I showed them the picture of exactly what I wanted and they did a great job if matching the colors and they were very gents. Its very quiet and peaceful in the building I even got my eyebrows done their and they turned out great

I have a very great experience here and I think I will come to here until someday I moved. I personally like the place clean and quite, which they are. I make appointments before I go, they already waiting for me. The entire time there is only me and another customer, so I feel relaxed and safe. Especially during this time, nobody wants to stay in a full people room, they did social distances guidelines seriously, which I like. I dont have a specific style foe my nails just not too much, because I sit in office, Icy recommended the color and did the nails for me, I love it. I definitely will come again.

I had to call in and reschedule my appointment which they did without any issues. I brought in pictures of nail art designs I wanted for my manicure and pedicure and Friends Nail & Spa followed beautifully! My mom and I had a wonderful time at this nail salon and we’ll be sure to visit again!

Since I moved from Atlanta I’ve been looking for a good nail salon but no success. After seeing all those positives reviews I decided to go and what a disappointment. Unfortunately I got there 10 minutes late but luckily the salon was empty and the ladies where outside so I could get my nails done right away, I didn’t feel it was rushed but it was a little different of what I’m used to. I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted and I got something similar but poor quality, driving on my way home one nail started to peel off and I need to return in the salon so they could fix quickly because I have an event and wanted my nails looking good, they fixed but now more nails are already chipping and I got my nails done today! I’m very upset for loosing $40!!

I was in town visiting my family and decided to treat myself to getting a pedicure because last month April was my BD and due to the pandemic, nail salons were included in the list of non-essential businesses therefore no pedicure for anyone lol😂😂. Since I was going back home to NC on Friday, May 8, 2020, I decided to get my toes done before my departure.I did a quick “google search” and called to ensure that this salon was open and a friendly “receptionist” answered and advised that they were open. I inquired about the price for a basic pedicure and she told me $28.00. I normally pay $25.00 in my hometown but I was fine with the price besides based off of prior “Google” reviews, it seems like this salon does a pretty decent job.I also inquired if I needed an appointment so I can adhere to the “social distancing” standards and she said: “yes” and scheduled me for a 12:00 pm appointment. The receptionist was very professional. When I arrived, I was immediately seated and there was only 1 other customer in the salon along with 2 technicians and the receptionist. Each employee was wearing a mask as well as the 1 other customer. So they definitely were practicing the social distancing requirements. The entire nail salon was modern, clean and they had a nice selection of nail polish 💅 but I wouldn’t say a wide variety of colors such as marble swirl or mood changing. I brought my own polish from home 🏡 so this didn’t bother me.I can’t remember the name of the nail technician who did my toes but she was friendly, customer service oriented and she did an exceptional job on my pedicure making sure to paint my toes exactly as I requested. At one point, she recommended that I use a yellow “sparkle” color to contrast against my “all white” painted toe, I politely declined and told her the light “silver sparkle” color I selected would be a better contrast.Also, at one point I was on the cell phone and my mask 😷 came off of my face and before I could reach to put it back on, she quickly spoke to her colleagues in her naive language to tell me to put back on my mask 😷. I completely understood that all of us has to practice safety during this pandemic so I told her, I completely understand and that this was what I was already doing furthermore I told her that she didn’t have to ask her colleague to tell me to put my mask on because I was already putting it back on. She replied: You are a nice customer and I replied: Its ok in these uncertain times, I completely understand it’s about safety and our health but you saw I was trying to put my mask back on. She smiled and nodded.Overall, I was there for about 1 hour, my basic pedicure included: soaking my feet 🦶 for about 15 minutes, removing my old polish (no extra charge), giving me a foot and entire leg massage (which was very very relaxing 😌) and placing a hot towel on both of legs & foot. I had to pay an additional $5.00 for calluses removal. Which brought the total cost to $33.00 without a tip. I like my “sparkle polish” thick so normally it takes me about 10 minutes to dry my toes. My technician left me to dry for 5 minutes. After 2 minutes another nail technician came over and tried to “rush me out of the chair” by saying you should be dry. I told her that I needed another 2 minutes and I let her see me input a “timer” for two minutes on my phone so I don’t go outside in the pouring rain 🌧 with wet toes. She agreed and walked away hence the four star 🌟 rating. This salon did an amazing job but don’t send customers out the door in the pouring rain with wet toes. I understand we all are practicing social distancing but if you are opened to the public try to allow time to schedule your customers accordingly, please consider when scheduling your customers to include and allow the “nail dry time” for your customer. DON’T RUSH them out the door. If you can’t ALLOW the time, don’t schedule customers so closely, you might even have to NOT take that customer and loose money but at least you won’t be rushing them out the door with wet nail polish.🙄🙄 💅

This is my first time here . The young girl I assumed is the manager . She is very friendly, help me finding right color .My nails was broken and I needed a manicure so badly . So , I had this young guy name Eddie did my SNS . He is super nice and professional. I don’t like nail tech use machines file my nail , coz my nail are very thin and weak . He took his time gently use the filer and buff my nails .The pedicure I received by Annie was very relaxing and was performed with care and detail. She is a such sweet lady , we had good conversation during the pedicure .Highly recommend !!!This nail salon is very welcoming, friendly and provide incredible service!

I found my NEW favorite nail salon today! Friends Nail & Spa has only been open 3 weeks, so I wanted to make sure I shared my A++++++ experience with the rest of Google!😃 We were greeted and treated with kindness as soon as we walked through the door. The atmosphere is Beautiful! 😍 So calming and serene. My entire pedicure was not only pleasant, but extremely soothing. I cant deny I was stressed beyond measure when I sat down in the chair. By the time I made it to the drying chair and table I didnt think it could get any better.... but it did! They massage your neck as you wait for your nails to dry. 😳 WHAT!?!? I was borderline drooling! It was amazing!!!! Saying I needed it is truly an understatement. I cant thank these women enough for such a wonderful experience! I wish you much success!!!! I will definitely treat myself by coming to see you again.☺️✨🙏🏽✨

This was my first time at time place.. I was very pleased..

I went my second time to remove gel and get basic manicure. It was not clean. The worker wiped the cuticle clippers and pusher with a cotton swab with one pump of alcohol with one swipe and put it back in the drawer for the next person. The table was not clean which she wiped with a dry cloth after my manicure. They didnt require hand washing before starting by me or the worker. I lost faith in the cleanliness.

Went to this salon with high hopes because of the reviews. It was THE worse nail experience I have gotten. PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere.

I like my nails, they were done with SNS and gel polish which is NOT what I came for. They dont do acrylic at all and that is what I have and needed. I dont really like my toes they are yellow the color I wanted but the lady showed no love while doing them, I can see places where the polish isnt filled in fully, she didnt file them or ask if I wanted them cut and I wouldve liked that done and she didnt clean them up. I probably wont go back because they dont do acrylic and I dont want to pay $40 every 2 wks for my nails.

The only reason why I am giving them 2 stars is because 1) they took me without an appointment 2) The color and shaping on my toes looks wonderful. However, they rushed my pedicure and manicure. The gel color on my nails does not match my toes, even though the first color I choose was the closet, the technician stated it was too bright. The color that she choose was a mood color, which she neglected to inform me. She also sprayed my legs with alcohol before placing lotion on them during the pedicure, which the alcohol separated the lotion and my skin became very dry. I ended up paying $58 for a service that I was unsatisfied with and I will not be returning.

If you are thinking of getting a pedicure here do not. They did a bad job on my toes and a horrible job on the lady next to me. I look forward to pedicures and was sorely disappointed. NEVER AGAIN

Hannah is a true nail art aficionado. She takes time to care for your nails before doing amazing work. I left my nail tech of 3 years for Friends Nail and Spa! SUCH genuine, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and clean. The ladies do great shaping and care about what you want and making you happy. The services I have received have lasted a long time which I am pleased about. They even give a nice complementary massage after services which I have never experienced anywhere else. I have lived in Duluth 6 years.... had a hard time finding a good nail salon. I have been going here for a while now and I love it! The service is great. The ladies take their time when attending to you. You know how some salons are talking/yelling in they language ...which is annoying...this place DOES NOT do that. .Friends nail salon is very relaxing and comfortable. The place is pretty and clean. Very calming and I love that they are always playing the hgtv channel!!😍 They give you a nice neck massage too!!

I got a basic manicure with a buff. Service was very rushed for the price. My manicure looks like I could have done it at home. Then I had to buff my own nails to get the look I wanted, yet had to pay $5 more for the buff.. $28 pedicure was extremely basic and they don’t use the foot callus scrubber so if you have dry skin you will not get the smooth feet you want,unless you pay 45+ for a pedicure. Don’t be fooled by the $19 pedicure sign. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Me and my 2 little girls went today and got our nails done here. I checked out some reviews and live close by so I thought I would try them out. It has been a while since I got my nails . I got SNS and Hannah did amazing job! The customer service was great every one in there was soo nice.They did great on the girls nails too. I will definitely be back. The price was good too I expected to pay more than what it was.

This is the only nail shop I use after trying several in the Duluth area. Very clean and customer focus. All ladies do an excellent job, especially Hanna.

I NEVER write reviews, but I just had to for this salon. I have been searching for my regular, home salon for the past few years and have seemed to never find one. Im just such a perfectionist and I have high expectations because my whole family is in the nails business. This salon is phenomenal. From the very beginning until the end. They did such an amazing job and their massage techniques are bomb!! I love that they arent too chatty because I am there to relax, not to converse. I LOVE that about them. They get right to the point and take their time to get your nails right. They absolutely dont rush. Also, they give you a neck/shoulder/back massage while you wait for your nails to dry and it is the best thing in this world...Can I take the technicians home with me?! Omg, will definitely be returning!! Keep in mind that I live an hour away from this place, but I dont care - it is SO worth the drive to come back. Will not be going into any other salon except for this one. Thank you for being in business!!!!

Amazing service. I found it through Google looking for a good place to get my nails done for my birthday and I noticed that it was fairly new and had glowing reviews so I thought Id give it a try. I walked in and it VERY clean and neat. Zoey is dope and she knows what shes doing. I made the mistake of going to a nail spot closer to home and hated it, so Ill just have to drive those few extra minutes to Friends!

I have finally found my nail salon!!! Omg so my first time going was yesterday after I read the reviews I was like I have to go there!! So I arrived everyone was so friendly I got a pedicure and manicure and when I tell you Hannah did her thing! Omg she was awesome she did my nails exactly how I’ve been wanting them done!! She took her time and when she was done I was so shock I was like wowwww girl you did that!!! I’m so excited can’t wait to go back!! Prior to this last experience I would have given a 5. This last time the lady waxing my eyebrows dropped wax in my hair then proceeded to cut a hunk of my hair out. When I said something she blamed me saying hair grows to close to my eyebrows- then Sid it was just. Little piece. Not one person apologized for this woman ruining my hair by cutting a hunk out.

I am a single mom of 2 children who was taken advantage of! Just moved out here from NY to experience this... I gave 1 star because they are clean and friendly but other than that I am very displeased with my Mani And Pedi that cost me 62$. She filed my strong nails down so much they are now fragile and breaking after 2 days of having them done. Before I left the salon on Friday December 7th 2019 @ 8pm I expressed to the technician my disapproval of how my toes were done and all they did was slightly file the side of my toe nails and said is that good. I was upset at that point. To make matters worse the Nail Tech had the nerve to stand over me while I was signing my credit card receipt pressuring me to leave a greater tip for her and the other nail tech which I felt was unprofessional. So now I have paid 70$ to be upset and dissatisfied with my services. Hate feeling like I was taken advantage of. I will never go back to them ever again!!

I needed a SNS mani and Pedi and I thought I’d try this place out since it was a minute away from my home and I am so glad I gave it a try! Very professional. They took their time and didn’t rush like other nail salons. This has to be one of the best SNS mani Ive had in a long time. The nail salon that I usually go to never bother removing my cuticles with SNS and this place did! Just an awesome place overall. Will definitely be returning.

They’re not good at doing long nails. I went to get a fill- in and it didn’t last not even 2wks. The nail tech barely put acrylic on my nails to fill them. A week later my nails started coming up & popping off. It definitely wasn’t worth the price. I also got gel on my nails & toes, the gel polish started chipping the following week.
