My grandmother, and my mother before me have both used Jerry as their mechanic for decades. Always an upstanding guy, and everyone who works there is wonderful! I drive all the way from the airport, and I would drive twice that far to have my car serviced at Jerrys.

(Im a schoolbus driver in Edmond and NEED my car to get to and from work 4 times a day.)I made an appointment on Friday for 8am on Monday, they never put it in and told me I never made an appointment (I did, and I have the phone records to prove it.) It was just for a water pump replacement. They ended up taking it and kept it ALL DAY, despite telling me it would only take 30 minutes to get the estimate pricing. So I went toAround the Corner for breakfast. (5 Stars for them...) Jerrys automotive never called to tell me anything about pricing or that I would be without my vehicle ALL DAY. I called the next morning at 8am and turns out they never got to it at all! They said they could MAYBE get an estimate by 6PM. Another entire day without my car! I told them that it was pretty bad business to tell me that it would take 30 minutes and then to take 2 days.He said your car will be out front for you to come get it then. Which is kind of F#¢ked up but I guess thats their business model. But what is truly messed up is that my internal car lights were flipped to the ON position wasting my battery. I believe this was a petty attempt to kill my battery because I was honest about their business practices being poorly managed.Losing my appointment.Blaming me for them not filing it correctly.Telling me it would be 30 minutes instead of 2 DAYS.And lastly trying to enact some petty vengeance after Canceling their services because I was upset about them never even getting an estimate for me.I would give 0 stars if I could.Jimmys Automotive and Dwaynes been my regular go to and I suggest yall go there instead. Im just a normal Edmond/OKC citizen and if you are too I would steer clear of this poorly managed business. Nobody deserves to have their battery drained because a businesses ego was bruised.

These guys are incredible. I have a 66 Mustang that had a ton of work done by someone else, most of it being good. However, I did have some issues with wiring and with the right blinker and break light. I know they spent a ton of time trying to figure out my issue and they didnt run up the bill on me. All they care about is getting a classic car in running condition and with great customer service. I will be a forever customer here!

Very good service! I went in for a stuck cv axle bolt and they were very nice. They took it off for free so I can get my aunts car finished and back on the road.

They do good work here, and the pricing is a bit better than youll get at a good (honest) dealership. We take all our cars here, as I trust their diagnoses and repairs. They do not do unnecessary repairs.The only drawback with Jerrys is that theyre extremely busy, so youll typically have to wait to get your car in; however, I dont know if that is really a drawback since that means they do good work, hence why they are busy.

Love Jerry’s. Jerry is like a trusted barber that will never steer you wrong. We have been taking our cars here for years, never had an issue.

Jr And Carl actually care about you and the auto issue, I’ve spent a small fortune with them keeping old classics on the road . They know what the Hell they are doing . Kind of old and grumpy but , I recommend.

Came down from Wisconsin in our motor home ( 1st one we owned ) xing Iowa braked hard to keep from wiping out family of raccoons and boom no missed critters but brk line exploded. Must have been Gecio employees lol. Long story shorter googled auto repair call a few places they all recommended Jerrys had the facility and the right crew to getr done. Called talk to Jerry yah owner answers phone . Told him my problem made appt couple days later took in had me out same day to go back to camp ground. Saved our trip and found a brother mother never told me about lol. Great guy total gear head just like me talked like we have known each other for years. Moral of story there are still honest and reliable repair shops around and will use his services in the future Im sure. Oklahoma trips 2 times a year see ya in Dec.
