Excellent repairs at a very fair price

A friend told me to bring my car here to get it checked out before a long road trip. Bob and his crew are fantastic! Honest, helpful, and very personable. He took care of everything I asked him to check out, and even did a little work on my dented fender without charging me extra. Bob even gave me a call the next day just to check in and see how my car was handling. Would recommend Hawleys Auto to everyone!

I had them do an inspection of a car I wanted to buy and they were very nice. Unfortunately the inspection was a little on the pricey side and they missed a few things: worn tires on two of the four wheels and a broken malfunctioning hatchback trunk latch that caused the trunk to keep popping open.

We were exceptionally pleased with the time frame in which the work was completed as well as the quality. We received our vehicle back after an accident looking like it just drove off the dealer lot in new condition. I would highly recommend Hawleys and Scott was so pleasant to work with.

Awesome service. Highly recommend. Not only are Bob and his while staff helpful, insightful and easy to work with. They are honest and take great care of your car. Easy to schedule appointments and quick repairs.For larger issues Scott at the body shop is also great. My car was t boned and Scott not only found exact matching used parts for my car but also kept the repairs within a budget I could actually afford!

East Longmeadow resident here. My wife is a local small business owner. Our car is currently going on 40 days at Hawleys with no end in sight. We’ve heard a different excuse every time we’ve inquired. At one point, Scottie pointed at a Car and said, “that cars been here since thanksgiving, this stuff takes a long time.” That would have been 57 days ago, today is January 18th, 2018. The car has about $5k worth of damage from hitting a dear. The oil pan was damaged from hoping the curb. Engine is fine... I’m worried that 30 days from now the car will still just be sitting there. Just stating facts here. I hope the shop can change my opinion and just give me my car back.

Bring your anal lube when you go here. Should you be fortunate enough to read this before you make your repairs with these thieves ask for a parts and labor estimate. Then shop it around and you will be amazed at how far they are trying to bone you. Absolute rip off !!!

Weve been taking our cars to Bob Hawleys for 35 years. Wouldnt go anyplace else. Nuff said.
