This is the place you send your naive daughter or wife they will not take advantage of her. Theyre behind because theyre have so much business. The company theyll send you to if you dont want to wait they claim is as good as they are but that wasnt my impression though they might be. I would recommend you wait the week or two to get in and get the real service. I havent come across another full car service company that is this honest and straightforward. Whatever you do never, never ever go to Firestone.

Business has been bought out - not the same service or products - prices are outrageous - limited staff that wont do tire rotations - several other places close that are priced fairly that dont take advantage of younger people who dont know any better - charge $40 for my daughter to replace air filter - beware!

I was hearing sounds from my brakes so I asked a friend where he had taken his car for some work and he highly recommended Kwik Kar. When I brought my car in, I told them to also check fluids, belts and hoses - any other needed maintenance. I got a call a little later that all I needed was brake pads - everything else was fine. Basically, these guys are honest and are going to treat you right.

Tanner was awesome about answering my questions. And I must say I will now be bringing my car back to them for all oil changes!

Awesome, quick fix for my tire that needed plugged. Not only did they finish in 10 minutes, they also vacuumed my car out the passenger and driver side! Tanner was super helpful and I’ll be coming here for now on.

These guys did a phenomenal job on my car. My slave cylinder fell apart at 7-11 and these guys pushed my car into their shop. I spoke with Jack who was able to quickly order the part and install it. I must say, I’m very impressed considering a lot of car shops refuse to work on my car due to the rarity (R32 Skyline). Extremely fair pricing, professional service. A++ service

EXCELLENT PEOPLE...I had a nail in my tire, I went to this auto shop. It was Saturday, so I am glad they were open. The mechanic was really professional and fast. He explained to me that the nail hit the wall of the tire, and that the tire would need to be replaced. He informed me that he doesn’t have this certain tire in stock and recommended some tire shops to me. A second opinion confirmed his recommendation. Plus, he didn’t charge me a dime!He was professional, fast, efficient and honest...and open on Saturday!Thank you!

I HIGHLY recommend Kwik Kar at Danforth & Santa Fe in Edmond. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer a wide range of services. Its also very affordable. Wait times are minimal. The waiting area is well maintained and comfortable. They will notify you of upcoming services without being pushy. They dont oversell unnecessary things. As long as I live in the area I will be using Kwik Kar.

Went in to get a transmission flush told me to come back a week later. But dont appointments, so I will go to some other place.

I went up there last Saturday to get my air service and manager there and all the service man that fix cars they have the most caring Spirit. They do not cheat you for your money and they have you back on the road quickly... I can appreciate them. Definitely will continue to work with them for my future car issues. Ive always been skeptical about getting my car fixed because Im a female and I know sometimes service men at different car facilities will make you pay a lot of money just to tell you this that and the third but not here at Kwik Kar they are very honest.

My skid plate had gotten caught on something and been partially pulled off. The nice guys here put it back in place in a matter of minutes and didnt even charge me for it! I highly recommend this to anyone. The prices they had listed for oil changes and the like seemed very fair too. I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance on my car.

Randy and his staff have been very professional and easy to work with. They have helped me with a variety of issues including oil, plugs, interior and exterior coolant systems, tires and other regular maintenance items. Fast, friendly, and honest! I switched from another car shop and I’m so glad that I did! The other place wanted to charge me $700 to replace a hose. Kwik Kar’s estimate was $500 and when I went in to have the repair done they figured out it was actually just a part that hadn’t been tightened properly. I ended up only paying for 3 quarts of radiator fluid that had leaked out and like $11 in labor. I would highly recommend them!

Kwik Kar completed an oil change and a pre spring break road trip inspection on my car. My car had low miles but Randy identified that my drive belt had cracks and recommended that it be replaced. He did not pressure me to do extra maintenance, or unnecessary work. I was please. The team at Kwik is superb. I had to get a new set of tires and I got them from another shop. The other shop doesnt do alignments. I brought the car to Kwik Kar to get the alignment and they said my car didnt need an alignment. They didnt charge for checking and they topped off the air in the tires!! I couldnt be more pleased and the guys have definitely earned my business in the future as well!! They had speedy service, didn’t cut corners, & reasonable prices on all needs for my vehicle. I had issues with my tire pressure & they made sure to air them up correctly before I left. Took my Mini Cooper in with brake code issues... nice guy came out & helped ( to see if it was a quick fix) after 2-3 minutes he had to go and finish his ongoing oil change... immediately he came back and helped me out... ended up being a dealer repair gone wrong... no charge for diagnostics and now Im back to the dealer to gripe... great service here though!

I have been using Kwik Kar for oil changes for a few years. They have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and, as the name states, Kwik! Today, I pulled in about 20 minutes before closing time and asked if they had time to do an oil change. The answer was, yes! They had to stay a little late to finish my car, and to tend to a few other last minute customers.I had the opportunity to witness some excellent, professional, customer service skills with a difficult customer, who went away happy, with plans to return for additional services the next day. Kudos!

I got a coupon for a free oil change and thought, why not?Randy greeted me at the counter and he was also my service technician.I saw that he was giving my car a thorough going-over and steeled myself for when he came in to show me all my dirty fluids and filters that needed to be changed.To my surprise , he said everything looked good. We have taken our cars here for years and won’t go anyplace else for a service if Kwik Kar offers it. I trust these guys. They are honest and will not tell you something needs to be fixed if it doesn’t. Hibdon’s told my son that the noise in his wheel was due to him needing new rotors and brake pads ($1,000). We took it to Kwik Kar and they found a wire that was rubbing on the (axel? wheel? Idk). They tied it up, said brakes and rotors were fine and didn’t charge us. Amazing!!!

I stopped in for an oil change, they asked if I had a preference on oil, I said I did not. The base oil change was $42.99 and I guess when I said no preference that meant spend extra on oil because they put in a bulk synthetic blend for an extra $2.50. Overall, my base oil change came to $47.99, I can see why the prices are not predominately displayed. They gave me a sheet of recommended items that are overdue, the list included the rear differential and the transfer case service...my car is a FWD! Upon cashing me out not even a thank you have a nice day. Across the street they will do the exact same service for half the price, for the same my wife got full synthetic, lesson learned.

Had my truck towed here (AAA) when the engine blew and they were very honest and worked hard to make sure the engine couldnt be salvaged. Then I brought my wifes car in that had several issues. After an analysis they changed one sensor that solved four of the five issues. For $300 they solved what another place in town told us it would cost over $1,700 because they had to fix each thing individually.After five years we have finally found a place that is trustworthy and honest. A truly rare find in this town when it comes to auto repair.

Ive been going here for a few years now and I am very pleased with the work and service I receive. They are usually quick. I never felt cheated and never felt pressured to buy other services.

I have had several oil changes done there. Like most places, they will suggest extra routine maintenance. I feel comfortable going there because I feel like they are suggesting because it is required, not because they are fishing for some extra work.

Have done business here for years and always been satisfied. Last week I went in for an oil change. They noticed I had directional tires that were installed wrong. They corrected it and now my tire noise on the highway is much better. Before the noise was terrible.

The guys here are knowledgeable and friendly. The service is efficient and I normally dont have to wait more than 30 mins. They dont try to get you to do things you dont need, and theyre honest about your car. Not the cheapest in town, but you pay for what you get.Also found out that they will top off any fluids between your oil changes.

Im a regular patron of Kwik Kar Edmond and have been since around 2012. The boys are very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they offer no-pressure advice and recommendations, which I usually tend to take them up on, as I know its given not simply to turn a buck.

Bad experience. Got the car home and it left about a cup of oil on the garage floor that night. Took it back and they said that it wasnt cleaned properly after oil change. OK, I understand that mistakes happen. After a second try, took it home and had about 1/2 cup of oil on floor the next day. Crawled under car and plastic cover under engine was soaked in oil. In addition two of the bolts which hold the cover in place are missing. Car is almost brand new, so where did the bolts go? spend half hour removing cover and cleaning bottom of engine. Now have to go to dealer to get new bolts. Guess where I wont go again?

For the last 2 to 3 years, Ive been taking my car to them when it has issues. They havent once messed up on work, never upsell, and have been above and beyond. I didnt have a mechanic in Edmond and they have become my go to whenever an issue arises. Thank you all.

I have been going here for several years and found them to have good service, clean service areas and reception and thorough inspections during oil changes. They also have some of the nicest public bathrooms around, which I think reflects their pursuit of excellence.

Went here to get the first oil change in my brand new car. Oil leaked all over my garage floor. I discovered the oil plug was loose. Called and explained what happened. Was told the manager would call me back the next day. I expected a refund since they screwed up. Never got a call back. I called back to hear no refund would be given and the manager was too busy to speak to me. Terrible way to do business! Wont ever go back!

Half the price and honest service. After I was lied to by Richards Tires... they had me aligned and on the road in under an hour.Richards tried to take me for $1100... not today.

Took my vehicle in because my service engine light came on. Kwik Kar ( Cody) tested my vehicle and told me that my airflow sensor had become defective and that I would need a new one .I purchased an airflow sensor online went back to Kwik Kar but was told it was not compatible, so I had to return it for another airflow sensor. This time, I purchased the sensor from an auto parts store and went back to Kwik Kar. Cody tried again and this time it worked !! Thanks Cody !!!The guys at this location always treat us right!! My first visit, I went there to have the #8 Ignition Coil replaced. The staff was very frendly and competent. I was briefed on all activities on the repair and my truck was up and running. I will go back for future engine work

Went in for a tire rotation. Requested corner to corner. My lug nuts were worn out, understandable. I walked to O Reillys since my truck was already on the lift with 4 or 5 employees standing by my truck visiting. Upon return not even knowing if i would be able to purchase the right kind or not, all of my tires had been removed. Ok, no big deal. Luckily they had just enough of the thread size with lockers... only to arrive home and find my knobbed tires on the same side of my truck as before. Placed a phone call. Received no explanation other than we never rotate cross wise. I asked what the purpose of putting a knobbed tire spinning the same direction on a vehicle that the tire isnt even made to tread water to the outside of the tire was. All I received in response was... I dont know. Seriously. 1st and last time customer here as to shown no concern or even respect as a customer. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I didnt know you had to make an appointment, which messed up my day and now I have to make another trip to town (25 miles one way) to get an alignment!

Come in for an oil change, ask what the cost will be for my Dodge Dart, I am told it will be about $85 dollars because my car is an import. Last I knew, Dodge is American made. I went and bought my own oil and filter for $25. Can you say price gouging!

My wife had her radiator replaced here in September because it was the first place she could get to and it was overheating. Everything was fine until it overheated again in January and the shop we took it to said the radiator wasnt flushed when it was replaced so there was build up that was causing it to overheat. After they flushed it it was fine until it overheated again off and on this summer. We took it to Kwik Kar several times and the first time they found nothing wrong, the second time they replaced the radiator under warranty but then it was leaking coolant so we took it back. This time they said it was the water pump, but we decided to take it to another shop where they said it was just the radiator hoses, which is hundreds of dollars less to fix. My wife also got an oil change here and it was significantly more than our usual place. All the employees are very friendly and this could be an isolated experience, but we wont be back here with our cars.

Told me I needed a tune up, ended up putting the wrong spark plugs in my car which ultimately ended up having my car break down on an out of state trip leaving me over $1,000 dollars in repair. Tried to get in touch with a manager and was told he was not available and would call back. He never did. That is just one of multiply wrongs. I could go on and on but I will just leave it at this, if you like your car, dont go here.

I have had a bad A/C leak for year now. Took it to another mechanic when it first went out, he said it wouldnt hold a vacuum (which means a problem ... Duuuu) he filled my system and added the dye. Couldnt find it obviously leaking, charged me $170 and sent me on my way. JJ spent HOURS tracking down my leak, found it, fixed it, recharged my system and it was only $155! ALSO ... I dropped it off to them on my short lunch break and they gave me ride back to work and offered to pick me and bring me back after work, but I had already arranged for a ride back. Very nice folks, Thank you!!
