I Google searched oil changes near me and this place had the best reviews and 4.9 stars. I see why and I am so glad I went. The manager was friendly and thorough in explaining every step before they preformed a service. He also quoted prices before every service completed. This was my first time there and I was very pleased and will be returning for future service on my car. Thanks again for performing quality and ethical work and being so nice.

This place was magnificent!!! I had got my service done couple of weeks ago. I have a 2016 Toyota Camry and never had service done like these guys did. It was so amazing where they checked everything. They made sure I was great before they gave me the bill. Meaning they did the job and started to check my brakes, lights, horn, engine, etc… I was just AMAZED. They truly care for the customers to make sure they come back. I live in Covington, Ga which is an hour away from this shop. I truly would come back to them for sure. I wouldn’t go nowhere else, but this shop. I don’t care if I have to drive an hour to get the service done, but this shop is truly worth it. They have truly got my loyalty 💯

My favorite local oil change place. They are about normal price, but have excellent customer service and are super fast! Id highly recommend.

Came in around noon on a weekday and there was only about a 5 minute wait. They were super quick and friendly, and made my first time experience getting an oil change super easy! Mark was really friendly and fast! Would definitely recommend.

Mark was an excellent representative for Express Oil. Gave a great customer experience and was very knowledgeable about cars and sound systems. He made sure I knew the price of every option that was available to me. A simple oil change and wiper change can go a long way with great service. Awesome team on hand. Everyone waived and acknowledged me as I waited for my oil to be changed. So glad to have a trustworthy group of mechanics near my home.

Quick and efficient. They do a good job, and I never see the underhanded upwelling techniques (wiper blades, air filters, etc). Really appreciate that.

These guys are my go-to mechanics that I call upon for all of my repairs and consultations. They are always polite, focus only on what I ask for, and only suggest additional work to me that they notice without just doing it under my nose and charging me later. Wait times can be awhile sometimes but they do an amazing job and even when customers get antsy the mechanics never get rude or annoyed.Ive only had one mishap with them where they accidentally ordered the wrong tire for my car and things took a little longer to get done because of that, but everyone were good sports about it and Ive moved on. Please check these guys out and show them some love and support - they are at the top of their craft.

Once again I had a great visit with Tom and his crew. I told Tom the guys reminded me of a NASCAR pit crew. Clean uniforms, very knowledgeable, excellent service. I received a very detailed quote for some work down the road. I will not take my beautiful Scion TC with 102k miles (paid for by the way) anywhere else!

Arrived and left within 20 mins. Very quick and easy service. Mark my technician did an excellent job, wore his mask correctly the whole time and talked to me very politely. I normally loath getting my maintenance done since it is always a hassle but after my experience here I dont think it would go anywhere else!

Went in for an oil/tire change, the employees were courteous and friendly. I never felt pressured or pushed on any of their services, and their diligence revealed a few more issues that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and more costly down the line. Im glad to have used their establishment, and will keep them in mind for future work.

They were nice and fast but cost twice as much as other places. I got the feeling they were trying to add on more and more costs if I had let them. Annoying.

They let you see the cleanness of the oil after they done. Also Police comes here to get their car check and stuff. People always say if Police always go places that are good for their cars. Got my oil changed today here for the first time after a few coworkers recommended - I will definitely continue to come here. They checked my lights and fluid levels. They didn’t try to scam me on anything - they addressed any extra concerns without pushing which is a HUGE plus. He was upfront about the price. The assistant manager was super friendly. You can tell they care about their customers.

Was close by (@DuluthHS) and needed an oil change. From the time I pulled up, until the time I drove off, the guys here (Josh and Zach) were amazingly polite, professional, informative, and thorough. Every step was announced and explained, with plenty of please and thank yous. Oil change plus cabin filter for a 2012 Lexus RX350 was $119. Hoping the management for this location sees this and pass my compliments to the techs!

This was the best oil change experience Ive had by far. The guys in there were professional and I didnt have to get out of the car for the lil change because they were so fast. It was great. And the place was tip top and clean. Wonderful service. I will always come here to get my car serviced.

I come here exclusively for auto work. Staff is friendly, real down to earth people while still being professional, and they work quickly (hence the express in the business name I suppose). They dont shoehorn you into decisions, but will advise you regarding maintenance that you might want to consider. Definitely check in with them for consistent upkeep on your vehicle.

I went for an oil change during my lunch break, and out my air and engine filters replaced as well. Zack, the assistant manager, helped me out. He was polite, super professional, and helpful. He explained what he was doing and why and told me the cost before doing everything so I was aware of what was happening. Very quick and easy.

Great team. Very efficient and practiced. The oil change is so fast that you are invited to sit in your car while the work is done. They are not the cheapest oil change on the block, but if you value your time and prefer quality work, its worth it.

I came in for a regular oil change—the manager Zach noticed my educator license plate and told me they give a teacher discount which no one had mentioned at the other locations before. He also pointed out an air filter behind the glove box that I didn’t know existed. Bye bye allergies! The customer service was great, the staff was super friendly, and they weren’t pushy about add-on services. This will definitely be my new go-to location.

I enjoyed a very positive experience here recently. Its far from just an oil change place. In addition to an oil change, I had my tires rotated and balanced and decided to have my rear differential suggested maintenance done. They seem to be able to do everything. I had them check my air filter and brakes as well as they told me they were fine which means they werent just trying to up sell me on everything. Ill be back. Kenny the manager was great to work with.

Honestly never had a better experience in a car shop in my entire life. They’re very honest, quick and friendly. Amazing service through and through. They show u in person, what they’re doing to your car and they show u what needs to be changed. And they don’t over charge you for things you don’t actually need for your car. 10/10 would recommend. Edit: I do want to mention Ive always gone to Kauffman tire to get oil changes, and ever since they changed to Mavis, theyve had the worst customer service and turn around time Ive ever seen. Express Oil Change & Service is fantastic. I pulled up, and immediately Zach walked over and asked what I needed done today. He got me right in, and under 10 minutes, I was out of there. Mavis took me dropping my car off at 8am, coming back at noon for it to still not be ready, and me sitting there for 2 hours, just for an oil change and rotate. Never again. You guys earned my business for good. 👍

Before I went to the Express Oil Service Shop on Buford Hwy I made a call and spoke with Terry in reference to my AC blowing out warm air. I asked if he could service my vehicle and asked what it would cost me approximately to have them to run a diagnostic test to detect the problem. Terry provided me with the prices it would cost to have them run a diagnostic test, the cost per pound of anti-freeze, and the dye. He even went as far to inform me that if there was a leak what the cost would be. I was well informed of all cost up front and was able to make a sound decision before I decided to take my car to the shop. I was very grateful for the professional service and advise I received from Terry and the tech (potato) who performed the diagnostic test, added the dye and free-on. The service was quick and I was amazed at how detailed the techs were in working together to resolve my problem. When I departed the shop I was a happy camper as I pulled into the shop with very warm air blowing and I left the shop with cold air blowing. In addition to the great service I received Terry also provided me with several oil change coupons and 10% service coupon. Thank you Terry, potato, and staff for your professionalism and expertise.

Zach was above and beyond on the quality of service, communication, and thoroughness of the job. Its honestly the best experience Ive had at this location. In addition to a quick oil change, he checked and topped off fluids, did a dip stick check, checked signals and lights, and even tires. He made me aware, without pushing or being overly sales to add services. Top notch.

Since moving to Georgia, Ive only gone to this Express Oil Change location. They also performed my emission inspection during my lunch break without taking my entire time. Zach was incredibly nice and funny, and I will definitely return to have my tires balanced and rotated at my next oil change.

Customer service perfection! The mechanics take time to include you in the process of your service and you don’t feel like just another number. Also, during Braves season they run discounts depending on how many runs the Braves score-you get that much discounted from the bill. Special shout out to Zack, the store manager.

Stopped in briefly to inquire about the cost of oil change full service. They told me it was $48. I then said what do you get for that. they told me and then said but today because of the Braves Promotion its $22 off. I jumped on it and said go ahead. They gave me the full service and while they were at it I asked about rotating the tires. Jason said he could not do it because I had worn them too much in places. I had not even noticed. I asked How much for tires and couldnt believe the price. Do you have them in stock and at first did not, When they found out I could not come back the next day they had them there in 15 minutes as promised and installed immediately. Unbelievable service above and beyond. I felt like my business and dollars meant something to David and Jason there. I recommend this place to anyone for honest fast dependable service and a reasonable price. Bravo guys!
