tow yard. Only complaint is that I feel theyre very expensive. Wanted to charge me $150 to take my vehicle home which was literally 2minutes away. Ive had other towers charge me less when location was near. The $150 was the same charge if taken to their yard which was in the Northeast (30miles away from my location) so honestly, it didnt make sense to me.

Called on Sunday for a tow truck but no one answered the phone after calling a few times.

When calling for a price range whoever answered the phone was very very rude, when your representative answers rude no one is gonna wanna do business with you all. If he doesn’t like his job maybe he should look else where. Very unprofessional and very rude customer service.

So I was coming back from Cloudcroft to El Paso at night and I hit a really bad pot hole right at the state line. It bent my rim and the air came out. Unfortunately my car doesn’t come with a spare so I had to get a tow truck. I googled somebody close and DEPENDABLE TOWING took care of me. Very friendly and professional. Danny got there in 20 min and took my car! Thanks again!!!

I did not do business with them. I called them and asked for a tow. They sent me a text asking for info to which I replied. I never received a call back after and went with Best towing next door. Also they wont allow passengers in tow trucks.

They were very prompt and professional. The one who towed my car patiently waiting for me to get cash from an ATM. When I couldnt find an ATM in the area he allowed me to use credit card.
