I have used Colonial for some time and they are nothing short of professional in servicing my vehicles. I get prompt service, many times I can get my car the very next day. They are courteous, very reasonable and will advise with any other issues they may discover. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I am sure that when you use them you will become a repeat customer. It is awesome to have them so nearby.

This place is the best! Dan & Brian are so knowledgeable. My whole family & friends have been going there for years. They have fixed things on cars that the dealer couldn’t figure out. Called this shop out of the blue for help with my car and they went out of their way to accommodate me. It was obvious they are very experienced but were also courteous and pleasant. Do not hesitate.

Dan is a very nice and honest mechanic. Being a mechanic myself and not having time to fix my personal vehicle I brought it to him and he fixed it quickly, also great communication. Had an issue a few days later and he resolved it right away. He stands by his work and is excellent at electrical diagnosis, even when dealing with my demon mustang. Highly recommended.

Polite and prompt!

If youre going to screw up, you should at least try to make it right. I took my car here to get the timing belt replaced and after driving it for about 10 miles the check engine light went on. We called Colonial right away and they said there was nothing they could do to help. I took the car to the dealership where I was told Colonial had slapped on an ill-fitting aftermarket piece that had come loose. When I brought my complaint to Colonial they refused to accept any responsibility or compensate me for what it cost to fix their error. Thats just bad customer service.In response to the owners comment below: We DID call the shop first and the woman who answered the phone just said we cant help you, were too busy. If we had been told the car was ok to drive, this wouldnt be a problem but we had no idea. This shop is a mess, avoid at all costs.

I trust them with my car. Having access to their loaner vehicle is a plus.
