Brittany was absolutely amazing!!! She did my pedicure and eye brows.

Britney did an absolutely great job!!! She’s super sweet and not only that she noticed I struggle a lot on how my nails grow in and I cut them wrong so she definitely helped me with pointers on how to maintain them!!! Absolutely love her !!!

All of the employees were nice and Im really happy my friend brought me here. I had my nails, eyebrows, and my feet done by Brittany and made me feel really good. She showed complete professionalism and was so nice. Shes proud of what she does and her work shows it. She picked out great colors, and she just amazing at her job.

Ive been going here for months. Britney does good nails but is slow and spend a lot of time raving about how good she does nails. Peter is the best but doesnt seem like he enjoy being there (or life). Mary does good pedicures, but horrible nails. I dont know the lady name that runs the place, so that shows how disconnected she is (until its time to pay)! All nail techs are using diff strategies and processes, so its the luck of the draw. After spending hundreds and possibly thousands, today was my last going there. Tired of the inconsistencies in quality, customer service, and PRICE!

If I could give this place a zero I went in on January 7th for a fill in acrylic with gel polish when I say the nail technicians technique was horrible is an understatement. Ive had nails for 20 years and this was my worst experience. She wasted powder and liquid all over my hands and did terrible shaping. I kept telling her what she was doing wasnt correct and going everywhere, but she ignored me and kept replying that she would fix it when shed used her drill. I had a knot in my stomach I wanted to get up and leave but knew Id still be charged so I let her finish. In my opinion you either know overlay technique or you dont. She didnt.Even when I got beyond that, on January 8th my nail popped off while I was resting in bed, I didnt hit it or commit any action that would warrant that to happen so, I went in showing my receipt in hopes theyd honor their work but NO, they charged me. I had a different technician for the repair, although I was frustrated I was just happy to get another technician that seemed confident in their ability. Fast forward to January 12 and the nail she repaired POPPED OFF! Unbelievable. You cant make this up!I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone Ive spent almost $51.00 just for a fill in and still need a repair. This has to be the worst nail salon in Duluth. Id rather snatch all my nails off than ever go in here again.RUN!!!

OK experience. The staff is not courteous or friendly. Make sure not to talk to them too much and you will be ok. The nail work itself was decent. They barely spoke English and were very rude. My wife got her nails and feet done here. They were so arrogant in answering anything and dont even think about asking a question twice.

If you want even a simple nail design do not waste ur time going up there. Went all the way up there just to go to another nail salon in the same shopping because they can’t do designs

I got my nails done here today, and I hate it. I dont like how they look. I was told I cant take it off because its gel polish. My nails look like my 9 year old did it. Super disappointed and annoyed.

Mary did my nails. These are called Galaxy Nebula. Basically black gel polish with galaxy glitter overlay. She does a superb job! She also does eyebrow waxing and bikini for men and women and those in-between lol! Just bring your own astringent so you want get bumpy after when you get home! First timers 😆

I would not recommend this place at all. I walked in asking for my acrylic nails to be removed both the ladies insisted on me getting other services I did not want. So once going back and forth she finally started taking my acrylics off. She started by cutting the length, which was painful and I let her know. Then she filed them down a bit and started pulling them off using another nail ouch. I told her multiple times she was hurting me that way until I insisted in getting them soaked off, which is the only way I’ve know to get acrylics off. She then cut me and did not offer anything to apply to it and wanted me to soak my finger in the acetone.I had to walk out before she went any further because she would keep hurting me and would not listen when I would let her know. Also she was rushing, which made no sense to me since I was the only person getting a nail service. Please save your time and money and don’t come to this nail salon.

Mary , where do I start, where she see persistent I see annoying. Especially when she is not good at her work, at least get the work done right. You tell her one thing and she does another I dont see me coming back

First time here for a manicure. They didnt do a temperature check, but I stayed any way. He started off by using the electric file around the top of my nail bed by my cuticles (never had that done before). After he filed and buffed them, he soaked them in water, but he didnt put the solution around my cuticles before he soaked them. After he cut my cuticles, he put oil on my hands and cuticles. He did a little hand massage and that was it. I wasnt used to this process. It all just seemed out of order. His customer service was horrible. He didnt greet me when I sat down. He just started working on my nails. He acted like he didnt want to be there.

Brittany was AMAZING!! I came down from VA last minute to visit my daughter and I was able to walk right in and get serviced ASAP. Brittany is very attentive and does not rush like other pedicurists I have experienced. 10/10 recommend and when I come back to visit my daughter, I will return to Brittany!!-Betty from VA

I dont know who hired that new lady Mary but she NOT GOOD AT ALL. I came for a pedicure when she put me in the water not only did she forgot about me once another customer came in. She didnt cut my cuticles nor gave me a message and i paid for the highest pedicure. Let just say i wont be back.

Mary does a amazing pedicure but I would not recommend this place for nails they don’t not know to apply acrylic and cannot shape nails properly. I have my nails done a week ago and they already need to be done over

Great, professional salon. I like that they have a tablet to check-in; it takes payments and schedules appointments. Their hours are convenient and the male tech Peter does a great job but he is rude. He taps my hand when it is not in the position he likes.

I had to go three times in one week because my nails kept coming off. Every time I went no matter if one nail was missing or if it was a full new set it was 40 dollars which makes no sense to me..... Brittany is an AMAZING nail tech. I been doing my nails with her since May 2013 for my high school graduation 🎓 and I got so many compliments, they look so natural that ever since then, I keep her as my nail tech and she is also the only one allowed to touch my eyebrows. I am unsure of the experience all the other customer had with her but speaking from experience she is truly a nice lady, she even gifted me a minnie shirt 👚 for my birthday. I 100% recommended her. Brittany is awesome! Ask for her when you go and if you’re unhappy about something, you can nicely ask her to fix it and she’ll do it.

Brittany is the most amazing nail tech and is eyebrow specialist I know. I’ve been going to her for years. She is so funny and has so much patience especially when I bring in my toddler to get her nails done. She makes you feel so important and engages with you through the whole experience. Anyone that states otherwise doesn’t know her very well and should be ashamed. I only visit GT Nails for BRITTANY!

Peter is awesome. He’s fast and my nails are always symmetrical. And my nails are never sore the next day like with some techs. I trust him with being delicate with my daughter as well. 👍

I did my nails with Ms. Britney and she was gentle and took her time doing my nails. I appreciate that, for the fact that nail techs usually rush and hurt your nails and cut the cuticles. If I could give 0 stars for the way Brittney treated my Mom I would. If I could give 5 stars in the same review, I would for Tina.I had the most horrible experience I have ever had in a nail shop. And I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I took my Mom (who has Parkinsons disease) to GT Nails in Duluth for Mother’s Day. We went the Saturday before Mother’s Day hoping to avoid the crowds. My Mom was very hesitant to go and reluctantly agree. She gets embarrassed if she moves too slow or feels that people are impatient with her. We recently moved to GA from CA. I have been going to GT Nails since I moved because of Tina. She is absolutely amazing! She is patient and very kind and professional. She makes you feel like a queen when she is doing your nails. Tina helped me and unfortunately a woman named Brittney helped my Mom. Very bad choice! Brittney was very impatient with my Mom and was rude! She actually snatched my Mom’s hands towards her a couple of times telling my Mom that she needed to bend forward more so that Brittney could reach her hands. Well, my Mom can’t reach forward due to her disease. My Mom asked her to please push her chair in some more so she could reach her and Brittney told her no because she said she had already done it once. What’s interesting is I actually walked in before my Mom got out of the car to make sure the salon knew that my Mom was coming in and that she was disabled. I also let them know this was part of her Mother’s Day gift. Brittney made my Mom feel horrible and she also started yelling with me when I asked her to be patient and gently with my Mom. She told me that she could only bend so far and that she didn’t feel she was being rude. She was definitely being rude and everyone started to notice when I said something to her. Brittney needs to be fired and does not need to work in a job with e customers. She does not have customer service skills at all. She ruined my Mom’s Mother’s Day experience and my Mom said she never wants to go back there. The manager and staff were really great about apologizing. Brittney refused to apologize. Tina is the only reason I will ever consider going back to GT Nails in Duluth.

Everyone was friendly when I walked in. The salon was very clean. They also have those plastic liners in the pedicure foot tubs. Brittany took excellent care of me and worked a miracle on my feet!

I went to this nail salon to get my eyebrows done. Little did I know, I was only going to get one done. The lady who did my eyebrows only waxed one and barely touched the other one. My sister got hers done also and left with her eyebrows looking the exact same. I do not recommend going here to get yours done unless your getting them done by Brittany.

I have been going to GT nails for the last two yearsand I haven’t had problems til a new lady started name Mary and she did my daughter nails even though I recommend her to someone she insisted and my daughter went and she was charged more then the prices and my daughter paid and then by the end of the week her nails were broke off, My daughter was so displeased she hasn’t had her nails done since.

Dont even want to give them 1 star. I came in with my family. They throight my brother. Put my niece in a pre-filled foot tub. Used the same tools on my feet that they used on my neice. The man sat in a chair next to me as if i wasnt waiting on a pedicure. My sister has polish on her feet. Toe nails are cut crooked. All over poor experience. Honestly makes me appreciate my usual nail salon and nail tech so much more. Still havent cleaned the tubs after finishing my families feet.

Went there to change my gel color, guy there has the worst attitude....because he didn’t like the fact that a change in gel color was all I was doing and willing to pay, he then decided to assist someone who came after me I guess with the assumption of getting paid more. I walked away, can’t stand bad customer service. The guy there didn’t even clean his area from his last customer, just horrible

About 3-4 years ago, i was a loyal customer to Peter for atleast 6-8 months. he made my nails look so natural. I am very picky. I want them flat & thin! If they break, thats on me i get that. After 7 months of going to him, one of my nails were crooked after he glued them. I informed him and he told me that thats how my nail is. My nail is crooked. I told him i been coming to you all this time and now you state that this one fingernail you glued on is crooked bc my finger is crooked? I told him to cash me out and did not allow him to finish. Its been years since ive gone back and i actually moved closer to the nail salon (about 5 mins) which i decided to see if i can try it again with Peter. Hes done my nails about 3x. Absolutely perfect. I received compliments and actually even referred people to him and the location. My third time. I actually broke 3 of my nails and peter stated that i needed a new set. That is fine! I didnt object. Once putting the powder i noticed how thick he was making it. I asked him if he was going to make it thinner and flatter. He again, just like years ago sits there baffled at my comment and says that he always does my nails like this. That he always does them medium size. He stated that after filing them i will see that they are going to be natural. I said OK. After he filed them. He actually had them with a lump in the middle and thin at the end. At this point, ive had enough of Peter. He charged me $70 pedicure was $20 & $50 for nails i didnt even allow him to finish. No gel nail color was put on me bc i did not allow him too. I was so upset i just wanted to pay and go without thinking what he charged me. So he over charged me. Super defensive if i state one comment: i am the customer, if i ask for something why does peter always feel the need to get defensive and argue about what i ask for? GT Nails. Before Peter started watching shows on his tablet, he was friendly. He engaged with me. He even asked me questions and laughed with me. Ever since he started using tablet he wont even say hi to me. File my nails the entire time while watching his tablet/phone. Tug at my arm multiple x and sets it the way he wants if its not accommodating to him. I still went to the peter even through the lack of his customer service bc he truly does nails good but once something is wrong, i speak or ask for something to be corrected and he denies and blames me. Everyone there is so friendly. Its a shame. Because of Peters attitude you guys lost a customer. Not only for him but for your other staff.

Pure mess! This not my first experience with GT nails. I almost became a regular but one day I went and (Lee, if Im not mistaken)Im assuming the owner or lead tech who sits in the first table on the left was supposed to arch my brows but instead she took another customer and sent me to Linda who f***** up my brows long story short. Yesterday I went for a full set and I will be damn if I didnt end up with Linda. She botched my nails and Im sure they will be off in less than a weeks time. Acrylic all over my nail bed, like I used a Kiss beginners set and did it myself, thick, sloppy and uneven work. My nails were burning and sore after leaving this place. I know Linda is old and probably family, but why are paying customers suffering when the whole establishment knows that she has no skill whatsoever! It was obvious she didnt know what she was doing. She even cut me during buffing and tried to cover it by holding her finger over it! They dont care about you if they dont remember you as a regular who tips. Money wasted! Be careful with these nail salons with poor service and poor quality work. They also find anything to charge u extra, I paid 25 and it wasnt worth $2 let alone $25.

Ive been coming to Britanny for 19 yrs. Shes the eyebrow queen from Walmart on Pleasant Hill. We have a long history. My eyebrows and nails stay on point. Ive been loyal to her only. Great work , and knows her technique. Keep up the great work eyebrow Queen of Gwinnett.

Nails needed a fill in and started coming off within a week of having them. Service was horrible. Lady that did my nails was on her phone the whole time and would stop doing my nails just to answer her phone! My nails were filed uneven.. just all around horrible first experience. I paid $37.. waste of my money! Never again.. Don’t go here

Love this nail salon, Holly does wonderful nails and is the only person I would go to ! My mom goes to the older guy next to her and he does nice nails. Holly is better though ! I went to an older lady in the back before and she did a horrible job, my nails was bleeding, she couldn’t do some because of the cuts, and the nails were extremely THIN and horrible painting !

The service is terrible, I asked for a simple design of French with a black line and they couldn’t even do it right but they definitely had no problem charging me, my nails were uneven and when I tried to bring it to their attention I was told that it was the shape of my nail and not the gel😡 funny I never had this issue before. I willing not be returning.

(Since Holly I believed retired & was the only one to available at the monomer when I walked in) Britanny’s attitude towards the middle and end of was HORRIBLE. The way she was talking to me, throwing my feet around up & down & messing up a few times... never will I get a service done with her again. Still loyal to Peter tho!
