Wow!!! Emily was fantastic with my 3-yo son. First time he sat by himself. First time he didn’t get upset at all. First time he let someone use an electric razor to edge him up without a fight. I highly recommend her!

Enjoyed my experience. Also like the online scheduling. Emily was great and provides not just a great haircut but also the perfect pressure for a scalp massage.

It took awhile for the stylist to warm up. It did seem she was not too eager to start because it was the last hour on Friday. The haircut was solid but nothing spectacular and did felt a bit rushed.

Went in today for the first time and I have to say this is one of the best places Ive ever been to get a haircut. Bailey helped me out and I have never been this happy with a haircut. The girls at this location did a great job. I made an appointment for my 2 year old for his first haircut. He was not cooperative and he has a hard time. However Julia was super patient and even though we didn’t actually accomplish anything she was great! I appreciate them taking the time to deal with my crazy child.

Use to be a good place for a cut. Now its not. New faces and not a good thing. Shea use to work here and is no longer here and cant figure out why. Had an appointment for a set time and I was late so I got tossed to someone else. Ok cool. I didnt mind her but it seemed like it was her first day ever cutting hair. I asked for a specific cut and didnt get it. Still tipped her because I felt bad. She also trimmed the sides of my beard shorter which I specifically asked not to be touched. And she shampoos with knives in your scalp.

I showed up Saturday didnt have an appointment was told I could make an appointment for 330 that day while I was inside their was not one person in, fast forward to Monday I make an appointment for my son and myself I sit thirty minutes after my appointment then didnt get the service I booked and felt I was rushed through.i now must add this was charged for service not given and the cops threatened on me and this is why I never use hair places theyre a joke

I often come here for my haurcuts as its near my house and they always do a good job and the hot towel is very nice. Today i had Lauren for my hairdresser and she was excellent. Very personable and professional and did a great job on the haircut and beard trim.

The experience here was great. Very good customer service and ensured that i was happy with my haircut at each step before proceeding. I would recommend Lauren to anyone who comes to this store!

The reason I am writing this is a sad one, I am used to my service here being excellent and cared for, this was an exception. My stylist was extremely rough with my hair and my skin and left my water temperatures for shampooing scalding hot. I felt like I was being treated as a victim of a world record time practice run. So I guess I could say that a quick time would be a pro, but it is still a con. I left the store with irritated skin, and i’m genuinely surprised I didn’t start bleeding right there in the chair. I was also given no ointments or lotions for my skin which is what the stylist’s usually do. I will never come back to this location as this was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. For some constructive criticism, treat the customer’s hair and skin with more respect and take your time. I was done with two shampoo’s, a neck shave, a haircut and style in less than 15 minutes, I am accustomed to it being at least 20-25. It should not be a race to cut hair, it should be an art form. There’s a mile-long distance between painting and speed painting.

It’s not what it sounds like. This is a man focused shop with very high quality cuts. There is no focus on scantily clad women. I highly recommend men’s haircuts here.

Walked in for my son to get a cut, only had to wait for about 20 minutes for a chair. Excellent service, friendly staff. The cut was how he likes even though this was his first time here. Will definitely return to see Crystal again.

Ive been going to traditional barbershops for years and have always been very specific about my hair cuts; my hair is quite difficult to cut, but the stylist I use here is an absolute professional. I always make an appointment with her because its the best cuts Ive ever received. Definitely worth a try if your shopping around for a new stylist. This place kinda has it down as far as in and outs go. They have a great split between speed, style, and service.

My son and I have been going to Knockouts for a year. Shea is the manager and our preferred stylist. She is always positive, helpful, and can give you a great haircut. I’ve used 4-5 other stylists at this location, and have never gotten a bad haircut! 100% Recommend! Go ask for Shea, and she will hook you up!

This a pamper hair cut place for guys. Wash, cut hair, trim eye brows, ears, massage scalp, use creams, shave back of neck, BLOW dry, feels good. They also do waxing of chest, etc. Great girls do it all. Walk ins are accepted or appointments 1 hour in advance. About double in price as my x barber, but worth the price.

Went in for a beard trim. And the woman, name I dont remember. Blonde with snake bite piercings. Told her I wanted it trimmed and clean up, since it tends to curl on the sides. She didnt even get those points. Just took some clippers to my neck to get rid of the neck beard. And that was about it. She spent maybe 5 or 10 minutes on my beard then said that was it. Every time Ive gotten my beard trimmed at a legit barber they spend 30 minutes to an hour and it looks clean. I cant even tell she did anything. Only reason I left 1 star was for the free beer. Will never be back. And now Im going to find a legitimate barber.
