Been going here for YEARS, But today they havent me as a customer! I called needing trailer tires.... I received a quote which wasnt bad but more than I found online!! So I asked if I brought my own tires in what would be the installation cost per tire since I just asked what that # was on their in-house tires! This is where it got interesting! He mumbled and said he needed to SEE the tires! Mmm, OK, I stated they would be brand new so is there a way I could get a price quote based on that? More mumbling and making excuses, then he said they have to SCAN the tire and it tells them what to change??? I asked if there is anyone else able to give me an idea of what the install $ would be? The young man replied NO and I didnt continue beating a dead horse! Transparency and Honesty go a long way with me!!!!I hung up and called Big O Tires, I didnt get the run around and asked THE SAME EXACT QUESTIONS!!! I experienced great friendly customer service via the phone conversation!

All of the employees there are amazing. They did a great job at informing me on the types of tires and warranties included, were very friendly, and were very fast when they installed my new tires. Great experience and highly recomend!

I bought a tire for my daughter at the Tulsa location. A week later we were following her to OU so she could settled in for college. Im glad that I followed her to school because the tire failed on the way to Norman. I had to change the tire on the side of the highway. When we got to the Oklahoma City location they put us in line and did the quickest job they could to get it replaced and did not charge me anything.Everything was good except the fact that I had to put the spare tire back where its supposed to be under the car. I thought that they, because I had to change the tire on the side of the highway, would at least put the spare tire back where it belongs instead of just throwing it in the back of the vehicle for me to put it in the correct place in their parking lot.I would be willing to give them more stars for replacing the tire without charge if it werent for the fact that I had to get under her vehicle and put the spare where its supposed to be.

Took a really long time before I was assisted with getting and paying for the tires, then I had to wait an hour to get them installed...I added a few pictures and what you cant see is the decline that vehicle is on. Its suspended in the air by 4 jacks, no jack stands, etc. Seems very unsafe as Ive had a vehicle roll on one jack before..Price was good however, service seemed unsafe as you can see in pictures I included, service was slow.

I let my tires wear out far longer than I should have, but today they got to the point where one would no longer hold air pressure. I needed my car back as soon as possible, and no other place had the tires available for my car. Soonest appointment was a few days in advance, so I called to see if they could squeeze me in today. Tyler was very understanding and was able to check me in and get me in just two hours after I called. Discount Tire was fast, well priced, accommodating, and had great service overall. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I went to run errands yesterday and walked out to a flat tire. I was able to air it up enough to make it to Discount Tire in the middle of the day. Outside of the 2.5 hour wait (I didnt have an appointment) everyone was great. I sat in my car waiting and watching how everyone did their part and helped the customers and each other. I ended having a nice size bolt in my tire and they fixed it all up. Very polite gentlemen and great work!! Thank you guys 💚

I can honestly say I dont think Ive ever had a bad expierence at any discount tire ever. Several Ive visited in Oklahoma, one in california, and another in illinois. Always professional, and the stores and structure is very uniform so you know what to expect every single time you walk in regardless of where you are in the country. Discount will remain my go to for many many more years.

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for at least 15 years. About a year ago I bought wheels and tires for my F150 from Discount Tire in Edmond, OK. My wheels are black so I needed black lug nuts, they made sure to order those with my wheels. Here it is some time later and a dealership lost or broke one of my lug nuts...didnt even bother to tell me but thats another story. I went to Discount Tire to ask if I could buy another lug nut to replace the one the dealership lost. The gentleman that helped me was disgusted by the dealership but told me he would look in the back and see if they had any lug nuts that matched my set. He found one, put it on my truck and told me to have a wonderful day. Every time I go I am amazed that their customer service. If you are looking for a good tire company...Discount Tire is the way to go.

They do a very poor job of communicating timelines. If you’re busy, let your customers know so we don’t sit for hours waiting.

These guys got it going on. When Midwest Auto/Body Center on Douglas in MWC, OK messed me around on More than ONE thing they took it upon themselves to correct the situation. Pulled in with low tire pressure. Found a screw in the sidewall. Got a new tire, but the low pressure indicator was still on as I was leaving. Was told by personnel that it was normal. Turns out they put the bad tire back on the vehicle!!!!To their credit they did replace it for free, but I will not trust this discount tire location with my tires any longer.This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location. Previously, I had a blowout about 10 minutes after getting a rotation while going 70 on the highway with my wife and three kids in the van.

First I’d like to say a BIG shout out to North at the Broadway Extension OKC location. My niece had went to a different location (Del City) and had ran into some issues with them not having all the tires she needed even though she had made an appointment. She wanted just cancel when she called me (Aunt) but because we like Discount Tire and our entire family makes all tire purchases from them I decided to call the another location and that’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with North. He was quick to have a solution. I was impressed with him being apologetic for the problems we encountered. He was very professional and definitely went above and beyond.

Great place for tires when you’re in need! We had a blowout on the nearby turnpike and went straight to Discount Tire for a replacement. Matt was so helpful and found a tire for us, even putting us ahead in line because he knew our situation was pressing. Can’t recommend them enough!

A medical emergency let to a bent rim. Discount was able to take us in that same morning and have us out before afternoon. Awesome group and great practice social distancing.

They got both my fiancé and her daughters cars in and beat every price on the tires needed. Cant recommend them enough, and found out that the corporate people all start as technicians.

Went here to get a tire fixed. The guys did a amazing job of taking care of my car quickly during my lunch break. West did a fantastic job of quickly assessing what was needed and estimating how long the repair would take. Highly recommend their services.

The issue was when i went to get tire fixed, the first guy mentioned other tires needed replaced although only 2 years old. We purchased all 4 from store, the guy said they were their tires, i asked another worker and he said they had to order them.Regardless if you sell them on site or had to order they were put on there. Be honest and you will get more loyal customers.

Looking to spend hundreds of dollars on tires but no one will answer the phone. Ive been on hold for 10 minutes and have yet to have anyone answer the phone. I guess Ill have to call a different tire company to schedule an appointment.

All of the employees are friendly, (BEYOND FRIENDLY). Caleb, Nathan, the whole crew and the Manager of the store are awesome! Everyone that I spoke with knew their stuff. I found a set of tires that were cheaper on another website and they price matched with no hassle. Every employee is knowledgeable and looks very sharp. The store is extremely clean and so is the shop. It only took them 39 minutes to finish replacing my new set of tires. Nathan was super nice when he handed back my keys and Caleb was very polite when I dropped my car off. The manager of the store is extremely courteous to all the customers that walk in the door.Pros- Excellent Service- Clean Shop- Clean waiting room (complementary coffee and water)- Informative and knowledgeable employees- Price match (No hassle)- Warranty is amazing- Comfy chairs- Manager is constantly saying hello, and they hold the door for you.Cons- They don’t exist here- The name is misleading, it should say, “Premium tires at discount prices with a smile!”P.S These guys rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go here unless you have plenty of time to get your tires replaced. I showed up at 1 in the afternoon to replace two tires on my van. I was told there were four people ahead of me and they could have me out the door by 2:40, in time to pick my children up from school. I am currently sitting here at 2:43, watching them just now roll the van into the shop to start the replacement. The four people that were ahead of me are gone, and at least 4 customers cars have come and gone before they even addressed my vehicle. I had to make other arrangements to get my kids picked up. I would not trust them with their timelines if you actually have something important to do.

I came in today to get tires balanced and rotated only. They found 2 plugs on one tire and said i needed to replace that tire or they wouldnt service my tires. Im gonna end up canceling the time next week, cuz i didnt come in to have anything else besides the balance and rotation done. This place goes through too many managers, the one i liked is gone, so no need for me to go there anymore..

Purchased 2 tires, everything was great.....but the reason for my review is, I had a blowout and used my spare. A few days later I remembered I needed to put the spare back in place, secure it, and put the jack back in the side compartment. Well, I opened the truck....and everything was put back and secured properly! THAT was a very nice surprise!So.....thank you, very much appreciated!

Very fine job! Rickey was very helpful and got my vehicle out and on the road sooner than expected! Been going to discount tires for a few years and i will continue to do so.

Went in this morning 2/27 and worked with Matthew. Came in, told him what I needed. Gave me the options they had in stock. Worked with me to get the price down. When we couldn’t get to where I needed to be, he was very open and let me know the other store had what I needed. Tires are always an important purchase and I appreciated him making it easy. Low pressure and genuine environment.

The valve stems on my tires were corroding and one of them broke, leaving me with a flat tire. Discount Tire got my vehicle in as soon as possible and replaced the valve stems for free!I was at another shop earlier in the day and they charged me $50 for one valve stem and it took them 2.5 hours. Discount Tire did 3 of them in around an hour and they were busy, too! Quickservice, excellent customer service, professionalism, and they did a great job.

Not the kind of experience you would expect at a tire shop. They are friendly, introduce themselves, shake your hand and give you a straight honest answer as to cost, installation and wait time. Truly fantastic.My only scrutiny is that the one changing my tire decided to open up my driver side door that was permanently shut even though I told him to enter via the passenger side, so I had to fix my door all over again. Other than that.....a great experience! I will return! :)

Came to get my air pressure checked in my tires. Wasnt immediately greeted but once I came inside was greeted by an older gentleman (who I assumed was the manager) who quickly got one of his men (John) to help me. John was very quick, kind, and courteous and found the nail in my tire that caused my tire pressure light to come on. Would definitely come back here for the great customer service.

Had purchased tires here. Went to Sams this last time because they beat their price considerably on my Yukon. Had a nail in the tire, swung by Discount Tire there on Broadway. Salesman qickly told me I needed tires...tread was 4s to 6s. Claimed that THEIR tires had gone over 100k since purhase - remember not their tires, they were from Sams.He quoted me a price for 4 tires at about $1230.00A month later, another nail. Wanted to see what they would say this time out of curiosity & convenience as I live in Edmond. Told them I was not in the market currently because my small business had been closed due to covid19 and I would be purchasing after virus had passed & I would reopen.He immediately said he could not fix my tire...tread was below a 2. Funny how NOT traveling during corona took tread from 4 to a 2.Took it to Express Tire Wheel...fixed flat immediately.And oh by the way....almost $240.00 cheaper on same Micheline tire.Will never use &/or recommend discount tire in Edmond.
