Came in to get sns/gel polish removed and got a regular polish change to give my nails a break. I was very disappointed with the poor quality service of the nail tech. She was very sloppy with the polish application. My 11 year old niece could have done a better job than that! She didnt even bother to clean the edges! Then to top it off the polish began cracking in less than 24 hours!! DIY nails with regular polish lasts longer than this! At least a weeks time... this is ridiculous! I paid almost $40 (w/tip)... what a waste! This is the last time I visit this place!

Very friendly staff and a wonderfully large and beautifully designed interior. My pedicure was relaxing and turned out great. I was offered something to drink as well, which is a plus. I will be returning again in a few weeks. Check them out if you are in the area. Prices are reasonable too!

I’ve been a customer for 3 years. The salon is impeccable. Free of any dust and debris. No one wants to sit at a messy station. It’s very quiet and relaxing. The prices are reasonable about $30 for a gel manicure. (Soak off included) I won’t go anywhere else to get my gel manicures. It’s about a 25 minute drive from my home is North Cumming but I don’t mind because the service is consistent. Thu is an amazing nail tech. She takes her time and pays close attention to detail. If I can’t make it to Solara Sol then I don’t have get a manicure. It’s well worth the wait!

Worst place ever! Not only do my nails look bad and uneven.. Not only did they rush and not do a thorough job... but my feet.. they ruined my feet and cut my heels so badly I can’t even walk without almost tears. YOU DO NOT USE A METAL SCRAPER ON SOMEONES DRY HEELS AND CREAT THE ISSUES I NOW HAVE... YOU SOAK THEM AND PUT CALLUS REMOVER FIRST. I’m not a nail technician and I know this. So since they used a metal scalper on my feet before properly treating them first I now can hardly walk. This is awful! Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

I have gone to this location many times. Most times (back in 2015) have been great experiences and very relaxing. This last time that I went about a month ago was not pleasant at all. The lady doing my tips was not thorough, and I could tell before I even left there the nails were not going to be quality. When I left and was able to take a closer look and was shocked at how poorly they were filed. Honestly, I think a five-year-old could have done a better job filing my nails. They were not squared-off evenly and they were not even the same length. I hate to see such a great place go downhill but they have definitely taken a turn. After one month, all of my nails have come off. I have never, ever had that happen. I thought about going back and asking them to redo their poor work, but decided its not worth the drive. I will move on and find a better salon. I think you should

I have been a client here at this gorgeous nail spa since 2006. Through the years I have tried other places here and there, and I regret it every time.JD gives me the best pedicure I have ever had! She takes her time, gives me suggestions for a home regimen and customizes my pedicure to what I need since I stand all day for work. She truly delivers an experience that I have never had before.And Vu is so focused and detailed with his gel nail manicure. My nails are perfect every time!I love coming here and I love that they deliver such a caring experience.

Wouldnt go here again. I went to get acrylics done the day before my prom and they look terrible. Gunk was left under my nail from too much acrylic powder, there are bubbles in the nail polish, the top coat was terribly applied and isnt even covering my entire nail, they kept asking over and over again if I was sure I wanted my nails the length that I did even though theyre not even that long, etc. The woman who did my nails was very nice, but the woman who put the top coat on was extremely rude to not only me but an elderly woman who needed a pillow. I dont know if she was a manager or what but she needs to take some customer service classes. The shape I asked for was an extra $5 and for just the acrylic nails (no work done on my cuticles or even the slightest manicure) so my total was $35 for just the set of nails. Was too over priced for the service they provided and the condition my nails are in.

Had a bad experience recently to be exact 9/23/17. I had an appointment scheduled with technician Tu for a pedicure and S&S manicure. I get there early patiently wait because I am early. So my appointment was at 12:30, after sitting there until 12:53 without anyone acknowledging me, I ask Tracy ( rude owner) what time was my appointment to be exact just in case I got the time wrong. She yells 12:30 I look at the time and sit back down. So at 1:00 my technician ask me to come back to get started on my pedicure. I noticed nobody was coming over to do S&S on my nails and asked the technician was someone coming. She says Tracy the owner say they are too busy for me to get both services at the same time. I asked why didnt she mention that to me when I sat there for 30 minutes and no one communicated that to me. She replied I dont know Tia Im pissed at this point but not upset with Tu but the owner because she does little things all the time when I come there and I blow them off because I really dont like drama. Well its now 1:30 and Tracy comes over to Tu and tells her she has another customer waiting on her, Tu responds it will be another 35- 40 minutes before she can do. So me thinking to myself, whats wrong with this picture. When I came in and waited 30 minutes for Tu the only thing Tracy said to me that my appointment was at 12:30 because I asked her. But this white lady comes and and nownyou want Tu to not only hurry up and finish my pedicure but you dont like the fact that she told you the other lady had to wait. I spend a decent amount of money when I go to this establishment but I dont like being treated unfairly. So my tech completed the service I head to checkout and notice the white woman waiting for Tu was being helped. Tracy starts the lady manicure and Tu sits down to do her pedicure. So now Im really upset because I was told they were too busy to do a S&S manicure for me. I felt like my money didnt spend the same so I will not be back under no circumstances. Hell will freeze over first. Ive been going to this salon for 4 years and its not the same. I will miss Tu she does a great job and shes nice but I will not spend another dime there to support someones business. If youre BLACK 🏃🏾 away they will treat you like crap.

Ive been coming here since 2006 and now I bring my daughter and her friends. Excellent treatment, awesome spa environment, great service. You leave feeling luxurious and pampered.

I used to go every 2 weeks but after my nails simply were too thin to tolerate even gel polish anymore, I stopped going. I asked the techs repeatedly to not just start filing the nail bed down but instead to gently rough up the bed and break the gel seal for removal. Id have to say something every.single.time and multiple times per visit. Seriously, its not rocket science. Theyd consistently burn my nail bed with too much filing. Im done with this place.

I LOVE this place! All technicians are friendly and professional, although I prefer the female techs to the male ones. I find the females have more attention to detail than the males do. I always get gel manicures and regular pedicures, and they always last at least a month. Ive had man/pedis at resorts around the world and on cruise ships and none compare to this place...very glad it is near my home so that I can have my mani/pedis before I travel!

I go to Solara Sol every two weeks to get my nails and toes done. They do a great job. Their prices are very high, but they do a lot of extra services that most salons do not. For example, after they finish your nails, they dip your hands in wax, they massage your hands, arms, shoulders, and neck, etc. My complaints would be that they speak HORRIBLE English. They cannot hardly understand anything you say and they sit and talk about you to one another. The place is VERY clean and VERY sanitary. It looks nice and the environment is nice.

My sister was just in there earlier today and had a horrible experience. While they made every other customer pay after their nails were completed they forced my sister to pay for her nails as soon as she walked through the door. If that situation wasnt bad enough the nail tech then told her that even if I mess up I still have your money. This is unacceptable and I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this behavior. Avoid this place because obviously there was something being held against my sister. This is garbage service and I will never step foot in there and I will make sure that anyone I know does not go there either.

I stopped going to this salon some time ago because of the rude people on the front desk. I was in the neighborhood and tried again - unfortunately had my day and my moms day ruined because of the rude young lady and older gentleman again. Last attempt to use this salon. Many more available that actually make you feel welcome! Too bad since its a great location but unless they can change their customer service I cant see how they will stay in business.

Terrible now!!!!! I have live]d in this area for years and was a regular here for a few years when it first opened things were great but over the last two or three years I have gone out of pure convenience/location and every single time I have regretted it. Once they forgot to buff nails before adding clear coat so i got home and realized they were all bumpy, one i went and 3 nails broke off the very next day, last time i went the white portion of my oink and white was thicker than the pink so i had a large ridge on every nail. JUST AWFUL NOW OMG!!!!!

I have come here for quite sometime and haven’t had any problems until now. I normally come to get SNS and they always do a wonderful job! HOWEVER, I came in about a month or so ago and got a normal pedicure. I have never had toe nail fungus before and woop, both my mother and I got it from I guess either the tools or a contaminated polish from their stock. Very unhappy with this and it’s left a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be returning for any service of the like.

I drive 35 minutes to go to Solara Sol Nails because its one of the nicest nail salons I have been to in Atlanta. It is very clean and the ladies are really friendly.

This place is great its big and even has a piano. They do an excellent job. I have not found a nicer nail salon.

Beautiful space but the work is poor and rushed.The techs are spoiled, disrespectful and rude. Especially the newer, chunky one with glasses - she will argue with you and sass back and say rude things when you ask for a different shape or to make an adjustment to her work.Will cut you and watch you bleed and NEVER apologize or attempt to apply first aid or antiseptic. this has happened to me on numerous occasions. Im a loyal customer of 9 years and tip extremely well because I like the owner Tracy. But there are too many new shops in Johns Creek now to deal with nasty attitudes and terrible work/customer service. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent nail salon. Have been going here for past 2 yrs since moving to johns creek. The owner and the girls are all nice and very professional. They strive to maintain a relaxing spa like atmosphere. Ive never had to wait for more than 5-10min and have never made an appt. Always walk in. Ive had guests come with me for group pedicures and have always been accommodated in a timely fashion. Prices are reasonable. They never rush you. Pedicure with foot massage is great. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a beautiful relaxing spa like experience for a mani/pedi.
