I did not go in the facility my son did we were getting a part for my car. He located it quickly we were there no more than an hour. So I cant speak for the customer service but I know my son is satisfied with the service otherwise he wouldnt go there. The outside was clean enough and organized. Know having shared this experience please allow me to share a wonderful web sight it is free private no commercials no tagging. I drove from out of state unaware that the gentleman that pulls parts was not working. Mario was able to get my parts I needed. Because I did not take any tools. So thank you for all you did. Low quality parts at the high prices. This business also deceives on its pricing, they change the price of the part to their convenience at the check out window. This people need to get reported to the inspectors.It is a franchise, so the one replying is not the actual owner and neither resolves any issues. The owner replies trying to make the place look good but nothing else to help the customer.

I think is a good business if you need and can pull the parts of a car yourself. Its less expensive of course. I just accompanied someone. I didnt went inside the junk yard. I stayed in the car.

Hi want to highly recommend this place to sell junk cars or unwanted cars. The staff is knowledgeable and has an excellent service. Personally Luz helps me all the time I go. She is very reliable and has a lot of knowledg when it comes to questions and and car estimates .

Have made a few trips to this junk yard. Like that all makes are organized in model car rows with numbers on rows. You look up model os car in computer and it prints out for you, Parts I have found are in reasonable condition and lots less than EBAY,,,,

I went to buy a part and when I went to pay I was charged for the incorrect part these ladies who work here have no idea what they are doing. They can’t identify the right parts and were charging extra money for parts that I was not buying. They started arguing with me when I tried to correct them about the part. I didn’t buy the part I left it there. I wasted my time removing the part and I will not be coming back ever again. The lady who said she was the supervisor is rude she has no social skills argues with customers even though she’s wrong. I took my businesses somewhere else found the part for the same price and they had it on hand on another junkyard.

Very organized. They have a computer before you go in that helps you find exactly where to find the car that you are looking for .Good prices , be ready with your tools . Employees are very helpful.I wish that they had the option where you can ask an employee to get the parts for you in case you need more expertise or rent a tool for an extra charge .

Horrible service and prices are the the same or higher than full serve salvage yards. Almost $50 for an old distributor than can be found for about $40 at a full serve yard, they charged extra for cap and rotor. High prices and employees are rude. Consider this business as your last option.

Three stars because every time I go there I leave in a bad mood. I like that the prices are advertised up-front but I hate the creativity they use at the checkout because its common for them to classify lots of the miscellaneous parts wrong and you have to be an expert on their entire parts list to catch them making the mistakes. Today I tried to buy a trunk organizer from a Crown Victoria and the people at the checkout insisted that the price of a pickup bed liner was the correct price. I left it there and discovered later when I got home that theres a price for a Cargo liner for 1/3 of what they tried to charge me. You also need to know in advance that theyre going to try to charge for each and every little thing they can. So a Crown Victoria headlight is a headlight lens, a headlight bulb, a turn signal bulb and two bulb sockets if you simply snip the wires and take the whole thing off of the car.

Sold me a tire that had a nail in it, that I couldnt even put on my car, then I took it back in a couple days and they said I could only take it back within 2 days, even though he told me 30 day return policy. I return, and Alex the worker is very rude. Made me waste 22$ and wouldnt even give credit. Will NOT return here again. Also, should be reported to CDC for lack of masks and social distancing. DONT BUY ANY TIRES HERE RIP OFF

Excellent place to go! I have been in U Pull it yards from the Midwest to the West coast and this is the best run yard I have been at. Here is what I like about Pull-A-Part. Easy access right off the highway to their yard. Huge well organized inventory of cars there. Prices were great and they have employees with vehicles that will help you get your parts back to the cashier. The yard is also very clean for a junkyard. It is clear that the mgmt makes an effort to take pulled parts that are left on the ground and move them into trunks of cars to clear the area. So you can easily get around the cars and maneuver your wheelbarrow to the next row. Seriously, I have never seen this level of clearing up junk parts on the ground ever before, and I have been to a lot of Pull It yards. Staff was friendly and prices were very reasonable. I live in the Midwest and wish the yards in my area were modeled on this one. Keep up the good work and I will make it a point to stop again when traveling through the area.

Super clean and organized. Unfortunately that means a lot of the good stuff is gone by the time it hits the yard. All the workers were nice and polite. All the other yards operate on mass volume and can be difficult to search. Here, if they say its there, its there. Even when its down to nearly nothing left. Didnt get anything because my targets that day were all stripped of the stuff I wanted, but they do offer to put you on a notification list for vehicles youre looking for. I live 300 miles away or Id have done it.

The only thing I hate is your automated phone service.

Awesome place, helpful staff and lots of parts. $2 to enter and you just pay for what you take. Reasonable prices on things and for body panels you might save a ton of money vs buying online.Other than general descriptions like Imports Ford etc there isnt any order so multiple cars of the same type you may be looking for are spread out in the lot. Luckily you can narrow it down using the counter up front to tell you which rows the cars you are looking for are, but you can also look on your phone on their website, then you just gotta go to that row. This is very handy!

As a VIP Member Ive shopped at this location quite a bit for foreign vehicles to American cars recently I stopped by looking for a set of wheels for a Chevy Tahoe and had an amazing experience with everyone from going into the yard to when it came time to checkout the only downside is the lack of classic American cars which I would love if they brought them back to this particular yard perhaps 1970s era Cadillac coupe DeVilles and Sevilles so I can get to work on my classic other than that its a great location for all your needs and very reasonable pricing and respectful employees! Keep it up you guys! 👍

Best place to find used parts. Real friendly. They charge 2 dollars to Enter but waive it for police and military.Parts are easy too find. Cars are not crammed in. Its a pull it yourself place and they have golf carts and wagons. I think they may charge for them. I bring an old bucket.I recommend a wheel barrel and check over your tools to make sure you have everything. I forgot a socket and another guy was to happy to help.

I called twice today to try to get a quote on selling my vehicle and the agents I have spoken to have been extremely rude. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and eventually just hung up the phone. I dont recommend using them for any kind of service at all.

Always used to come here for my Chevy as parts are interchangeable and usually plentiful. There search system is also very convenient when you first arrive and prints out the sections of any vehicle (if there) that you need. Wish they had one of these in Washington

The yard is very organized. Upon entry you are charged $2, if you tell them what vehicle you are looking for they can give you a list of vehicles available and the row where it is located. I have been here many times in the last few months for Jeep and Volkswagen parts. I have found what I needed every time. Prices are reasonable.

Best junk yard in town. Always have a lot to choose from. But be forewarned theres no Diesel pickups. But they have just about everything else. Process are also very competitive to other junk yards of not better.

Friendly staff and easy to do business. Called ahead and confirmed vehicle had parts I needed. Highly recommend, saved money pulling the parts and replacing them myself.

I called ahead to see if they had the part I needed and to price. They gave me the price and I headed there. Got there, and not only did they not have the part - they barely even had the vehicles to match. I got a part from a similar vehicle and asked if I get a refund if its no good. They said yes in person AND over the phone. I tried the part out in THEIR parking lot and it didnt work. Instead of a refund, I was offered store credit? If my vehicle breaks down THAT much, I shouldnt have it to begin with. I dont mind the $2 cover JUST to even walk into the place, or the employees who look at everyone as if theyre bums, or even how they put the vehicles so close together that you cant enter them. I just think the customer service and business model needs a DRASTIC improvement.

Did not have what I needed but search inventory app they have made it easy to find out the parts I needed were not there.

Found everything I needed and more. I needed an a/c line that cost $240 at the dealership other junk yards would sell for $45-$65, they sold it to me for $13. Wont go anywhere else another thing if you plan to stay long, make sure to take good tools, summer clothes and lots of water.
