I came in for oil change and Tom said I didn’t need one. My oil light hadn’t been reset. Then I asked for a tire rotation. He said that wasn’t necessary either as my tires were wearing very evenly. I left having been educated and spending $0. That kind of honesty and professional service has made this my go to shop

Been going to this location for years as Tom and his team are the best there is. I live an hour away and stillmake that trip to have them work on my cars. I go to them for routine oil changes, tire balance and rotation, transmission flush, battery replacement, air filter replacements, replace hydraulic hood lifts, and fuel system cleaning. I don’t trust any other place. Best quality and service you’ll ever experience!

My sister and I came at the same time to get out oil changed. The manager and the other man working there were very helpful and knowledgable. They were also fun to talk to while our oil got changed! Definitely recommend for a great (and fairly speedy) oil change!

Most important? - This shop will always tell you the TRUTH. They will no suggest any repairs you dont need, and they will let you know what needs to be done first (or can wait if you are on a budget) and they will never ever pull any shenanigans like other auto shops try. DJ the service tech was prompt, friendly and courteous! He went out of his way to keep me informed of progress and explain what they were doing every step of the way! I would NOT recommend this place or their service to anyone! I took my truck in for repair of the CV axle & wheel bearing...left my truck with them on a Thursday, and received a call at close the next day stating it would be an additional $2,000 of repair needing to be done and that my truck was no longer in driving condition. My truck had no issues prior to leaving it with them. No leaks, no sounds, no warnings! It was in such good condition, the tech who assessed it that Thursday when I dropped it off, offered to buy it from me (note: it was not for sale). The manager and shop owner were both very nonchalant and uninterested in talking to me about the matter/owning up to their fault and taking responsibility for the damages caused to my truck while in their care. They would only say “it’s an old truck” and “things happen.” My truck is a 2006 that was again in great, running condition prior to leaving it at this place. Totally unacceptable!!! This place is not trustworthy and lacks customer service. I urge everyone to be cautious and/or just avoid this place at all cost!!

Pricey, and didnt accept a coupon on their app, so $100 for an oil change! They also didnt give me a printed receipt, I would prefer printed as I have to print it anyway for my files so a bit frustrating. Still, it was very convenient, fast, and they did a good job so overall i was very happy.

In the past, I went to the Pleasant Hill location which wasnt bad but the service and care at this location is unsurpassed.This was my second visit at this location for an oil change, and while the attendants may suggest services or upgrades theyre not pushy about it. I didnt realize how full-service they really were until being explained how much they do by my attendant, Pete, while Moses was under the hood checking out my engine bay & ensuring I was good to go. Quick service, and friendly to boot! Will definitely be back for some regular servicing and my oil changes.

Went for Emission testing . They welcomed and said the end to end process take max 15 min . Since already 1 car performing emissions test I waited for 5 mins and when my turn came just drop to the spot and done testing in 10 min . Staff are friendly and will do it next time too .

Fast, efficient, and good customer service. I have been coming here for every oil change except my first one. I was so shocked with the speed and Tom, is so nice! I highly recommend this place and will continue coming here for all services. Emissions test is kind of expensive compared to the Suwanee chevron gas station, but doesn’t beat the convenience and friendly environment. Love this place!

Super fast oil change. Car was in desperate repair. Express was able to change my oil, change tires, give me brand new air filters, alignment, top off my coolant, washer fluid, etc. And I was out and good to go within the day.
