Dont get this company they hustle me the towing was suppose to be $47 and they charged me $75 I have used my CC before and all of a sudden now they have a policy they need a a DL to tender the payments. Armando was rude and they tried to take off with my car I did show them my ID and didnt want to accept it. Will never do business with them again i dont recommend them at all.

I called Garcia Wrecker to schedule a tow,The person that answerd the phone was very friendly and helpful .He gave me an estimated time of arrival of 15 minutes .I think they arrived in about 12 minutes . The driver Jesus,was courteous ,professional ,and clean. Had a problem with my truck, had to get it towed. Called Garcia Wreckers Service, they said It would take 25-40 min, they got there in 20! Armando was professional, nice and handled everything. Pricing was very reasonable, definitely will call Garcia Wrecker Service next time I need a towing service.

Amazing experience! Garcia wreckers were professional courtesy and FAST!! I called some Dominguez towing company said they would be there in 40 min 2 hours nothing no call no show. Garcia said they would show up in 30 got there in 20!! Great cheap pricing like really great laid back and polite. They will be the first people i called no doubt about it.

Great towing service

Jesus showed up for the pickup. I explained to him any extra cost wasnt a problem for me and I would pay him. He proceeded to complain about everything as if he didnt want the work. When I told him I wasnt concerned about the extra work because I was going to pay what he asked, he started getting angry and complaining about everything. Does he not realize that not everyone works in the towing business? He even tried blaming the argument on me because of my attitude and proceeded to tell me my charge would have been different if I didnt have an attitude. What kind of business is that? I read some similar reviews where the person said they acted the same way. Even the drop off of the vehicle was difficult, and I know he tried everything he could to make it harder. Long story short I paid 150$ to move about 6-8 miles if not less, dealt with a guy named Jesus who said he was the owner of the company, and had the longest most difficult towing process Ive ever been through. Im interested to see if he responds to this comment and tough talk me like he has the rest of his bad reviews.Also during all of this, he had a man in the complex walk up to him and try to get some information about the towing company and how it works, after Jesus was so rude to the man, he gave Jesus his business card back and told him to save the business card and walked off.Just call someone who wants your business. Trust me

I called a different towing company and had set up to get my car picked up. The guy told me to call him later so we can meet up. When the time came when I was in the area he never picked up my phone call. I called him three times. I had to get this done so I called Garcia and he came very quick. He was very nice and cheaper than all the other places I called and he actually called and answered. I’m keeping the card for future incidents.

This by far the worst towing service Ive experienced. The fact they are associated with USAA is a problem. This is my second day waiting for my vehicle. Waiting over about three hour for you to do a job Ive already paid for. Unbelievable. I would really rate you a negative five stars.

The service provided was great! Armando was very caring with my car, he took his time to make sure my car wouldnt get too damaged in the process since my car is super low to the ground. The other that I talked too wasnt very nice... there was something that was inevitable with my car and they were quick to yell and put armando down over something so small even though we told him we were ok with what happened. Could not give me a quote over the phone. When I asked for one, I was told the base price is $52 and it goes up from there depending on mileage and equipment used to toe. I asked if he could at least take my address so he could calculate the miles and give me a more accurate quote over the phone, and he said no.

I was a bit skeptical on calling after I read some of the reviews. Some saying that they change the price and all. I figured I would put that aside being that I am a firm believer of Paying a man his due wages. Point being, I did use this service and I do approve of them. I got stranded on Saturday around 7-8pm on an entrance to the freeway. I was freaking out!! I called 4 tow companies. The 1st would be there in about an hour & charge $125 or $175. The second one said the same time but $75. The third said the same time, at least, for $85. Finally I called Garcia. The guy who answered said about 25 mins for even cheaper. I said ok. He asked my info for a callback so the driver knows where hes going. I put my phone down & it rings. Its the driver who says hell be there in about 10 mins. I didnt even have time to freak out anymore. He was there so quick & even stopped at a gas station so I could get cash to pay him. This is the 2nd time I get awesome service but the 1st that I can actually tell people about it. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GARCIA WRECKER 😉

Garbage!!! They were dispatched sending me a text saying they would get my car with in 45 minutes, I waited over an hour before calling them to find out they cancelled the dispatch with no reason and no notice.
