I worked with mainly Lucas to figure out a deal. Though it ultimately did not work out, negotiations were pleasant and professional, and there are no hard feelings from Finnin Kia not being able to compete with the other offer I ultimately chose. Lucas was communicative and accommodating throughout the process, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend at least checking them out if youre ever in the market for a Kia.

Just picked up my Telluride from Finnin Kia last week! Keri from sales was amazing. I had been to 3 other dealers in person and just after calling and speaking to Keri, I knew Finnin was where I wanted to purchase from. She was so positive and upbeat. I never felt she was trying to sell me something I didn’t want, but only educating me on what my options were. She was patient with answering questions— probably even asked the same question 2-3 times. Communicated to me with updates during the 2 month wait for my vehicle to arrive. And once arrived I received pictures and videos of it via text. She spent lots of time going over all the options included in the vehicle before I left the lot. I had an awesome experience here. I had done some research on what vehicle I wanted and was looking to buy my first brand new car. It was a painless experience and I was only there for a little over an hour. I was greeted right away and had all my questions answered by Lucus. He was amazing and answered any question I had. After driving I new I had wanted the vehicle and the paperwork was explained in detail.
