I took my car to this place to get fixed after a crash. My car ended up worse than before I took it. I waited a month a half because they were waiting for a new part to come in for them to turn it in back to me with the same part it had when I had crashed. I now also have 10 sensors missing from my car, a compressor, and fuses. This place is ran by a crook.

I dropped off my car on a Friday to have them worked on the sun roof(it wouldnt closed)a Monday early, gave instructions to please place car inside the garage due to the heavy rains. I was promised by Blanca secretary that they will be doing that. I went back on Monday at 8am only to find my car outside!! Cup holders were filled with water to the top, my car stereo was not longer working. Blanca was disrespectful and pete solis the owner, I called him multiple times and he has not answered any of my calls. If u want your car to be fine stay away from this collision center from hell. They dont deserve a star but it was the only way to place my review.

It took almost 3 months to fix tha car, terrible work, never got any update of my car. They use my car almost 150 miles I dont know why and where. Not recomended

Great service from Pete Solis Collision Center-I Was updated throughout the whole repair process-All the damages including the additional damages found were repaired and brought up to insurance co. (Which they handled)- 3 Years after repair; everything is holding up great including paintDefinitely recommend

We had a little mishap with our car.. nothing major.. no one hurt. Recommend by my friend, it was nice to see a business that looks out for the customer. Robbie got us the part for less than expected and treated us with kindness. Work done in record time and well done! Do not use these guys!!!!!Took our truck in for some body work due to the place we took it to for an oil change messed up as they were driving it in to the shop. Took it to Pete Solis and took 3 weeks for minor repairs, they were paid and when they called that truck was ready the work was done poorly. Truck was dirty from the inside and side mirror was broken. Left the truck to redo the repairs, clean truck from the inside and replace broken mirror said it would be ready in a week but still not ready. Phone calls not returned, very poor customer service.

Had a small fender bender. Pete and staff are friendly and efficient. Repairs were on point. Excellent work and experience dealing with all of the staff! Robbie was great also...

Took more than a month to repair basic front end work, didn’t fully reimburse me for rental car. Had to return then next week after repairs went defective, my hood wouldn’t close and lights stopped working. Never use these guys

My car went into the shop on October 1st I got it back around November 15th. now mind you I had the right front tire ripped off, so it caused alot of damage. however when I got the car back they had failed to fix all the damage. as I was driving it I noticed my a/c wasnt working(turns out it was a broken a/c line) when making sharp turns the right side would make klunking noises, the car vibrated really bad, even on smooth roads (broken motor mounts), and my right half shaft is heating up so much hotter and. greaseir than the left side.(supposedly this is normal due to it being longer, its not by the way) they have now had my car since November 25, I called them on the second of December, they told me that they were waiting on a/c line to come in. that it should be done by the end of the week. I then called them on the 9th they told me they should be calling me that day or the next to come pick my car up. they didnt so I called my insurance and told them what was going on the rep called and spoke with the same person Ive been dealing with, he guaranteed my car would be done by the 12th. it is now the 17th of December and still no car. exact same excuse is being thrown around waiting on a/c line.

I was sent there by USAA for an assessment on my car after an accident. I didnt have an appointment and just walked in; within 5 minutes I was being taken care of and 15 minutes later I was outta there. Everyone was really nice and cordial, they had coffee and donuts, and Robbie (the gentleman who handled the assignment) was friendly, fast, and a delight to work with. I got my car fixed at this location and boy does this place suck! They replaced my front headlight (which nothing was wrong with it). And the replacement is defective l. I have been calling them for 3 weeks and I still can’t get it resolved. There paint job sucks as well. They said in time it will get better! DO NOT I replete DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!

Extremely pleased with the customer service and body work. Had the worn out fenders rhino painted and rust spots removed from the hood. Easily made a 16 year old Jeep Wrangler look 10 years younger. Could not be happier with the final product and would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I live in Las Cruces but my car broke down in El Paso. After getting it towed to their shop they were so professional in letting me know what was wrong with my car in a timely manner, a very comprehensive and competitive quote and had it repaired when they said they would. This place does amazing work and they are professional and courteous. Ive trusted my car here twice and have been more then pleased both times.

Unfortunately, I had to pick one star in order to post my comment but this place doesnt deserve that. When I made the arraignments to drop off my vehicle I also made arraignments for them to go ahead and order the parts that were needed so they would have them ready to install. I was told it wasnt a problem. When I dropped it off, the parts were not ordered. I also had to tell them the color of my vehicle because they had it written down wrong on the estimate. After three weeks (longer then promised) I went to pick it up and the whole front of my vehicle was a different color. They never fixed the paperwork, or whoever put the car back together never noticed the two different colors (grey and dark blue). And after a year the paint is chipping and washing/rubbing off. I refuse to take my vehicle back there. I have to have it repaired again but they will NOT be doing the work!

Took my vehicle in after a really bad wreck. Everyone was very friendly. It did take about 12 days to fix over $4000 worth of damages. I am glad they took their time. Always updated and very friendly. Highly Recommended.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. horrible job. They had my car for 9ver 3 weeks and when I got it back it the bumper was not places on correctly was barely hanging on. The bottom of the bumper was scratched and something was left inside my trunk making it rattled. This is the worst shop ever do not take anything here.
