Spoke to a rep for a tow truck which would take about another. I was able to start my car and got about a half mile closer to my house. I called this place various times to let them know, that I was still needing the tow truck but they never answered their phone or called me back. After getting my car started and moving about a half mile at a time, I eventually made it home. This place didnt bother answering their phone or even having the courtesy or professionalism to check on my status. How pathetic but thank you for saving me $100. 😀

This company town my BMW 650i in a very poor manner. Employee never asked for my ID. My vehicle was drag from the street a parked illegally in front of my house. The driver told me to call AAA again to get someone else to parked properly.

Super expensive $150 for a 5 min towing and very unprofessional do yourself a favor and don’t call them.

They were too busy to even show up !!?.

Great customer service. Showed up early. Charged what they said they would over the phone. Drivers quite knowledgeable about vehicles and problems associated with them. Even made recommendations on brands to buy and avoid based on what they see in the field. A unique perspective I wasnt expecting.

My truck had a flat tire today and I contacted AAA, they sent Best Wrecker Service and Nick Colby had me back on the road in a few minutes. It is evident that Nick takes pride in his work! Whoever trained him did a good job. If I have future towing needs I will contact Best Wrecker Service!

Scheduled the day prior for a tow the following day between 10-1030. Driver did not show up until 1145. Why schedule appointments and not have a truck available? When scheduling the appointment I was quoted $65 and ended up being charged $70, even after being over an hour late. The driver was also rude trying to coerce my wife to take my car to their preferred shop and not the dealership. I do not recommend them and won’t be using their service in the future.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. They came for my car because i was going to get booked for a violation on december 11 at 9:09 am on the corner of hondo pass and mount rushmore(ne), i watch the driver drive my car , working perfectly ,up his flatbed then takes it to the impound lot on railroad. I get to the city impound lot on 11615 railroad on dexember 12 at 6:00pm. When i get there ,the front desk tells me my batttery is dead and my car wont start. The lot says i cannot go and switch out batteries or do any mechanics in thier yard. The only way to get it out is to tow it coincidentaly. The point is , this driver ,whoever this idiot was (invoice 52999) purposely left my lights on.they do this to make you call them back to tow it out of the city lot. I hope noone goes through this type of unproffesionalism. The worst thing is i lived in the north east 20 years, so for a company from the north east to do this is dissapointing. F best wrecker and towing. The only thing theyre best at is screwing hard working people over . Get real jobs.

This company is really bad, they charge me 250.00 dlls, for take my car 17miles to my house. They did not tell me anything about ant charge because my house is in another State, SANTA TERESA, Please don’t use this company

Dishonest company. After a serious car accident, they charged me twice for one tow and had to pay two tows to get it out of carlot. Horrible iexperience

It took two hours for them to come and take my car to the mechanic. I was told they werent close close but he would be on his way after he was done with his previous calls paper work. One hour later he finally showed with 30 minutes left until my mechanic closed. It was extremely inconvenient and I will not be using them again.

Stay away from they are a very dishonest company they will charge you more then what they said when they drop your vehicle off,they will also try and have you pay cash with no receipt so they don’t have to clam it money goes right into their pocket do not let them talk you into having your vehicle to their lot if so you are in big trouble,again a Mickey Mouse company and very dishonest,stay away from.
