Took my kids on a Saturday morning. Checked in online and got in right away once arriving. This is a fairly new location and my first time going but BOTH my son & daughter got really great haircuts at this location! We will be going here next time! Angell has been my barber for over a year now and I haven’t let anyone else touch my hair. I met her at the Norman location (which is where I live) since then I have followed her to this location. She’s literally one of the best barbers I have met! This company is lucky to have her. She’s very sweet and professional when it comes to her job. You can tell this is something she loves to do. I highly recommend y’all to give her a visit!

I came too close to the end of the shift, they were ready to go home at 4:00 and only had two stylists. I put my name in online and still had to wait 35 minutes even though the app said I would be ready in 10 and that was before I even arrived. They never offered any special treatment, they just cut my hair(no offer for shampoo or up charge treatment) and we’re ready to leave. I was rushed out of the chair, charged and was finally able to leave an hour+ later than I expected.

Did not follow stylist request. Appeared not to have experience. Did not clean hair from neck. Will have to go somewhere else to fix the issues. Very disappointed with service. $20 haircut will now cost me an extra $25 to get fixed somewhere else. I do not trust sport clips anymore.

The only place I will get my haircut.. excellent service. And whatever game you want to watch the will put it on for you. And the app lets you know the wait time so very convenient

Incompetent queueing system, I walked in and checked in to be in the waiting list and was told that I will get a call when its my turn. Never got the call after I waited long enough, came in and was told two people checked in online after me and will be served first, incompetent system and people

Love going to this place. Jubilee is one of my favorite stylist. She does a fantastic job and treats her customers well. One of the reasons i come back. Keep up the great work.

Amanda is a great manager. I had an issue with the original stylist who was working on my hair cut. Amanda did everything she could to make the situation right. If I go back to sports clips at this location I would only trust Amanda.

I went in for a free haircut today, I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve never been to a sport clips before. I was welcomed in With nothing but smiling faces. Jordan was the young lady who gave me my haircut today. She gave me the full MVP package. She was very nice and polite, Great conversation and included me in every decision that we made. She explained everything as she went. She made it very comfortable to be in the shop. I will be sending people to see her, and I will be back for sure. Five stars all the way around!!

Good and/or decent hair cut. Price is pretty reasonable compared to other chain hair places. The perks offered like hot towel and the like I have zero interest in. I have long hair and was just want some of the length off. It was alright but I wont lie, I was not really happy with it. I guess if you have one of the seven standard man cuts they probably work well for you. Im not meaning to be too harsh, just honest. Not my first choice but I wouldnt have a problem going there again.

Did not check me in right. Took 3 Customers before me that checked in after me. New employee used clippers on the top of my head (male), and did not leave bangs longer. Very poor experience.

Do NOT go here. This was my first, and last visit to this location. I will not return. I love sports clips, and generally use them exclusively. However, this location, these employees are in absolutely NO HURRY! I watched 4 stylist taking their time. Very slowly sweeping the floor, thumbing through some sort of manual behind the register, and 5 guests in the lobby. These ladies were in NO HURRY whatsoever. It took 1 stylist more than 45 minutes to cut a boys hair (probably 9-11yo) and another stylist was working on the same middle aged gentlemans hair when I walked in, and as I was leaving. I was there for almost an hour. 2 people got called during the time I was there (50 minutes).

Slow haircutters. Walked in, no acknowledgment, Several people waiting. Absolutely no urgency. Leisurely took her time cleaning up and straightening up before getting next customer. After they finished and got the next person without acknowledgment or putting me on list, I left and went across street to great clips where I was greeted and told how long it would take. Much quicker.

Oh I love this place. Girls get special treatment cause theyre girls. Well guys Heres your manly special treatment that only this place provides for the price of the average haircut!

Great stylist

I use sport clips all the time for a haircut and beard trim but this time my beard is ruined and I am going to have to shave it off. Needless to say I am not happy. I will not be back

Dont leaveyour customer in a chair with his hair half cut to make a phone call....do it on your own time.

My son got the worst haircut I have ever seen. They told me a 20 minute wait and it took them 40. 8 chairs in that place and only 2 people working. And for hairstylists taking their sweet ass time you think you would end up with a decent haircut

Got the VIP... I love the cut and the service. She gave me a card with her name on it. I dont remember right now but I will be back!

I was actually impressed. I had very little time and my normal lady couldnt get me in. The VIP treatment being a first timer was very nice.

They normally do a great job on my sons hair.

I came with me son to get my hair cut and they took my son back. They had 5 call a heads that had not shown up. While cutting his hair 5 call aheads showed up. His hair was done. They told me sorry it will be 30 minutes for you. I said we came in together as a family. Now you are going to break us up over a call ahead? If you bring one of two people up for service you bring them both up. I talked to the “manager” and she just said sorry that’s the way it is. I asked for her manager and she refused to give me her contact info and just said I will give your info to her. Avoid this location...the location on 2nd street is 100 times better! They have a long way to go to get the quality management they need.Update. Back again to see if things are worked out. New Manager named Kiki. She did a great job. I had seen her before just to get a cut. She is the manager know. She does a great job. I will keep coming because of her and her new team. Thank you!

Beware! Read the privacy Policy carefully, especially the section called Sharing Personal Information. Your personal infomation is worth more than the price of a haircut. They are a hair solon like facebook is a simple social media app. Dont give out your email. Why do they need so much personal information just to give you a haircut? This invation of privacy is rampant amoung many sites and needs to be challenged. GET INFORMED!

Haircut took forever and the lady butchered my hair. Honestly makes me not want to go to sport clips ever again. Tipped her just to be nice.

$18 for a 10 min hack job is a rip off. I just arrived from CA a little over a month ago and paid $20 for a legitimate barber to cut my hair just before I left. The barber I went to previously, used clippers, trimmers, scissors, and RAZORS and took about 30 min. The lady at Sports Clips basically ran the clippers over my head and used the trimmer to trim my burns and square things off. At home, I had to use scissors and my own trimmer to trim and cut the random long patches of hair. This place is a haircut mill and is all about getting you out the door while keeping as much of your money as possible. I think they are trying to pay for the whole sports theme and their commercials with the prices they charge. I am definitely NOT coming back here.

Very fast haircut. I was surprised. It comes with them cutting your hair, washing your hair, and giving you a short neck massage. All done within an hour (for me it was, but my hair is easy to manage) and for about $20. You queue in if there is a waitlist and it approximates how long the wait will be. Its roght by Gamestop and Walmart, so you could do some window shopping while you wait :)

My high fade wasnt blended very well. Not the worst haircut Ive ever had but Ill stick with my usual lady at Supercuts. What made it not so great is how rough she was with the clippers. Not gentle at all. Free MVP treatment your first time, includes a shampoo in a massage chair, hot towel, and vibrating massager on your shoulders.

Ali does a great job!! Come every few weeks for my husband and son.
