The dealer said tow it in and well look at it. McCann said disconnect and reconnect the battery and it will start. No charge. I love these guys!!!

My transmission blew and my vehicle wouldnt stop smoking under the hood. After 15 mins of smoke bellowing out of my engine I called McCanns, knowing they werent open for repairs but had 24 hour towing and a really nice guy instructed me to call the fire department just in case. Thanks to this amazing man, my vehicle didnt burst into flames!

Best Service EVER! We were stranded from out of town and needed to get our car towed to the Chevy Dealership in IL. Dont remember our drivers name but it was on Sunday July 2nd. He came and got us from the side of the rode, delivered our car to the dealer, AND gave us a ride to the airport to catch our flight!!! What great service....we will never forget!

I couldn’t have asked for better service or kinder people. We broke down on the side of the road with our 5th wheel and Towtruck Charlie and his team absolutely rescued us. The gave us a place to stay overnight as our truck was totally disabled. They offered to help in any way they could and were more than kind. If you need a tow for anything - and they can handle anything - these are the people to call.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Very reasonable price and honest. My son was over 2 hours from home, Mr McCann was at his car within 10 mins, found problem, & did a temporary repair so he could get it back home.

We called in as we were coming into town at 5:00 on a Sunday evening with the engine running very roughly. Their technician found a loose connection, got us back on the road right away and didnt even charge us! We did get gas and food but still owe a debt of gratitude.
