When out of town visiting galena and going to float the river, I not only got one but TWO flat tires. Had my car towed to discount tires and they were super nice and super attentive, got my tires fixed and patched and didn’t even charge me. Such good customer service, Antoine was great!!! Absolutely love this place! I just had a flat tire for the first time and called them to replace my tire. They were able to fix it within 45 minutes of it happening. This was a great first experience with them! Will definitely be coming back!

Lowest prices, great service on my set of tires. I had a wheel weight get ripped off, they rebalanced the wheel on the spot with no appointment for free. Gives a family run feeling even though they are a chain company. Highly recommend.

My daughter had a flat tire, and she had the spare on. We took her car out to Discount Tire and they fixed the flat and put the tire back on her car. It took them about 20 minutes to get it done. They didnt charge her for any of the work! Great customer service too - Jessie was awesome!

Always heard good things about the store so I bought my tires there a year ago. When one of the tires got a flat, they offered me a great deal that included protection on all 4 tires AND a replacement tire because it couldnt be safely fixed. I highly recommend them, and getting the road hazard protection from the start.

Took my tire in and just needed a valve stem replaced.The sales person took my tire looked at it and said we do these repairs no charge.Itll be just a few minutes and we will get you on your way.Sure enough!Was less than ten minutes and I was out the door.This buisness just gained a coustomer with two vehicles and a family with seven kids who will be taking there buisness there now.

I went in to get a couple of tires balanced that another business had mounted. The staff was amazing and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Good prices on the tires. In and out quickly. Drove my car in and out of their garage so I didnt even have to readjust my seat. I also noticed they clean the mounting hardware in-between tires.

I’ve been on the road for 9 days and was finally headed home. Just 8 hours away and I hit a dropped exhaust on the highway. The store closed in 15 and I was 18 miles away but I called ahead and without hesitation was told to come on down anyway. They helped me out extremely quickly and didn’t seem bereft at my misfortune adding onto their evening but instead were very nice. I could have been stuck a whole ‘nother day on the road were it not for the kindness they delivered. Thank you for making my weekend better.

Antywone was awesome - I went in for a tire inspection on tires I got last fall, as one has been losing air. He confirmed the previous place I went to ordered and put on the incorrect tires for my car. They still went ahead and found the piece of metal in it and patched it for free and gave me the specs of what the tires should be. He got my business the next time I need tires.

This place is phenomenal! I get snow tires put on every year. I had been going to Firestone (which was ok), but decided to see if another place might be better.So glad I made the change! I can’t imagine a better tire shop! All of the staff were VERY friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Also, the service is excellent. When I was told that my wait time would be an hour, I thought “yeah right” because they were super busy. Almost all the seats in the waiting areas were taken. But my wait time wasn’t an hour, it was only 50 minutes! At Firestone, even with an appointment, wait time was on average probably 2.5 hours, after going there for about 5 years.Prices were comparable to Firestone.For fast and friendly service, I’d definitely recommend Discount Tire.

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Discount Tire. From the moment I called, I was truly impressed. Jessie helped answer all my questions (and I had a lot!). They went above and beyond to get me the best quality tire for the best price. I just couldnt believe how polite and kind the staff were. Im SO happy I chose to go here for my tires!

Visiting from Council Bluffs we unfortunately ran over a bolt and destroyed our tire. Antywone the manager agreed to help us out in replacing it. The tire was actually under warranty with a competitor company. He instructed us to go pick up a tire if the competitor had it and come back to him. He even said he would wait for us despite them closing at 5:00 pm regardless of whether we could get a warranty tire or purchase two new ones, he was gonna make sure we got back home. A huge Thank You to Antywone and the team at this store.

Great experience at Discount Tire! Needed to get my tire fixed because it had a screw in it. Squeezed me into their schedule same day. Dropped my car off during my work shift today and had it fixed by the time I was off. Not only was it fast but they did it completely FREE! Definitely beats buying a new tire or getting stuck somewhere with a flat. Super great service offered by these guys! Kyle was especially helpful! Will be bringing future business back here.

Even though there was no major damage (no leak! just a corrosion and pressure check, then they filled up my tires), they were thorough and let me know what was up with my car. Very hard to get pricing keep pushing the more expensive tires

I picked up a set of snow tires that had to be ordered. They came quickly and they had them on in 15 minutes. That was shocking but great. Super communication from the staff too. When they are busy, which they always are, they will stop for a moment and look you in the eye and say, someone will be with you shortly, sorry for the wait. That right there tells you that they care. Its not hard to do but not many places do that. I will continue to shop here.

Bought my tires somewhere else and when i had a leak that place wanted to charge me to fix it but Discount Tire fixed it for free!!! Definitely recommend them to everyone I know!! I was greeted at the door and assured theyd have back on the road asap. Just wish i had gotten my tires there now. They price match too!

I was in the middle of a busy day today when one of my tires picked up a nail. I stopped at Discount tire and asked if they might have a chance to fix it. Talk about amazing service, such pleasant guys to deal with and they had me in and out in no time. And as if that werent enough, they wouldnt even let me pay for it! Imagine that, in this day and age, what a huge surprise! They were clearly very busy but they took time out of their day to fix me up and get me back on the road quickly. I wont forget this Discount Tire...I truly do appreciate your help earlier!

Friendly service, but the salesmanship was so blatant that its clear management pushes their salesmen to upsell customers to as many and the most expensive products in their inventory whenever possible.I came in with one saggy tire, and I left being told to buy all new rims and tires. I want someone to be honest about what my car needs and what the options for fixing it are. You wont get that here. But theyre probably a great place to go if youre there to get a whole new set of reasonably priced tires and rims.Not a diagnostic place. Its a retail store with installation service.

Fantastic experience. I went in for my free tire rotation, service worker examined my car quickly and had the job done within half an hour. Free coffee, WiFi, and magazines in the lobby. Will be returning but most likely not soon given the quality of my tires.

Discount Tire Installed/balanced two carry-in rear tires and re-balanced the front tires on my Porsche, they do not sell the brand I have on the front, hence the tire sourcing elsewhere.The service was quick, friendly & professional, and they had/used the proper jack adapters at the factory lift points. I also noted their attention to detail in aligning the Porsche crest on the center cap to bisect the valve stem, great work.

Ryan (GM) and Jesse were a great help in addressing new tire options and availability. Communication via phone was kept through my entire process of inquiry and in notification of delivery arrival. Ryan personally assured quality and service was met with my visit, as well as other customers.

I have been helped at different locations around the country and have always been impressed with the high level of service. This location is new, but I was extremely happy with my first visit and look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Was just able to get my tire patched for free with incredible service and speed. Very friendly staff who were upfront and helpful. Though I didnt need to purchase anything today, I will certainly be going back to purchase tires from them in the future.

Friendly staff and great pricing. Brought in my own tires and wheels to be mounted and balanced, almost every shop in town turned me away because the wheels were oversized. They did a great job and gave me a great price.

During my drive from Detroit to Dubuque, my tire developed a slow leak which forced me to fill with air a number of times during the drive, and mixed with the cold and snow, was not pleasant nor safe. I pulled into this store, was immediately greeted, the car was inspected and the leak was fixed and in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. Great service and great staff. Thank you!

Ordered a set of tires over a week ago. Still waiting to hear that they are in. There were very few options for my VW. Smooth service otherwise.

Ordered tires through them, they said they could mount them and then the tires came in and they couldn’t. They just wanted my money for the tires. Pissed about them not measuring the rim first and then telling me no before I did business with them. Tires took over 10 days to come in. Not the 3-5 they advertise. They took 60$ off the price for me waiting, so that’s the only nice thing out of my experience.

Great place, had a very sllooowwww leak in a tire and they removed tire, remounted and balanced it without charging me one cent. Too bad there arent any close to me, would definitely use them when I need new tires.
