Always have a great experience. I’ve gone here to get my car fixed, new tires, and oil change multiple times. The staff are always super friendly and helpful! Prices are normal and never had a problem with anything.

I brought my car to Mavis because my tire kept leaking air. Previously I brought my car to Firestone on route 46, and they informed me there was nothing wrong with the tire, after the car sat there for 5 hours on a Sunday. Clearly there was something wrong as I was losing 10 psi everynight! Sure enough air was leaking around the rim. Mavis took the time to diagnose the issue and repair. To my pleasant surprise Andrew even said it was Complementary!! I will certainly be returning for any car/tire needs. Thank you!

Andrew offers excellent customer service. I appreciate that he communicates honestly and is upfront about what needs to be serviced on my car, especially in regards to safety. Im very loyal to my usual repair shop But I had a slow leak in my front tire that I wanted to take care of right away. Lenny said he could get to it within an hour despite the fact that he was short staffed. I was in and out within half and hour and the small nail that was the source of my problem was removed and patched at no charge ! A wonderful experience all around. Little thing that I want to point out - Lenny took the time to turn over my car mat on the drivers side when he moved the car so as not to get it dirty when he got in and out of the car - a seemingly insignificant gesture that told me very clearly that he cares about my car and the work he does. Thanks again for every thing.

Excellent service consistently. Andrew is wonderful. Last time as I waited for my vehicle I was disgusted at how some customers treat the guys here. I watched a woman hassle and threaten him because he could not take her car immediately for an oil change. He explained there were simply too many cars in line and suggested an appointment. He remained calm and cool -kudos to him- but even I wanted to react but recognized it’s not my business tomind. I would highly suggest using this location- great honest guys.

Andrew was OUTSTANDING! He only did the work that was necessary in a timely and cost effective manner. Another shop told us we needed brakes all around... rotors and pads but meanwhile Andrew and his team said the rear brakes were pristine. So in the end just needed front brakes done and fluid flush saving us about $300. It is so refreshing to see honest people doing the right thing. We will now drive the extra mileage to go where we can trust them. Also, Darius also handled my phone call in a respectful manner asking me if I could hold instead of putting me on hold without asking. Lastly... they treated my wife with respect. Unfortunately women are taken advantage of when they bring their vehicle in for service. But they did right by her. THANK YOU ANDREW AND DARIUS!!

I literally just got my car today and i just got to say, Andrew and these guys are great. They were honest. I was at Joyce Honda last month to get an oil change and they wanted me to change all 4 rotors but i didnt trust them so i went to this Mavis. When Andrew had my car checked, i only need to change rear rotors. Also, even though they were busy on a saturday and i got there at 1pm, they were able to squeeze me in and i got my car on the same day. This is gonna be my go to spot from now on.

Brought my daughters car in for services-wanted to make sure she was safe for the winter .Andrew was wonderful-he told me what was necessary from a safety perspective-and what I could hold off on -he explained everything-showed me where on the car the issues were and went thru the cost of the parts and labor . Even though I know next to nothing about cars -he explained it to me in a way that I was able to understand. Everyone at the shop was polite and respectful. I will definitely go back whenever I need a car repaired . Andrew your mother should be proud she raised a true gentleman.

Iv been coming to this mavis location for a couple years and have never experienced a problem. Andrew the manager has an amazing way of dealing with his costumers in a supper respectful and friendly manner. Called this morning to get my tire looked at because the pressure was low. They said to come in whenever was convenient for me. Since i have a 7 month old, i was worried about timing. When i walked up, i was greeted by the worker opening the door for me with my stroller and i was out within 20 minutes. (Screw in my tire which was causing the slow leak) they plugged it up free of charge! Great experience, highly recommend!!

I initially scheduled a tire repair for an upcoming weekend but the staff called me for an earlier appointment on a weekday. They were able to fix the tire and were able to find a few mechanical problems and recommended fluid flushes. I appreciate the proactive way they do things. I also buy my tires at this place.

I bought my tires at Mavis and recently found a nail was in one and I had a slow leak. I called the dover store and told them I needed to have my tire fixed they knew who I was because of my number they emailed me the confirmation and I drove there. I walked in they had already pulled up my information because they saw me pull in. Courteous greeting at the counter and in 15 minutes my car was done! I highly recommend this location.

I have been a customer of this Mavis since I relocated to this area about a year ago. I have to say I have been impressed with the customer service, most notably with the manager Andrew. I recently brought a used car to have it looked at and can not express how grateful I was with how patient Andrew and the mechanics were with me, as I had been to two other places trying to diagnose the issue(s). Owning a business myself, I was truly envious of an employee so dedicated to his customer service and clients.

This is my go to shop for any oil change or tire changes! I went today to get an oil change I called and made a reservation Tyler helped me out told me about 40 min. This place is great very punctual and always amazing service, it’s nice to have a place where I am not waiting 2 hours to get an oil change.

Andrew, store manager, went above and beyond the call of duty. Called on Friday made an appointment to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a classic car. I explained what I would like checked and he took pictures and sent them to me. His pictures were exactly what I had asked for. Ive been going to this particular Mavis for a few months. The assistant manager, Tyler, and the manager, Andrew, always take the time to listen to what I have to say about my car, and Andrew especially will walk me into the shop take a look and under the car and show me damage. He never spins a story just to get more money out of me, in fact, to the contrary they have been flexible with me and my needs. This keeps me coming back. I just got 4 new tires put on and they even let me know about the option of having one of the tires, that was the least worn, bagged up so I could keep for emergencies. I didnt know I could do that so I am grateful.

The staff was prompt and courteous upon arrival. Andrew answered all of my questions and told me he was able to do the work I had inquired about whenever I was ready. I asked if they had time today and he was able to take my car right in. He updated me on my car with a phone call, and my car was ready within a few minutes of my returning to the shop. It was a very pleasurable experience and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!!

So I brought my 92 Mustang in there for something easy that I normally would do myself but its MUCH easier with a lift. It turns out is not something they normally do, but one of their employees Chris took it upon himself to get it done for me. Devin was also extremely helpful in the process of getting me in and out of there! They were both great throughout the whole thing, so I commend them for their professionalism and their service. I normally wouldnt bring my car anywhere as I do most of my work myself, but they have certainly earned a customer out of me. Thanks guys, well see you soon!

I went there on monday and one of the guys was very nasty to me. He has a nasty attuide and was just rude. When I call saying that my tires sensor still wasnt working Tyler went and help me out. He was very nice. The next day tyler called me to make sure that my sensor was ok.

They are always EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and can work with you on pricing. I showed up super last minute with no appointment first thing on a Monday morning. Darius was so helpful to come out and check my tires to let me know what I needed. Then, he proceeded to fit me in AND have my car returned to me in just a few hours!! For a price I cant beat!! They take the time to really please their customers with GREAT quality service. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go there!!

I bought two new tires to put on the front of the car and specifically asked that my front tires that I brought be put in the back and that the new tires that I had just acquired be put in the front, they ignored my request , and they left the rear tire, which was in terrible condition at the rear, when I asked that we pass the two front tires. now I have to go buy two more and new tires because they ignored my request as a customer. now I have to spend more money from my purse. I do not recommend this place, because apart from the fact that they told me that the car would be delivered to me in an hour, it took almost 4 hours to deliver it, wasting time.

Tyler from the Dover/Rockaway store is the worst he denied my car before even looking at it the worst part is I was in their parking lot when it happened the car was shaking. He kept telling me what they couldn’t do. Ask for Andrew or Darius or go somewhere else. Andrew is honest and very professional the opposite of Tyler

I called this location on a Sunday regarding brake issues. From the individual who answered the phone to the mechanic, I cannot say enough of nice things about the service, full clarification on what needed to be done and fairness in pricing. I will be back for tires and other service, when needed.

I give 5 stars to AJ the person who actually work in my car. I honestly think that person should be a manager or at least a customer service representative. Because he actually took care of me respectfully and a professional matter meanwhile Andrew and Darius the gus in the front who play their phone and laughed at their customers were having fun, meantime we are waiting outside and they forgot to call us. I would definitely wont come back for a new service, the lack of respect from this people was just unbelievable.

After recently purchasing a used car and having it for just a few months and being hit with a hefty work order for my car on top of covid I was about out of luck until I met all the guys at Mavis, Andrew in particular was AWESOME, AMAZING, AND VERY UNDERSTANDING with my not so simple list of issues...he did everything he could to help me, he spent hours with his crew making sure I left happy and safe in my car which is a huge worry for me because Im a mom of a 4yr old plus an Uber driver. Safety is my main concern when Im driving and he made sure everything was in tip top shape for us...I couldnt have been anymore happier and grateful for all of his support. It’s always a chore to get your car worked on but the staff here always makes it into a pleasant experience. Amazing customer service. They are all very personable, knowledgeable, and get the job done fast. The price is reasonable as well. Andrew is always great at explaining exactly what needs done and why. He sees my experience through from the moment I come in and leave and assures I’ve had a good experience. I’ve never felt intimidated going into the store as a woman. Ive been taking mine and my family’s cars here and they only say good things.

I hit a curb this afternoon and put a whole in my tire - knew I wouldnt be able to drive home and this Mavis was right next to where I was. They were able to take my car into the garage right away and called me after inspecting all tires. I already knew I needed new tires and their prices were fair and I was given a choice of 3 different tires for my large SUV. Job was completed in a timely manner. Darius was very knowledgeable and helpful in making a tire choice. upon picking up my car, Andrew was honest with me about another issue with my rims that may cause a problem and talked with me about how to resolve that issue at a later date., Very satisfied today with their service and grateful that they were able to take care of the problem today. would definitely recommend this location.
