Theres a reason Pop has a straight and clean 5 star rating. His incredible mechanic knowledge and thorough explanation of repairs as well as the parts he saves and shows you is incredible. Even though friends have experience with Pop, when he suggested several expensive sounding things that needed to be done, along with the difficulty of figuring out how to avoid replacing my axles for the differential leaks I had (stated by the dealership who originally noticed it), I thought for sure I was going to be seeing a $4,000 - $5,000 bill. Not even close.Pops helpful and knowledgable explanations provide so much more of a learning experience and reasoning than the regular Your car is done, heres your total youll get elsewhere. On top of that, he has to be the most friendly and personable mechanic, at least that Ive ever met. He kept apologizing for how long it took him to get everything done. I had nothing but understanding and appreciation for all the research and hard work he did, on top of the insanely great price that included everything + his labor.I have no reason to go back to the dealership. Ever. Pop makes you feel like a best friend or even family.If you have a problem with your vehicle, or think the dealership might be trying to take you for a ride, call Pop. The only ride youll be taken for is by your car after he works his magic!

Informed honesty, genuine care for the customer, and skilled and experienced hands. These are the qualities that a mechanic ought to have. Yet this is the only man that I know can be described with all three. A good mechanic is pretty much impossible to find these days. But look no further. Pop will go above and beyond to make sure that your car gets the most miles possible. I will never take my car to another mechanic.

Could not recommend highly enough. We had a problem with our minivan, and he opened up the shop even though he was closed, diagnosed the problem, and told us where we could go to fix it, and would not take any money for his troubles.

Once you deal with Pop, youll most likely wont want to go anywhere else. Hes a very knowledgeable man with very fair prices. I went in there for some maintenance and he picked up on an unrelated issue I complained three years ago to the dealership about without me even telling him anything. At the time, the dealership claimed it was normal and no one else has picked up on it since except for Pop. Not only does he know his stuff, but hell also explain in detail whats going on so you have a better idea of whats occurring. He is a very trustworthy person to do business with.

Pop is absolutely the best! We brought our Toyota to his shop on Saturday morning with hope to find what is wrong. He quickly found problem and few hours later car was fixed! I had numerous repairs, along with drive train repairs that needed to be done to my twelve year old four wheel drive, which means your bank account gets significantly smaller and quick. Having my truck worked on here was an absolute pleasure! I took it in knowing I was having some issues with my brakes but didnt know exactly what the issue was. Pop had great communication with me in trying to find what was going wrong. Once the problem was found he provided thourough details on what was causing this issue and what needed to be done to resolve it. His pricing for the labor and parts was excellent and he got it finished quicker than expected! All in all the quality of work performed was top notch and the whole ordeal went as smoothly as one could hope for!

My husband and I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with our car for months. We recently moved to Edmond and decided to take it here based on the awesome reviews. Pop test drove our car and took the time to find the real problem, rather than naming everything it could possibly be to get money out of us (like other auto shops have done). He explained the problem to us and was willing to show us exactly how he discovered it. He is the sweetest, most friendly gentleman and he is very honest. It is hard to find an auto-repair shop that is not just out to get your money. Im really glad we discovered this little shop. We will definitely be back for our future car needs!

Went there this morning because my check engine light had been on for a few days. We usually go to Hibdons Tires Plus or the dealership to fix our cars if it is more serious, but being a college student I was dreading paying a lot of money at the dealership. The lady came out and ran the diagnostic computer on my car out in the parking lot. Turns out when I got an oil change and inspection at Hibdons last month, they left a cap loose. Anywhere else and I would’ve had to wait who knows how long and she fixed it in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me! Side note: never going to Hibdons again!
