Worst nail salon I have ever went to. Me and 3 friends went to get full sets and pedicure. They were in a rush to get out that the lady didnt want to do the length preferred by my friend. Her excuse was “they break too fast”. Then my other friend was getting her gel pedi and when it was time to wipe with acetone the polish came off and the lady wasn’t able to fix it. So another lady had to use the drill and try to fix it. When it came to my turn the lady was being rough and didn’t want to cut my nails since she was in a rush. On top of that they were mad and running to get polish colors to finish. Here is how we came out looking, embarrassing. 2 hours later my friends nail broke and the acrylic placed on her toe just popped right off without even bumping into anything. Worst experience. If you ever come here ask for Ms.Hana she was the only lady that was taking her time and was kind while doing my pedi.

This was my first time going to this salon, just moved back to Duluth. My experience was great. They took me right away when I walked in. They were very kind and sweet! The salon was very clean, the tools were clean, great color selection!

The nail technicians were rude and didn’t speak to me the entire time I was getting my nails done. I felt very rushed and like they were almost upset I was there. I called before coming to make an appointment and was told I’d get 10% off since it was my first time with them. When I went to check out, they gave me total and I explained I was supposed to get 10% off. The woman checking me out, who was one of my techs, was again rude and told me that was not possible. I had to go back and forth with her just to get the 10% off I was promised. Lastly, my nails chipped literally the next day. I get gel because of how long it lasts, but this gel polish didn’t even last 24 hours before chipping. Poor quality and rude staff, will not be back here.

The lady who did my nails was very nice however she did the worst job I’ve ever experienced. I originally had a full acrylic set on my toes. I just wanted to refill the big toes, remove everything else and do a gel polish. She so aggressively drilled off of my nails, gel and acrylic that I was worried that she cut me(luckily she didn’t). The acrylic was put on recklessly; it was very bulky and not shaped properly. My big toes weren’t matching at all…not in length, thickness, or shape. She didn’t even properly remove the the acrylic from my other toes or trim them properly so some of my toenails were longer and thicker than others. No scrubbing of my feet, no typical basic pedicure procedures at all. They kept pushing me to add on different services but I just Wanted to hurry up and leave. If I wasn’t in a rush I wouldn’t have let her finish. Waste of $40

I used to come here monthly for my full set and pedicure. Over the years, they have gotten worse and worse. The only time they are remotely ok now is if Thuy is on the premises. Last weekend, I walked in and was not greeted. I waited 20 minutes. A nail tech came up front to check someone out and STILL I was ignored. Then another lady walked in and they spoke to her. I left. If you don’t care about my money then I definitely won’t trouble myself to spend it!!!

Just got a hot stone pedicure from Mai-lee (sp?) and it was wonderful! My feet were awful after being neglected for a year+ between Covid & having a baby…it was relaxing & exactly what I needed! The price was good ($34) and the staff all wore masks & kept a nice distance between everyone. This was my first pedicure here in GA so I don’t have anywhere in the area to compare it to, but coming from NYC I thought it was a great place and I’ll be going back!

They do an outstanding job, have a wide selection of services and have something for everyone. They have a small room for s small group and even a little area for little girls to feel like princesses.

Ruby is the best! She treats her customers with the utmost care and respect. She does an excellent job in removing any in-grown nails and massages your feet so amazingly!!!

OMG this was my first time at this nail salon in duluth, the one right next to publix! I was skeptical about this place because of the bad reviews but i went in myself to see how it was. The staff is very friendly and helpful, i was in a rush to get to an appointment and told the staff that i needed my nails done by SNS asap. The woman who did my nails is called Jessica and she did a wonderful job in less then 40 minutes. Im obsessed with my nails!! Please go here if you are debating!!

My nail tech did an amazing job on my nails. The only reason why i rated it two stars is because I was told I’m being charged an additional $12 on top of my full set SNS manicure ($46) for the cut and shape of my nail. I have never been to a place that charged additional to cut and shape your nails. That’s typically included in the price of getting a full set so I’m definitely confused.

I went to this salon for over 2 years until covid came. My nail technician let this establishment since then I have been twice. I recently went on Saturday 4/17/2021 and today is now 4/21/2021. I still put my hand inside of my purse because I have 3 nails are are sore because “Cindy” filed my nails so far down that I have sores on 3 different fingers. I had a polish change and while she used the drill to take off my old polish she kept drilling over my toes. Now I have 2 sores. I asked for a particular color then after 5 minutes she told me that she agreed that the polish isn’t the same. I kept telling her the polish I pointed out was probably a different brand. I didn’t realize how sore my hands and feet were until I left I will never go back here again. Not to mention that my fill in for ombré cost 51 dollars. The owner Tre said that I had a design which I didn’t. I have ombré and 2 fingers with a different color. The 1st time my husband and I went since covid on 3/18/2021 my bill came up to $237 for 2 pedicures, a manicure, and new ombré set. Which I complained the my 2 index fingers weren’t shaped like the rest which we coffined. My nails are swollen and it’s still hard to type while I’m at work. I wish I can find where my technician went to but I know she’s not going back to this place because she have already warned me about people at this business. All they want is money they don’t care about the customers or maybe it’s because I’m brown skinned.

The nail shop was very clean and the workers were polite. The salon has nice decor. After a week I had one nail Break. And now today another nail broke in my sleep. Also I had to keep explaining to the nail tech how to shape my nails . We had a $240 bill. These nails shouldn’t break this easy. Not sure if it’s the acrylic they use. But I don’t do much with my hands for my nails to break out of nowhere.

Great service for my little girl and I! Love that the salon has cute chairs for kids to come and get their nails done as well. Very nice place. Enjoyed our visit!

This was a very nice nail salon for the price point. They were very accommodating for our group of 5. We got our own private room and were nicely prepared for us (we called ahead). There were no remarkable services otherwise but the atmosphere and people there were very polite and nice. Everything was clean. I would go again if I had the chance.

Today I had the worst experience. My nails are so bulky and the shape for each nail is different. After showing the owner.... she didnt respond or even say sorry. I was thinking she will fix them. Never,Never Never going there again. The lady that did my nail saw more customer come in and boyyy she was rushing so fast. And I really did liked the owner but after today and paying 120 dollars thats I will be treated. No thank. I will be taking my money to a place where iam treated better.

Even though we had a set appointment time, which was verified two days in advance, we waited an hour before attended to. Not only does the water obviously get cold during this time for the pedicure, but there was zero attention or apology until the first associate came to start. Our pedicures were only about 30 minutes long and less than satisfying. Read YELP not just Google!! We will not be back nor should we have waited......our faults there.

I was very disappointed with my eyebrows today! Last time there was actually time taken to do them and today she rushed and cut a portion off on the side. And I did not feel like she cared. She was just trying to rush and get it done. I will not return here for eyebrow service.

It was our first visit, but not our last! No waiting, and friendly staff. My husband could not have been more pleased with his service, and mine was just as well done. We actually had someone we knew come in, and said they had been coming there for years. We can see why, as when we checked out by the owner she asked how everything was, and thanked us for coming. We had been looking for a nail salon that felt like a good small business atmosphere like we had in Buford when we lived there, and I think we found it today.

Was disappointed that the worker who gave me a pedicure had her mask below her nose. Also another worker walked around for about 20 minutes talking to other workers and not wearing a mask. I did not feel safe.

Im pretty happy with my nails, this is my first time going here! I went in for a pedicure and full set of SNS. Im happy with how my nails turned out!

Last week i did my nails here the lady that did them did not know how to do long nails. When i ask if they can fix my nail cause the design looked crazy i had to ask them more then once when they finally listened to me it felt like they didnt want to do it because she rushed to do it and it still looks ugly

I have never got my nails done here but I have had my eyebrows waxed several times. Every time my eyebrows are messed up and I have to regrow them back out completely. I left with a hole in the middle of my eyebrow. Didn’t think it is that hard my eyebrows are very thick and there is a lot to work with. The other places I go do a great job every time. This is just a more convenient location near my house. The staff is friendly. I will come back maybe only to get my nails done though.

This nail salon hands down is the best nail salon in Gwinnet I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I’ve never had a problem , twee the owner is so kind and caring just as the rest of the staff our they genuinely want you to have an amazing experience which is nothing less that they give. I’d definitely tell anybody and everybody to come here💕

Ive been coming to this salon for several months for twice monthly pedicures. Ive gotten some really good pedicurist, but mostly, including today, I get a person who just seems so bored with her job. The last 3-4 times Ive been here, I feel like Im a burden to them. The salon is at a great location and its beautiful. They have very good workers, but others that arent so good. Will look for another salon where the customer can feel more valued.

I have been going to Nail Salon First for several years. The salon is beautiful since the remodel however it was very nice before. The technicians are friendly and focused on their tasks. They take care of my fuzzy upper lip and chin area as well as my eyebrows.😊 When I lost my daughter, they were loving with hugs and kind words for several months. It meant so much and made it easy to talk about it, hearing other caring people support me and share their stories. I LOVE Nail Salon First !!

Don’t ever come here.Worst customer service ever.My first review in a lifetime!! Please read!!!I called ahead for 6:20 appt. I mentioned that I have 10month old baby so I have to start on time and made sure that I can start 6:20. A lady there told me don’t be late!!!! Of course I won’t ! You know how hard is to come out with a 10 month old baby at home??!!!So I rushed my hubby to come home (from work) I was really happy as it was first pedicure in the past 3 month. I left my baby to my hubby and left home with my mother. (Was expecting a fun little girls night)As soon as we got there, we were greeted (thank God) and saw it was packed with people, Which was fine. We were seated and they turned the water for us. And that was it lol. No one came by until 7pm!!!!! no one said sorry, nothing and we waited for 50 minutes. Again no one said sorry nothing. And we decided to leave at 7:10. Our feets were all grandmothered and swollen. We got out from the chair - and then they noticed us and said sorry. That was it. We left. End of my story.

Every time I’ve come to the establishment I am constantly being pushed back on the waitlist of getting my nails done, even when I have had an appointment. I’ve had better luck just walking in. Appointment scheduled three days in advance and was still serviced after a large group.

This is literally one of the the beat nail salons I have been to in a very long time! I’ve been going here for about 6 months now and couldn’t be any happier! Great prices, wonderful women, amazing amount of color choices, long luxurious pedicures and beautiful SNS nails every time! You won’t regret coming here!!!

Thuy has run nail salons that I have frequented for over 20 years. She has high standards and works harder than anyone else to make sure the service is great and the customer is satisfied. I trust the products they use and the nail techs, even if I prefer the individual stylings of some over others. ♥ this place!

Ive been going to this salon for a year. The ladies are all very nice. They just moved to a new location next door that is absolutely beautiful and elegant. They even have kid sized pedicure chairs. So cute! Helen is great. Shes very quick and always does a great job with my nails. Definitely recommend!

Love going here. The owner Thuy is always so kind and efficient and an excellent hostess. She offers a glass of wine, now in the expanded new location, which is quite nice after a long day at work or working at home with the kids. Kim has been there for many many years, and always does an amazing job. Go see them and see for yourself. Love this place and the staff!

I started going to this Nail Salon in 2002. The same owner still works in the Salon with some of the same employees. Very nice place to go to, they are reliable in their work, the salon itself has enough chairs for at least 20 pedicures & the same for manicures. It is well staffed!

I always enjoy my visit to Spa 1. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When I call I usually get an appointment for the day I call. My nails always look good and I get lots 9f complements. Very nice looking Spa. Clean, neat.

Best nail shop I’ve been to thus far. Their S&S and gel last so long it’s the best. I drive 40min just to go to this shop and I live in the city with plenty of shops to choose from.

I have been coming here since I was a kid but ever since moving to the new location the staff is rude, slow, and don’t even do designs. This place will stop getting my money ASAP and should stop getting yours. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with the staff. No one greets you in a timely manner and then they told me it would be 3hrs before they could take off some nails!

I love this place!!! Very clean and up to date nail techniques. Manager Twee is super sweet and Helen does a fantastic job on my nails every time!

The place is pretty, however when I asked the lady doing my nails to get a new file and such for my nails instead of using the same file for everyone, she said “if you want a new one, buy it yourself”. To me, this was extremely rude. Next, when she finished, she told me “Pay.” And did not say please or thank you! No manners! Won’t come here again!

I am new to the area and in the look for a new nail place. I really want to like this place but I may need to look around for other options before going back to this place.The establishment is clean and seems like they have pretty new massage chairs so thats always a good thing. However, they leave a total of 6 cuts on 6 different finger. (4 big cuts and 2 small cuts) Even if I only count the 4 big cuts, that still leave me with 6/10 perfect nails.I am okay with having a few cuts here and there but not this many. (but thinking about sanitary reason-- bleeding and all, I shouldnt be okay with the cut since they doesnt seem to clean the tool for each new customer). However, with SNS nails, theyll have to rub alcohol before putting on top coat so yeah, I guess at least it wont be infected. :/It might just be the lady that do my nails but theyre not gentle at all. I am sad that I havent been able to find a good nail place.

I use to enjoy getting my nails done here. I would never have to pay too much for my nails. I went in today to get an acrylic nail fixed, but I didnt get served. I waited for over half an hour. I had somewhere I had to go so I decided to leave because I couldnt wait any longer. I left very unhappy with my service. The women working just stared at me with a blank face and didnt think to come help me. Come on now, I just came in to get ONE NAIL FIXED. A woman walked into the salon after me and she was served and out the door in no time while I was still waiting for assistance. To sum things up, the service here is very trashy. I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone ever! Currently looking for a NEW salon to go to now.

Rrible place !!I am Latina and I have gone 3 times to that place that I go, and I went out of necessity because where I regularly go it is closed now, 3 times 2 I have been treated for the kick they have discriminated against me because I do not speak English a lady unfortunately they did not want me der the name of it but it is ugly, because one wants to go to relax and what one finds is discrimination for not speaking a language well

The manager/owner always seems nice; however, I have received poor service from my last few visits so I wont be going back. The lady with her chest always out seemed rushed and bothered as if she didnt want to do my nails and kept telling me I could file my nails next time after I asked for it since they were so long. She eventually did it since I was adamant, but she seemed annoyed while she stayed on her phone showing the tech next to her & their client something funny. I always pay and tip well but I hate giving my money to people who dont value their clients. I have had great service before but it doesnt seem consistent...on to the next one.

Came here for a girls day out and although the customer service was great the work is not!Im only giving one star because the people were nice but the quality of my nail job is terrible.I got my nails done on Saturday and its Wednesday and I already notice a significant amount of chipped polish. I wasnt even directed to a place to sit and let my nails dry.It looks as if she only put one stroke of top coat in the center of my nails and forgot the sides.I will not be returning.

Extremely accommodating! I kept requesting a pedi when I really meant a mani... when I realized my mistake and corrected myself, all staff quickly adjusted and accommodated. Store was very clean and tools were sealed in its own package for extra cleanliness. Definitely will be back!

This salon is 4 minutes from my house and a recent visit made me remember why I stopped patronizing this salon. I went because my normal nail salon is 20 minutes away (an hour at 5 after work) and I was short on time. I asked for an acrylic full set ( I know there are so called better options but acrylic works just fine for me. No problems with it at all) The lady doing my nails tries to persuade me 5 times to get the new SNS powder. I told her 5 times that I would just like acrylic. She begins to do my nails, on the third nail, she tells me she is using pink powder and that its the same as acrylic just better and that it is the same price. I know that it is not the same and not the same price but I let her proceed because Im already irritated that Ive had to decline SNS 5 times. She, while doing my nails offers water to other customers around me, not once offering to me. My nails looked horrible in the end. If you think about going here, Dont!

Located right next to publix closed to duluth old town. I would always overlook this area due to the fact that it has alot of empty spaces, but oh man I was wrong. Hubby and I was greeted right away when we first entered. Hubby got a deluxe medi pedi and I got deluxe pedi, the three ladies that did our service was amazing. Theyre super friendly and pampered us like king and queen. I will reccomend this spot to my friends and customers.

I went to this shop to try it out with my friend on May 10th.. (I should have never cheated on my nail lady!!) First off she decides to do sns on my nails without asking me first, which I’ve never gotten it even been interested in because I change my nail art up tooo much! But I say whatever it’s my vacation what the heck 🤷🏾‍♀️, I show her what I want she acts like she knows exactly how to do it! It took her 3 hours to do my nails!!! She put the fake nail all the way on the tip of my real nail, the powder was on top of my skin! The nails where shaped horribly! I’ve never been in so much pain in my life from nails!!! Long story short! One of my real nails came off entirely with the sns and nail.. they where breaking and hurting! I’m just now being able to get the last couple of nails off today June 9 almost a month later because I was so scared for anyone to touch them!! I spent almost 80 something dollars on these horrible nails a polish change on my toes and eyebrow wax! The only thing that I loved was my eyebrows that lady did great!! All and all this was the worst experience in my whole nail life!!!!

Im in Atlanta visiting my sister. Im from Chicago. Excellent service from the desk to the chair. My mani and pedi was so relaxing. Customer Service was everything. I will see them again on my next visit in November

Some of the nail technicans did not use a towel and did not satisfy the needs fora customer. She kept checking her phone and did not put anything under the LED light. The finial product was not good .
