My 10 year old son went to cut his hair. Mona did a great job on his haircut. She even FaceTimed with my wife to make sure my son’s hair was to her standards.Mona was very amicable, professional and personable to my son making his first experience at Sports Clips wonderful. I was going to have her defer on the massage because I know he is ticklish. He didn’t tickle and he enjoyed it.I would highly recommend Mona!!

I’m pretty specific about how I like my hair to be cut. It’s also hard to screw it up. That said…the girl that cut my hair this time took a total of 8-9 minutes to do what others take 20-25 minutes to do. I was so frustrated I tipped her and left because I know she’s trying to make a living…but come on. Slow down, listen to the customer, ask questions. I always say, “I don’t want my hair to look like a mushroom.” Today, it’s a big uneven mushroom.

Extremely unhappy with the system. I came in at 11:15am on Sunday June 13th and put my name into the system. I was told it would be a 90 minute wait and I would also receive a text. So that I could run errands. When I got back within my time my name had been bumped off the wait list, and I never received a text. Now I will have to have a shaggy haircut for my Family pictures. This makes me never want to use sports clips again.

I can only speak for one stylist at this location Mona but she is awesome always friendly and takes her time even though shes super busy I go to sport clips because of her

Great place for haircuts, this is the only place that has ever gotten my hair right. Anywhere else gives people buzz cuts.

It was a great cut and great, friendly stylists. Only slight complaint is they need more help there. There were only 2 stylists and so the wait was more than an hour.

I REALLY wish they had a scheduling system so we could schedule with a stylists in advance. I have been accustomed to doing that for years and I miss having that option. My experience at this location has been positive and consistent.

I never write reviews, but this place is Horrible, my husband had his hair cut yesterday (Alirio) 12/4/2020 and they chopped it off horrible, you can see how uneven it is, now he has will have to wear a hat, to cover it up, I can probably do a better job, and I have never cut hair before. Is ridiculous that you have to pay for someone to RUIN your hair... Totally unacceptable.

Husband had been in hospital. . .haircut makes you feel better, right? He came out and it was the worst haircut hed ever gotten at this location. Said girl was new. It will be a long time, if ever, we go back. That girl needs a LOT more practice. We did get is straightened out at another shop.

Have been there many times. This time I went was 2-24-2019. I just walked in as I have always done. There were 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I sat there over 45 minutes. I gentleman came and said that he had just signed 10 minutes ago online. They took him right back for his hair cut. I dont know about anyone else but after waiting over 45 minutes, I got up and told them to remove me from there list. The lady then started acting like I meant something to them. To late, I left and will never got back there again. I had to give a rating or 1 because there was nothing less. If they would have had a negative rating it would have been the lowest one available.

The Hot towel and massage leading up to the haircut was extremely relaxing

Great haircuts at a fair price. It is sometimes moderately crowded but you move up fairly quickly when they are fully staffed (usually 3 to 4 stylists). Staff are very friendly and professional. Computerized systems are present that lets your stylist know what you usually like done, though they always ask what you would like done. There is also have a new computerized check-in system (which looks similar to the checkout terminal) so there is never a question of who is next. ===> Please remember to leave a fair/generous tip. That lets the stylist know you appreciate them!

Hire more workers. There are 8 chairs in this place and Ive never seen more than 3 people working cutting hair. Usually its only 2. About the only time I can come and their not be a wait is late in the evening right before closing. Dont even bother during the weekends. Decent haircut but really getting sick of the long waits.

I had the best experience! The staff was so friendly and the manager was the sweetest and most productive person i have ever met. she seemed to be doing everything and more to make sure everyone had a great experience. previous poster i dont know what your problem is but no body is perfect and you can get over yourself.

If you are closed on a Hallmark holiday like Mother’s Day then you need to post it online. Note a tiny little note on your door that says closed for mother’s day. I checked in online and drove to your location and there was the little sign....can’t wait for this location to close. I won’t be back......

A little expensive but they do a good job. You can choose the options you want. My grandson loves to go there with me.

DONT BOTHER trying out the Edmond, Ok Sport Clips. I am a loyal customer to the Sport Clips Store in Derby, KS and I would never consider their service anywhere below par or even par for that matter. I expected the same high quality of service at the Edmond location but, I was hugely disappointed. The stylists attitude made me feel like I had ruined her day by asking for a haircut. Her people skills needed some serious work. I asked for my normal #1 medium fade with a trim on top and a tapered neck line. What I got was a high fade with a lopsided trim and a square neckline. When I visit Edmond again Ill be looking for another place to get a cut. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Now Im off to write a 5 star review on the sport clips in Derby, KS.

A quick and safe bet. Nothing that stands out, but a good place for a trim.

Went in to get 8 months of growth trimmed a few inches, and after discussing it with the stylist she just hacked away at it. No one would ever ask for the cut I got. Stylists spent most of their time whispering amogst themselves while I was getting my hair butchered. Weird and infuriating experience.I was told to ask for Mona, and I should have waited for her. As it is I wont ever be back.You dont cut off a foot of hair without making sure. Beyond pissed.

The worst barber shop I have ever been to. The lady could not give me the style o wanted and instead of just saying she could not, she proceeded and messed my hair up. Just maintain your current barber. This place is dissapointing.

Terrible. Whenever I told them what I want they said ok, but after the haircut was done, It was the complete opposite of what I wanted. The stylist didn’t say 1 word to me and I said I only wanted half inch cut off from the top and she left not even an inch on the top. Never go here

Never have got my hair cut done how I wanted. I was told to expand my horizons....

I ask for a scissor cut on top for my son. After I saw the end result and questioned whether she used scissors or clippers she said that her fingers are small so her scissor cuts are shorter. It literally looks like she used a number 2 guard. And after telling them it was our turn three times we were skipped repeatedly.Dont go.
