Alan saved me. It was my first day in El Paso. After crazy rains, my car was stuck in the mud and water. It had settled in so was completely stuck on one side, tilted from the shifting mud, and submerged in about a foot. Alan was right there to help in about 45 minutes. He was professional, accommodating, positive, and calm amidst the storm. He was able to get my car out using his truck and wood, and he got himself a little too dirty shoveling the mud around the wheels. Thank you, Alan and Westside Towing and Roadside Assistance!

Our relative had a mishap out in Fort Hancock and I was able to get Westside Towing to assist us on a Sunday. No one was answering and when I was assisted the professionalism and willingness to help came with a welcoming representative. I was driving up to California when my rear wheel tire blew out in the middle of the night. I was missin a few parts to change the tire, but the company came through and helped me out in the end. The Kid (Stephen) was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable guy, even gave me information on the best place to buy new tires and cheap replacement parts. Hands down the best experience Ive had with a towing company.

Sometimes when youre having a bad day and your vehicle breaks down its great to know that you have a helping hand thats what Westside towing service gave to us .
