Jacob, Kevin and Nick are amazing. I was in a one day crisis and they fixed the motor with a minute to spare. I didnt trust the truck to go a mile. Since Jacobs one day repair its gone to Columbus, GA and Birmingham AL. These guys are not just great mechanics they are magicians. They turned a pumpkin into a chariot over night!

I took my car this past weekend to get the brakes done as well as some significant maintenance (fluid flushes, oil change, etc.), after using the Suwanee location for several years before moving away. The maintenance package here saved several hundred dollars compared to getting everything done at the dealer. Jacob and his team also discovered a dangerous issue (ruptured CV boot) that the dealer had missed. They ordered the part and put in extra time and effort to get everything fixed. I really appreciated their thoroughness and straight forward business. Would definitely recommend Jacob and his team at NE Autotek!

When I was referred to NE Autotek, I had just had an awful experience with a dishonest mechanic. I was $1000 in the hole and my car was in awful shape, and I didn’t realize how bad. Luckily I dropped it off with Jacob and his team and by lunch time I had a diagnosis. We prioritized repairs as I was on a tight budget. Throughout the process I was updated and informed on the extensive damage the previous mechanic caused. By this point I was frustrated and just over the whole process. Jacob kept a positive attitude and continued to work on my vehicle. After 2 days he let me know that I was good to go and my car was 100%. I almost didn’t believe him. I came in to pick my car up and Jacob met with me and showed me everything he repaired. He went above and beyond my expectations and I can honestly say I’ve never been more pleased with a mechanic. He is a trustworthy professional with loads of knowledge, certifications, and experience. I will always take my vehicles there and I recommend everyone else do the same. Great shop with the best prices! Very professional and the everybody there seemed very helpful. The store mangers made me feel welcome and they worked with me on the price. I was surprised that they replace/rebuild transmissions and engines but they swapped my engine on 2005 Chrysler 300 fairly quick. It took about 4 days total but overall I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend this shop to anybody

Honesty and recommendable are the two words I can summarize my experience with Jacob and his team. He let me know the issues and how to solve and even allowed me to keep the car at the shop a handful of extra days while parts arrived. The shop manager, Jacob, lacks confidence, or integrity or both. Instead of saying Hey, we cant handle that job right now he attempted to get me to leave my vehicle for an unknown amount of time...MAYBE SOMETIME next week, while also inflating the price...I gave you the wrong price for an alignment, its not $99...its $200 + a special camber fee + a special toe and caster adjustment fee + a special alignment for an alignment fee. He couldnt even look me in my face while spouting off that nonsense...looking around at his mechanic behind him for validation.Bring your car there if you want to. Honesty and integrity are important for mechanic shops. Best thing he ever said to me was God Bless You and that worked.

We stated using NE Autotek after we moved a little over a year ago. I thought our previous mechanic was good, NE Autotek blows them out of the water! We have had nothing be exceptional service before and after the sale on our vehicles. They have stood behind their word and kept every promise they have made to use. This is a VERY good shop. I ran over a curb and knocked a hole in my transmission pan. I left my car there, had NE Autotek tow it to them and took an Uber home.In this situation a bad shop would have charged as much as they possible could for the repairs. It was only about $350 for the towing, replacing the pan, adding the fluid, and doing minor repairs on my bumper.
