MECHANIC WHO WAS AT THE COMPUTER, INPUTING MY REQUEST AND TAKING MY INFO WAS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I HAVE BEEN TO THIS JIFFY LUBE SINCE 2010, FOR THE MOST PART EVERYONE THERE IS ALWAYS POLITE AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY OIL CHANGE TO MY EMAIL AND NOW I HAVE TO REQUEST ONE.

The process was quick and additional services werent pushed.

Three employees were incredible (my first time going alone, or husband taking the truck in), made suggestions of additional services without pressure, when I arrived I was the only car, but while servicing two more arrived as I was almost finishing up. Was done oil change,topping transmission fluid, wipers changed, air filter change all in under 15 minutes. Have no problem with needing to return alone again!

I called the manager was very rude ! the service was great ! The oil changes are wonderful they are quick with what they do , but not helpful if you lose your debt card there , make sure you have it before you leave , other then that service was nice !

I first called yesterday to see if I needed a Appointment..I was told no..First come Basis...I went to this Company this morning after dropping my girls off to 🏫 School..There was only 1 Car in front of me..They was really supper fast..I almost did not believe the oil was in the Truck that fast.lol.....Now they are on the Expensive Side...So you need to take some money with you..!!.In closing of my comments..I also just say they all worked together as a Team..The workers seem to be friendly as well..

The customer service was great! Prices were reasonable! Service was fast and thorough. Recommendations werent excessive and the gentleman didnt push other services on me. I have had my vehicles serviced here many times and I have not had any issues at the Dover location.

Great service. U dont have to get out the car when gettin oil change. They also rotate tires top all fluids and change wiper blades. This all comes with ya oil change. Jiffy lube popping.

The staff here is very friendly and always quick. They don’t try to sell a bunch of extra BS like other places do. I only have a hour for lunch and the oil change only took 10 minutes! At other places I’ve gone to it’s been 45. Thank you for being awesome!

Terrible customer service. Guys took one look at my engine and refused to change my oil because, unbeknownst to me, I was missing an oil cap. They basically laughed me out of the place. But when I went to my Ford dealer in Easton, they saw the oil cap resting right on top of the engine. But I guess the Jiffy Lube boys were too busy laughing at me to use their eyes. Never coming back.

My last two visits were exceptional. With COVID restrictions the process is different but very safe. They identified two problems on my car (nail in tire, air filter). They were even able to do a tire rotation while I stayed in the car! The last thing that made my day is that they made sure my maintenance reminder was reset proactively before I left. The young man walked me through it on both cars which I appreciate because the maintenance warnings are a pain to look at. They were very friendly!

The staff was very friendly and honest. The majority of the customers today were women. I have seen other national car service chains attempt to over charge and recommend unnecessary services to female customers...not these guys. They even went so far as to correct themselves when they made an incorrect claim on a customers vehicle. If I lived in the Dover area, I would feel very comfortable coming back for service.

Been going to this location for a couple years when I dont feel like doing oil change myself. Aside from the fact they are quick, its a friendly environment, and the added bonus of the after care vacuuming, the fact that everytime I go they pay attention to details and notify you. Skid plate been tore up since forever and every time they let me know, some might find that annoying but it lets me know I can trust this place

I loved Jiffy Lube in Rehoboth, so when I moved to Dover I visited this store. Each time I have been (3 times) I have experienced horrible customer service (i.e. being rude to me with no prevocation, waiting 10 minutes to be waited on with no apology). I really wanted to like this location but the staff there are so condescending and unapologetic about it. I will just take my car to Winner Ford. It may cost more but at least they care about customer service!

My visit was quick and they kept it to exactly what I was there for. No pushing or attempting to get me to buy something that I did not need. Kudos to the service person as it made me feel like he was there to benefit me And keep the visit to what I needed.

The service my wife & I received from Jiffy Lube in Dover today was second to none. I spoke with Karl on the phone after experiencing some rear brake issues on our way home from the beach & was told Jiffy Lube could definitely help us out. Karl greeted us upon arrival & quickly diagnosed our problem. He had us fixed up & back on the road in maybe an hour. He also told us how to prevent a problem like this in the future. My wife & I were really impressed with the customer service we received today. THANKS KARL!

I went there because I needed an oil change and tires rotated on my Dodge Ram pickup. They said they couldnt rotate the tires because the arms on the lift would hit the running boards. They recently got a new lift so they could do pickup trucks. I guess they didnt plan on them having running boards, which most do nowadays. All they need to do is add a vertical extension onto the pads that insert in the lift arms, which is super easy. I hate going multiple places to get things done. Then, they neglected to put a new oil change sticker on my windshield and reset my oil percentage. It was after 4:30 when I got there so I guess they were anxious to get home. Other than that the service was okay.

Great Service. Recommend them to anyone. Topped off all my fluids and a great oil change with the time to return for next check up.

The mechanics were super helpful and got me in and out in a “jiffy” ;) Answered my stupid questions with patience and did a quick job rotating my 35 in Nitto Ridge Grapplers which weigh about 500 lb a piece. Great business would recommend

I have gone to this Jiffy lube for years but have stopped due to free oil changes from a dealer that I bought my car from. It was actually quicker than normal, they actually had a picture pulled up of my air filter that showed me how dirty it was and they got that an oil change, and a tire rotation done in about a half hour. Not to mention I was so happy that I got out that fast I actually left my debit card on the counter. The guy called me back right away and I was able to retrieve my debit card without having to panic and retrace my steps.

They are really nice there and the manager is very customer oriented. You will love going here for oil change and other car service.

Love getting my oil changed here I quick 15 to 20 mins and then Im back on the road. I even got my tires rotated, air filter changed, new brake light, high mileage full synthetic and floors vacuumed for under $120 they provide discounts for Uber drivers 👍🏾

Oil change was done fast and service was good

Quick. Good job. But charged me extra for 1/2 quart of oil since they said their service includes only 5 quarts and I needed 5.5 quarts. No other Jiffy lube has ever charged me for this in 7 years. Charged me $2.50 to top off coolant. Never been charged for this before. Refused to accept my $10 coupon. Wont be back.

Been coming here for ten years with all my cars. Was told today cant change oil due to 5000 mile break-in period for oil..? Spoke to MOPAR and they stated, you can change your oil whenever after 1000 miles..... So after being told by the manufacture that the statement from jiffy lube was incorrect, they have lost a customer who was loyal for years... Smdh!
