Poor customer service all the time! Dry personality as if I’m not paying, like I owe them before they even start my nails. Their gel polish always seems to be old so it takes more coats to get a solid color on your nail. They went up on their prices which doesn’t match their service! They will argue with a customer when they are wrong. I returned the next day to get another layer of polish. I didn’t announce that my foot had gotten cut the day before during my pedicure but when I returned the next day I went politely to the nail tech and said you cut me with the skin grader and she argued me down, even though the scraps from the tool were clearly visible. I told her I didn’t make a scene but felt like she should know she was too rough. Her attitude was more insulting then the cut! I just can’t see why their still open. Don’t waste money or your time going here! Trust me you won’t be happy!

Ppl here are very nice...so that gets the 5 star.. now has far has affordable, nope,,you better come with at least 70 for ya nails they charge for every little thing

Every time I come here, it’s always different prices stated for the same exact service each time. The prices stated on the wall are simply for decorum as they do NOT adhere to these prices at all. Each time I’ve gone here, I’ve paid at least a $20-30 difference for the same service .

The prices are different every time I go. They’ve charged me upwards of 30 extra for a fill and never gives me an actual manicure. None of the techs have ever soaked and cut my cuticles. They have been careless with the drill and knicked me a few times with no apologies. I have been moderately pleased with my nails but it’s hit or miss with them. The nail techs don’t understand customer service.

After two weeks of getting my nails done here the Gel is coming off and it’s not worth $35 I paid for a manicure and gel nails. Won’t be going back here.

HORRIBLE the prices online are wrong and I was wayyyy overcharged for my services. They gave me the wrong shape and length that I asked for. Every single nail is crooked and different shapes. Some longer then other some wider then others. Even a few nails have a waves in them they’re super thick due to using too much product, also my fingers are stained since the product poured onto my fingers. The people didn’t seem interested at all by having customers they actually seemed really annoyed by it. I brought to their attentions that my nails are crooked and wrong multiple times and they just said I was looking at them wrong and that my nails look great. Never returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy I almost cried because I’m stuck with such horrible nails

I really love my powder gel nails.

I went to get a new set of sns dip powder and after waiting an hour and a half for service my manicurist told me that she could only do a darker color than the blue that was already on my nails because she didn’t want to take the time to take off the color I already had. I was surprised at how outwardly lazy she was. I chose a light pink color anyway and she went and grabbed a dark pink then proceeded to just put the color on top of old sns. She didn’t reshape my nails or make sure they didn’t look bulky. After the shortest manicure ever I had to pay so much money even though I was upset with how they looked.I have been going to this nail salon for a very long time. At one point I was able to brag about how cheap the prices were and how great my nails were. I’m not sure where my favorite girls went and why things changed so much. Don’t go here. Try Peachtree Corners if you are able to make the drive.

I GIVE THIS NAIL SALON -ZERO STARS!!!Every time I go back to this place, the prices increase. My nail tech was Emmy. She is very unprofessional and takes offense when you ask her to fix your nail. Then she has the audacity to tell me I can’t make anymore appointments with her. Mind you, she charged me $51 for an acrylic fill in! Fill ins used to be $35! I never get a thanks for your business or good evening... That’s the last money they’ll ever get from me...

The interior is lovely and the service is pragmatic and professional. I was less than impressed with my manicurist. I expressly requested the deluxe manicure and pedicure, but received only the basic pedicure and she completely skipped over the manicure (I wanted to address my calluses and cuticles) and went straight to applying the acrylic nails. The nails are cute, but the rest of the hand still looks rough. And there was stoppage of the acrylic under my nails that I asked her to clean up and she never did.

I have been going to Les over a year now. Started in April of 2017 and Ive been hooked ever since. Anna is my nail tech for my SNS (primarily what I get) and acrylic. Whatever my nail needs are, she is my go to. She is AMAZING at what she does! Whenever I show her a picture of what I have in mind, she delivers. Im not always sure what I want and she is patient and helps me choose. Sometimes there may not be an exact color match but she finds something as close as possible and it works out/Im happy. I highly recommend her! For pedicures, I usually book with Jenny. She is really detailed. Nina also does a great job with pedicures too. All in all, I have no complaints and look to continue my business here for my nail needs. If possible, I suggest making an appointment. They are usually always on time. If not, it is only a short wait.

Ask for Ann when u go here. Shes is very thorough and takes the time to provide service. Shes very patient and does my nails really nice.

I went there yesterday and I got my nails done the lady that did them clearly didn’t cut my cuticles. left junk on my nails and charged me 58 dollars. I didn’t get any designs, online it says it was $30 but she charged me way more. I only got acrylic and top coat.

My mother, daughter, and I visited in a Friday evening. We each asked for an intense pedicure, my mother wanted a gel fill, my daughter a full set of gel nails with nail art, and I wanted a full set of ombré colored powder. Hands down the ladies that performed the pedicures are the best this side of town! On the other hand, the ladies who performed the mail services are a different story. My 14y/o daughter loves her nails and her tech was very kind and gentle with her. My mother’s tech rarely spoke to her and was rough with her hands. My tech was a different story all together! She first approached while I was getting the pedi and asked what kind of nails I wanted. I showed her the same nail on the ring and she said $50 then began to soak off and drill my nails. Once my pedi was done, she moved me to her station but not before asking who was paying. Where we paying separately or all together. I said all together and I am paying for everyone. Once my SNS was off, she went to get the new product. She came back to the table and said it’s going to be $70. I asked why? Then she said it’s $75 do you want it or not? I asked why do the price keep changing? I showed you from the beginning what I wanted. So I finally said I don’t want you to do my nails at all! Instead of a different tech coming over to service me, they just kept things moving. I paid for the services we received and left! Total spent $215! Will never go back again because of that one tech and a still Aldi don’t get my nails done!

After going here for the first time for a pedicure with a friend both of our foot seemed to be very rough after. We proceeded to go back 2 weeks prior (thinking it could just be our foot) but unfortunately it got even worse. And must I mention I’ve never had this problem until getting serviced here. Also they lack while doing your pedicures if you don’t pay close attention you won’t get what you pay for

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going in and getting a manicure and pedicure. They did my moms nails wrong they kept pressuring me to do gel (I’m assuming to up charge) when it should have been pink powder and white nail polish (design). Not only that but it is true that they rush and that they cut you. My moms finger was cut. My finger and foot was cut. Beware!

They were horrible all around. Don’t ever use them. I know I won’t ever again.

My nails were absolutely horrible and when I asked them to fix them they told me to ask another customer if my nails looked bad, so I went up to a lady and showed her my nails. The polish wasn’t on the sides, they were bumpy, crooked, and the lady who did my nails called me a liar just to say that I did say what I said. When asked to speak to an owner I was told they don’t have said persons number.

Came in to get a regular manicure, and I asked the nail tech to cut my nails a little shorter. She wasn’t paying attention and cut too close to the skin and took some skin off. She didn’t even notice it was bleeding until I said ow. All she said was sorry, and proceeded to pour acetone on it... never coming back here again.

I called 30 min away and asked is I could come in to get a fill in. The lady told me we don’t take appointments but we aren’t busy now you can walk in. Get there and they said we aren’t taking anyone else. Be specific. Jesus.

I have come here twice now and I have been very happy both times. Mindy has been my nail tech and she takes a little longer than I’m used to but I’m definitely not complaining. She makes sure that your nails look good, today I didn’t even have to point out one of the flaws in the nail because she takes the time to look for them. I’m very impressed and I think I’ve found my forever nail place!

This guy literally did my my toes in 10m.Did not use any cuticle softener , barely cut and filed my toes NOTHING IT WAS AWEFUL!!!I’ve been coming here for a while now but it’s the last time. NEVER COMING BACK! And when you try to say something they get mad.

Horrible service! I had my nails less than 9 days and they kept popping off and even after getting them fixed I was still experiencing the same thing. Then, I go back and schedule a second appointment to have them fixed and the lady was not there when I arrived the next day after making the appointmen. I ended up Rescheduling again and they tried to charge me for their mistake not once did I get an I’m sorry or did they acknowledge how they messed up! This was absolutely horrible service. I have been going here for yearssssssss and so much of my family comes to this nail shop.So I’m highly upset with their resistance to be urgent to fix the issue and acknowledge the mistake they made, on top of charging me over 150 dollar in less than 9 days . They have lost my service for good. When I expressed this the owner smirked! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they want is money not quality of customer care. So choose wisely.

Listen... My daughter had been here and recommended I go. She had beautiful, LONG acrylic nails. She was charged $65.I went for a regular mani/pedi. I have SHORT, NATURAL nails. I opted for Gel to make it last. The pedi (according to menu) was $30.I was charged $75 DOLLARS. For short, natural nails. The pedi was $30, so I am assuming they charged $45 for short natural nails mani.Almost like they looked at me and decided I could afford to have the TIP included automatically. I will not be back.

Kay (pedicure) & Eric (fill in) are amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, picked my color and was seated 5mins later. The prices are posted where you can see them and the atmosphere was quiet & relaxing! Both techs were professional (not talking in their language) very friendly and patient! They took their time and listened to my requests! If this continues, I will definitely be making this my forever nail home!

I came here out of desperation to get my nails done. Normally I go to a specific lady down the street my home who charges me about $35 for a set like the one I got. The nails are great I love them but it was a bit overpriced for me. I should have asked questions about pricing of the stones. I did not because I thought it would be similar to what I am used to. I would definitely go back but will not get any glitzy glam nails again here. I do recommend the place they do an awesome job. Plan on coming back whenever I cannot go to my normal nail lady.I got a pedicure & full set. I asked for a specific color. I told them I want it for both toes & nails. They are two different colors. My toes are slightly darker.

Super long wait time even with an appointment. I would avoid coming here unless you wish to waste your whole day waiting for someone to do your nails and receive poor customer service on top of it.

Les used to be one of my favorite salons. The location was convenient and the service was amazing. After a couple of years staffing changes and popularity seem to have added to the decline of good service. I stopped going because it began to get super crowded and Id leave only to have to return for a repair due to being rushed out. But...i decided to give them another try. I met Mr Henry. He did an awesome job on my fist time back. On my next visit, he suggested I remove the acrylic and have it redone (he did not add that there was a $5 charge). He also suggested a pink powder instead of the white powder (an additional $20 charge that I would have declined had he mentioned it). When I got to the register and learned that a $30-$35 service was $47, I was a bit livid! Especially since the posted prices do not reflect whats charged! I will not be going back for a third strike.

All the nail techs do a wonderful job, they have every color and design imaginable. No long wait times and the nail techs are fast. Reasonably priced. Staff is professional and always friendly. Always have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Wish I could give a 2.5 instead of a 3, but the technician that did my pedicure overall did a good job even though asked for callus remover and she totally either forgot or just didn’t feel like doing it. Honestly wish I caught this woman’s name because she was quite rude as well. The moment she sat down she immediately began to criticize my toes in Vietnamese (I know bc I am Vietnamese I just chose to say I wasn’t to see if she would pull something like that and she did).

Today was my first time going to this nail salon and I waited over an hour to be seen. I came in for a fill in and was charged $28.... I feel like I was over charged. Why does a fill in cost so much when their website price says $18? Calling tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. I got regular polish and French tips and short nails so what’s the deal?! Don’t know if I want to go back there anymore.

Worst salon ever! Horrible technicians. Horrible service. I do not recommend and will never return. They had 1 good tech and she quit. No one in the entire salon could do acrylic or gel. Only pedicures. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

My wife went to this nail salon and came back very unhappy. She went in to have her nails done, she had a set set already on but waited to long took have them done so they were really grown out. She said she asked the lady at the counter when she arrived if they could look at her nails and tell get it she needed to have a new set done or if they could fill them in. The lady at the counter said she would ask the nail technician to decide and then asked my wife if she wanted to have a gel color put on her nails of if she wanted too stay with the French tip. My wife told her that she wanted too keep the French tip, but wanted the polish to be gel. After going through the fill in process the nail tech just put a clear coat of nail polish over the existing grown out white tip (which I was informed was a white nail tip- not polish) leaving my wifes nails looking just as bad (if not worse) than when she went in. When she asked the nail technician if they were supposed to paint and bring down the white tip (because thats what the lady at the check in counter told her was going to happen) the technician told her no. After that my wife asked why she was told otherwise at check in and why if that was the case she didnt recommend a new set. The technician told her she didnt know why she was told that and then said she did a fill in to save my wife money. This made my wife more angry because she paid for a service she was absolutely unhappy with. The reason I didnt give this a 1 star is because my wife has been to this location twice before and saw Mindy, Henry, and Tim whom she had a great experience with and was very happy with the services. I apologize my wife didnt get the name of her last technician to that you could avoid her services. I posted a picture of her nails so you can see how they look, like I said very unhappy wife which means very unhappy husband. No good at all.

Mostly sub par at best, and very expensive. I got an acrylic fill-in with solid gel polish. The total was $30, which is what I paid for the full set at a different salon. I know the acrylic shouldnt be right on the cuticle, but mine is so far from the cuticle, it looks like this fill-in is 1 week old rather than 2 days. I gave one extra star because the young lady who did my nails did a good job resculpting and painting them. Also the salon has a good atmosphere and everyone seemed friendly. But the overall service is not worth what youll pay.

I went to Lovely Nails in Cleveland, GA yesterday and they ruined my nails. I called Les because it what was right down the road from me and asked if they could fix the issue. It only cost me $10 and it was the best nail job Ive ever had done! Amy did my nails and paid so much attention to detail which was great because Im picky when it comes to having my nails done. Another employee also watched my son while I had my nails done who h was so nice because us moms dont get a lot of breaks or chances just to enjoy getting pampered. This was the first time I have had my nails done in over a year, so Im so glad they were able to take that bad experience yesterday into a wonderful one today! Will definitely be going back!

This place was recommended to me. I arrived and my nail tech was late. Then upon arriving he informed me that because my nails were natural he was unable to do them. He gave me to another nail tech because I dont have fake nails or overlay he tried to make me feel bad about having healthy natural nails. Needless to say I wont be going back nor recommending them to anyone else.

I absolutely love this place and I have been going here for a couple years now! Anna is the best at nail designs and 3D nails! Jenni is the only person I will go to anywhere for SNS. She doesn’t make them bulky which is a problem I’ve had in the past with SNS. She is the only reason I have give it another try!!!

Anne/Anna did my full set. I chose my color and for 5 minutes she tried to upsale me to use a gel polish. She said the gel polish would be an additional $15 (the full set is $27) so I declined but she still made comments about how I would have to wait 20 minutes for my nails to dry without gel polish, etc. I did gel before and it does not make a difference for me so I dont get gel. But why did I have to go back and forth about what I want and what I am purchasing? Then when I am leaving after my nails are mostly dry, I asked for the spray to finish my nails...while on her phone, she looked up and said We dont do that here and kept doing whatever she was doing on her phone. Very rude.

Right from the start I got very rude customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in she no one greeted us loud enough to hear. Then the lady screamed “HELLO” in a very rude tone. The a lady with pastel colored hair continues to give me attitude. She did a decent job with my toes but kept making Elementary mistakes as if I was her first client ever. Whenever I asked her to fix something she gave me a terrible attitude. In the end my toes came out decent but I would DEFINITELY not recommend anyone to this place. Very beautiful on the inside I will say.

They do not even worth one star.I visited this place two times and they always CUT my cuticle to BLEED.The lady who did that today to me never even apologized properly.And of course, she was so hasty and careless the whole time.Overall, They dont have manuals for customers and I dont think there are trained staffs.I did exactly the same style from last time but the price was higher than before.The lady who made me bleed didnt even try to explain why but just wanted me to pay anyway.It was such an awful experience. Hello, I usually never take my time to place a review for bad service but I feel really upset at the moment and had to place a review on this place. I feel really hurt and disappointed for the their lack of customer service. This is not the first time I feel played by this company and yet decided to go back. (My fault) I walked in and asked the receptionist for pricing to make sure we were all in the same page, because last time, I had asked for a service and they gave me a total different number then what their wall had stated. She provided me with the information I needed and advised I was asking to make sure we were on the same page. When I sit down, the tech was trying to charge me $5 additional for removing Gel from my nail to place regular nail polish. I have been coming to this place before and even have stamps on rewards and I have never been charged additional and when I advised the tech of this, he stated, Well know you know This got me super upset, his lack of care and consideration made me not proceed with both my fill in and pedi. When I was getting ready to leave, they had someone already lined up behind me ( literally behind me) to take my seat. I know its not much money to trip about, but this is my hard earned money and did not appreciate the way I was treated at all nor his tone. I work in the customer service field and this was unacceptable. I will NOT Be coming to this place EVER again. Shame on you and your company. Your focus should be your customers, the money is important to, but without customers, a business is nothing. Who ever is reading this on the management side may not care and may even laugh but thats the whole point of reviews. To place our opinions on the service being provided and this was not acceptable.

If I could leave a zero I would. Walked into this location because out of all the nails salon in the area they were the only ones offering kids services on the website ages 12 and under. This would’ve been my little sister’s first Manicure and pedicure experience and we were really excited. We just left the movies around the corner and we weren’t on our side of town so I just decided to pick this location. When I walked I let them know that I was here for the kids service and it was my little sister’s first time. The lady automatically looked my sister up and down and told me “it’s $22 for her”. I asked her even for the kids service and she told me that the kids service start at 10 and under ( WHICH IS NOT ON THE SITE). Online for the kids service is $18 ,the money wasn’t the problem it was just the principle for her to spoiling my sisters first real nail experience with discrimination ....VERY disappointing. What’s crazy is a customer is the one who told me that they were trying to up charge me while she was getting her nails done and shot her technician the side eye. Fortunately we were able to get down to 285 back to Dunwoody in time through all the traffic and took her to my super sweet nail tech Jay at Nail Premier !! The craziest thing is I just started working in the plaza right after this incident and I always get compliments on my nails and the first question that they’ve asked is if I have been getting my nails done at Le’s or have used. From now on I will continue to refer everybody to my Dunwoody nail tech. It’s just safer....Sidenote: The website is incorrect please update because it looks really bad when something like this happens.

Had a girls day with my kids...everyone had manis or pedis...I got both. Enjoyed it very much. We all had a nice time. We were well taken care of in a timely fashion and quality service. There were 8 of us and they had us in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this salon. They have plenty of service levels to choose from too.

Took 2.5 hours for SNS something that takes 45 mins. Took 2 ppl to do it one started the other had to take it off and do it over. After that you think that they would discount to accommodate you. Nope still tried to charge me full price. And laugh when I stated how long I was there. Just gonna stop wasting my time with this place altogether

Sorry this is going to be long. I have been coming to this salon for years and had the worst experience today. Ive gotten friends of mine as regulars there. So close to the techs that they will grab Starbucks for them. The guy that was my main tech moved to Alabama a while ago so Ive been floating between techs. I wasnt happy with the job done on my hands and feet so after already paying I asked to speak with the manager Emey. I was going over the issues which was the add on price for long nails and the shape which was still square after I asked for coffin. I even showed them a picture from one of their Yelp reviews. He didnt do it right the first time and he attempted to fix them but they were still square. I was telling Emey all of this and she kept being making excuses and she started to get an attitude. I told her I just wanted my money back and she replied they dont do refunds but she would fix it. We sit down and shes working on my nails and Im asking about the owner and if there was any way I could speak to them. She wouldnt even tell me the owners name. She said she would call the owner and I could speak to . She picks up the phone and has a 3-4 minute convthemersation then hangs up. I asked her if that was the manager and asked why she didnt let me speak to them. She informed me that they said the same thing about no refund. And I was like ok youre already fixing them but you said I could speak to them. She tells me they didnt want to talk to me and theyre to busy. I pulled out my phone at that point to record the conversation and Emey got upset and after dailing 911 told Maria to speak to the police for her. All while she fixing my nails. I tell her its not illegal to record someone. She felt like it was. ‍ So as this is going down the guy who did my nails walks over and I asked him who the manager was and he quickly says Anna. I asked Emey oh thats the lady that was here with the dark shirt on right? Emey shrugged...I asked the one that was handing you all money earlier right? Oh oh yeah was her response. And guess who walks through the door?!! Anna! So I ask if she was the owner and she says no me and Emey both manage but the owner has us handle everything. Sooooo is there nobody above you all I can speak to? No theyre to busy. And she said everything that happened is between Emey and I and she doesnt want to get in the middle. Ok. So now the officer walks in. And politely lets them know that its not against the law for me to record and this is a civil issue and if its being delt with then theres nothing for him to do. Which it was. Voices were never raised and harmful words were never slung. So he was on his merry way. So Im talking to the two ladies and Im like see now you learned something new and its not illegal for people to record you in a public place. Anna tells me I heard him wrong. What??!!! So then she like I dont want to argue with you. I said we arent arguing we are two adults having a conversation and for you to be a manager youre being rude to which she replies no youre rude. Oh...ok Anna. Emey finished up my hands and cleaned up the polish on my toes and I was out. Like I said sorry for it being long but I need people to know. I handled this situation to the best of my ability and they lack professionalism. Dont spend your hard earned money here.

Anna is bomb! Any style I show her she can do. My nails look great every time & I always get compliments!! I recommend an appt because she does get busy. For pedicures Nhung is my girl, she is consistent and never misses a step in the service & she polishes to perfection.

I personally would not recommend this salon. It took almost 2 hours to get my nails painted (not gel) and my toes french painted and that wasnt even the worse part of my experience. The customer service is not good I personally felt that the lady who did my nails only cared about the money because I paid half way through and the second she was done she immediately left and her last words were okay bye. I was left there sitting with all my stuff out, my pants rolled up, my shoes and socks on the ground with wet finger nails and toe nails.I will not be going again, ever.

My experience here was great since the moment I walked in. Lee, my nail technician was super detailed and accomodating. He asked if my water was too hot during my pedicure, if I wanted something to drink and if I was happy with my manicure. He fixed something I didnt like without an attitude and kept awesome conversation. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and I absolutely reccomend Lee!

I absolutely recommend this place. Its a wonderful place to relax and unwind. I always go to Ms.Mindy for a pedicure; she is just amazing and Kevin does a great job with my nails.

Fantastic experience here today! Nails look amazing and the staff is impeccable. It doesnt hurt that I have champagne at 9am either! Thank you for taking care of us, Peter and Ben! Well be back as vacation regulars!!

Went here for the first time with my co worker. Got my nails done on a Monday, by Thursday they were a hot mess and lifting. Went back in to show them how bad they looked exactly 1 week later because I was in the UK and couldn’t go sooner. I asked for the manager and was told she would be in the next day but that I could talk to whoever it was that was greeting me. Showed her my lifting SNS and the other raggedy parts of my nail. She gone tell me that they only guarantee their nails for 3 days, but they would fix the one nail. When I said that I would come back the next day and speak with the manager she changed the story and said she was ok Vacation. I told her that’s alright, I wouldn’t be back.

The staff is very friendly and attentive! but Andy is a nail genius! He does great nail work and art! LOVE ANDY!!!!

I asked for a pink powder for my full set and got a dull clear. The lady who did my pedicure did not even clean my feet well. It looks like a pedicure I could’ve improvised myself at home. The guy who did my nails was kind of rude and just wanted to finish fast to go on to the next customer and the results show.

Two weeks ago I recieved the worse service since visiting this salon..the prices are reasonable and service usually is pretty good..however, on this visit it was aweful. The guy foing my toes dug to deep and my toes were red and sore. The older lady on my manicure did aweful. Skin was clipped, nails horribly shaped, she was hitting my hands on the low, and plane old rude. It was a terrible experience. I went back to show someone my nails and told her that I was a regular customer and had never received such horrible service. She offered to fix my nails that day and gave 5 dollars off next service. I was highly disappointed.
