I was looking for a local place to bring my hybrid car (Chevy Volt) just because I know they can be a little difficult to service sometimes. I hadn’t had the brakes done in 4+ years so assumed I’d need new ones! When I brought it in they told me my brakes looked brand new and I didn’t need any new parts or services! ALSO they sent me an email report with pictures of my brakes and such to look at myself! They charged me a very very reasonable inspection fee and sent me home! Was in and out in maybe 30/40 minutes and I had made the appointment the day before. Great, great service! Will definitely refer friends/come back whenever I finally need brakes!

Very professional and honest about service. Also, very online friendly. What I really liked is unlike dealers or some other auto service places they wouldnt hand you a list 9f things you need to fix. This is not easy to find nowadays.

I went to this place for oil change all the time and they are honest and good people. I called and asked about possible checking catalytic converter because someone tried to steal it, they explained to me and saved me some money checking. Very honest and good people, worth going back for future help and services.

Wow! Best experience Ive ever had getting car repairs. I made a last minute appt and they took my car back as soon as I arrived. Ive NEVER had that happen. I was informed of what they found in testing my ac every step of the way... They dont just leave you hanging. And the price to fix the issue was like $300 less than I was quoted elsewhere. I am thoroughly impressed. These guys now have a customer for life. Well done!!

I called Blue Sky to inquire about a wheel alignment. The staff was friendly and professional over the phone. I didnt have an appointment, but they got me in and also gave me a discount that was offered on Groupon. When I arrived, they got me in right away. I was greeted by the owner Tom and staff member. The first thing I noticed was the stylish lobby. Im so use to coming into a auto shop and being hit with large tires and the smell of them (which is not appealing). I was pleasantly surprised seeing the cozy space. I was impressed by the decor and the snacks provided while I waited for my car. Thanks Tom and the staff for the great atmosphere and services provided. My overall experience was great! As a creative being, I want to thank Tom for changing up the look and feel of the auto shop. I enjoyed your comfy space and inviting environment. You guys made my experience relaxing not to mention the price for service was really in my budget. I will definitely be back including I will refer my family and friends to Blue Skys Tire and Auto.

I found this place on Groupon , googled it and since the reviews were good I contacted them. I’m usually skeptical trying new car repair places because my experiences haven’t been the best. Great experience even from calling to set up an appointment. Tom was great , he knew the issue before I even brought the car in , he explained what needed to be done and the costs upfront and also did what he could to save some money on the parts. I ended up needing new rotors and brake pads , and was able to schedule and get repairs done within a day. My car now runs perfect. Would recommend.

Tom Hix was phenomenal; it was a pleasure being in the shop and speaking with him while my service was performed. I was almost sad that they were so quick! The waiting room is nice, clean, and comfortable. I think its awesome to have a shop owner also be the one providing the customer service. It shows commitment to the venture and fraternity with his employees, which are things that I will always support! I will definitely be visiting again.

I have an 88 Fiero. Mechanics dont see many these days. They were patient, reasonably priced and stuck by me. Had to research one issue and when the answer was simply tightening 2 bolts that they NEVER touched before, they didnt even charge me. GREAT place to do business. Next I am taking my Smart Car in!

I admit, my first impression when I called and was put on hold for over 7mins before I hung up wasnt positive... but I found the online appt scheduling easy enough to use. (Would be great if that info was pre-recorded while on hold!)When I got there - nice clean facility. Matt was professional, responsive and friendly. As a female, lots of auto service places are run down and make me question what was being recommended. My only service-related complaint is that my tire pressures were way off - I dont know if they dont have nitrogen or what, so I had to swing by Costco to get that addressed. Regardless, I will definitely come back

They text you updates as they are working on your vehicle and provided you with a breakdown on the things your car will be needing soon. Very helpful, but they also dont try to sell you more than you are there for! I would highly recommend!

Awesome staff and mechanic.. I had custom suspension components on my lowered Subaru BRZ and wanted to do a really specific dialled in alignment done and they were happy to help me out... Would definitely recommend them over another place.

I received a brake fluid flush service here and the cost was fair. I like how I’m able to look out the window from the waiting room and see the mechanics work on my car so it gave me confidence that they were doing the job. Scott was in the front that managed check-ins and he delivered great customer service. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, so my waiting experience was relaxing. My experience is normally fine however recently, after coming to get my oil change; I had a horrible experience. I called in several times to get price estimates. They were 100% Incorrect. The front desk is Ran by young, unprofessional, kids. The worker had an attitude, I overheard here them discussing other customers behind there back and also the workers here try to take short cuts. I recommend you bringing your vehicle elsewhere. Please! We can not continue to support companies that are not respectful to all people and carry judgement all behavior : whether they appear rich or not.

A wonderful place to bring your car for serviceI visited Blue Sky to get an alignment for my truck following up on an offer through Groupon. Yes! They honored it even though I did make a mistake of not completing my part before coming to the store... My appointment was on the T: Courteous people, friendly and honest. I left the store that first time clearly with a WOW on their service but after driving a couple of weeks I noticed that I needed to go back for a touch up adjustment on the alignment. I called the store and let them know about it. Unfortunately, I travelled and before going back there. Guess what!? When I called them back a few months later when I had time to check back in, they were still happy to help me correct the problem without excuses or tying me up with another nonsense service to make a dollar. It’s rare to find some honesty in this industry but to these guys it’s a rule....

I needed an alignment and new tires. I found them through Groupon for my cars alignment. Not only was that a great deal... I bought all 4 tires and had them mounted for way less than I thought it would be. The waiting area was comfortable enough for me to study while I waited. They were done about 30 min before the estimated wait time. Cherry on top is they checked a broken sensor that no one has ever bothered to even look at. Oh and they are all so very nice. Ive found my shop

I had a very fast and pleasant service at blue sky. The owner Tom was very helpful and gave me the information I needed to know

I went there for the first time to get an oil change. While I waited, they had free refreshments so I drank a free can of coke. They did an inspection on the vehicle and told me a few things that needed care, and eventual care. According to them, I needed an alignment but it wasnt forced or anything. I went ahead and did the alignment because they actually didnt do a customers alignment when he didnt need it, even though he went there asking for it. I felt like it was an honest inspection. With a tire rotation, alignment, and oil change, it was about 135. In normal places, I would have been charged 70 to 80 dollars for full synthetic. Looking forward to doing business again at 45,000 miles.

I was looking for a new auto repair place since we are new to the area and I chose Blue Sky. I was very pleased with the work they did on my car and how quickly they assessed the situation, the detail of the issues and how to remedy them, and the turnaround time. This was my third visit with Blue Sky and I must say it was just as good as the first. They were very professional. To start, they reminded me of my appointment time. When I arrived, they got me in right away. Refreshments were available. Place was clean. They were friendly and considerate. I felt they were honest. I didnt feel like I was being taken for a ride. I generally dont write reviews, but I had to for Blue Sky Tire & Auto! Amazing staff, great quality of care, and excellent customer service! They were done replacing the bulb in my tail light before I could even finish half of the complimentary coffee. They follow all CDC guidelines, and all employees had face masks on. They even put my documents and car key in ziploc bags to reduce exposure. I cant recommend this place enough!

Was greeted by owner Tom upon arrival. He was friendly and courteous. I was surprised to get text messages updating me on every stage from checking in my car, to inspection, to work completed and ready to go. Liked it and appreciated. All in all , the wait was not long. I was out in under 30 mns., which was awesome. Also his Groupon prices are very competitive. Would highly recommend.

I like this shop. It could be 5 stars review but I received a quote with crazy prices for parts. For example 2 wheels break pads for $90, but real full price in Autozone for good ceramic pads is $40. Then generic rotors for $175 but real full price for 2 sport drilled rotors is $60 on eBay and $100 in Autozone. So with all discounts the quote was $311. For $320 I could do it in the official dealership. I’ll do it in another shop for $150-175. Another unpleasant fact that after tire rotation my $100 wheel hubs were not installed properly, 2 hubs were loose and I could loose them, I reinstalled them near the shop by myself.

They hit upon everything youd want as a customer at a tire and lube place: good price, clean, fast, and honest/straight up. You can tell their reputation and reviews mean a lot to them. Got an oil change and tire rotation, which they did quickly and mentioned a couple items to be aware of, but with no upsell pressure. Perfect. Good tip: they have a Groupon special, which I used, buy they will honor that price if you just mention it. Groupon takes a sizable cut of each purchase, so going directly to the business is a good way to get the same deal, but helping out small businesses like this by helping their margins.

I must say, the service was great from setting the appointment to the actual work. The manager/ owner is kind and patient. The service was done quickly. I appreciate the text feature letting me know the status of the work, really helpful, if I had to leave my car there and the online report told me what was looked at, what was discovered and gives me a guide for any additional repairs. I plan to return and I wish them all the best and lots of business.

I was looking for a new mechanic and bought a Groupon for BlueSky to try them out. Wasn’t sure what to expect after having to deal with my previous mechanic but the price of the Groupon was cheaper than I was going to find anywhere else. When I got there the owner and Scott listened to my concerns and assured me they were not the typical auto shop. Transparency is a must for me being a female looking for help in a male-dominated industry. They nailed it 100%. It took longer than expected but Scott explained why and was, I felt, sincerely apologetic about it. I couldn’t complain though, I went in without an appointment and they were kind enough to work me in. Plus, majority of the hold up was a part being delivered by another company which was not the fault of BlueSky. Even though I waited longer than I hoped, they had plenty of coffee to keep me satisfied. And, a very clean restroom which is ALWAYS a major plus because it is seldom the case. Especially for an establishment that employs majority men. Bravo BlueSky! I will return and I would recommend.

Battery died in the parking lot next door late afternoon and they got me in, replaced the battery, diagnosed the problem (old battery and failing alternator), were upfront with what needed to get done and all with a good price and professional/ friendly experience. I found them through Groupon. Bought the Groupon because of the 4.9 rating. They did not disappoint me. Very professional place. I was out in an hour - oil change and alignment. The waiting area is big and clean. Totally satisfied with the service on the car. No unnecessary up selling pressure. I will be taking my other 2 cars there as well even without a Groupon.

Unprofessional from the entrance. I walked in masked up to my appointment for a tire alignment, off the initial contact the guy (who didn’t provide his name) was very unprofessional. His demeanor was extremely unpleasant with me uggh. I came in for service and thats it it’s business. I got my refund and left. I don’t have time for poor customer service not when I’m spending my hard earned money. No way.

Very professional, they DO NOT try to upsale on unnecessary and unneeded services! They SHOW YOU if something may or may not cost more than they initially expected. I got my brake pads and rotors replaced today for $100 LESS than anywhere else I got a quote! They thought I may need a new caliper and told me worst case it may cost a couple hundred extra, however they got my caliper working and it cost me much less than anywhere else quoted. Im very pleased! I got quotes from other places and no other place even checked my brakes thoroughly enough to catch that the caliper was stuck the way it was. They have my business and I must add that anyone whod leave a bad review for this family owned business has their own issues because its not the shop!Edit: They also have free bottles of water, soda, and coffee... A super clean, inviting waiting area! All around an impressive experience with Blue Sky!

Will not honor vouchers purchased legitimately, and will not help you if you walk in. Also, they will try to upsell you several times for everything you purchase, on top of turning you away no matter if you traveled 30 miles to their establishment. Dont waste your time on this scam center, they will only screw you over.

I needed an oil change, they gave me an oil change. No taking the car apart to find other things wrong and upsell me. Waiting area was pleasant with windows looking into the repair bay.

Customer service is top notch. This was my first visit and could not have been more pleased with the cost and service.
