Patty was really kind when I first asked if she could look at my car. They got me in, dealt with my car, and were very professional. My mom and godmother goes here and they recommended me to get my car serviced at Franks. It was very helpful when Patty explained what was going on with the car and what her recommendations were. Very rude staff. Lady who runs the counter was very rude to me upon entering their establishment. I turned around and walked right out the door! Wont get my money! I guess they only service people their own color! White.

Their Honest,Experienced,Pat Is the best,The mechanics are fast and reliable.I call for appointment,Always get one,I have stopped in with a broken wiper,little things if they have time they will fix it without an appointment. Some Garages will take you for a Ride.but Not Franks.

$68 dollars and 7.5 hours after I dropped my car off to replace a gas cap. $40 of that was labor.... dont know what all these other reviews saw in this place
