Ill start by saying that they performed the fasted oil change I have ever had, and that they adhered to a strict COVID standard which was much appreciated. The bad news is that I was treated very poorly by the attendant (not the person who performed the actual work, he was phenomenal). When I arrived, I was instructed to pull my car into the middle bay by one attendant and then as I proceeded into the bay, I was YELLED at to stop and then return to the first bay behind a car that was being worked on. As I exited the apparent incorrect bay, the attendant pointed and tapped on the sign that read STOP and wait for attendant and read it out loud to me as though I was a kindergartener sounding out my first words. To which I replied politely I was told to enter this bay by that man (pointing to his co-worker). His response was to AGAIN point and read the sign to me as if I didnt hear him the first time. Realizing I was getting nowhere with this man, I followed his directions without another word. I was so close to pulling away, and if I wasnt about to leave on a long road trip, I would have gone elsewhere.ON TOP OF THAT the service cost me $60, which was well over what I expected to pay based on the advertising out front. They DID NOT ask to replace my air filters (which the dealership does automatically) and although I saved myself some time, I would gladly pay an extra $10 at the dealership to be treated kindly and as a valued customer, and not as an illiterate imbecile. I will be avoiding all Promto establishments from here on out even though the service was lightening quick.ALL IN ALL a terrible experience.

Service was good, they answered my questions. My car usually gets service at the dealership I bought the car from. I figured Ill save few bucks...... Not the case. They tried to sell me on a 30$ part that I dont need, and then tried to tell me it could break my motor if I didnt have it. 2 of my immediate family work in the business, next time Ill go to the dealership.

The oil change went fine, but due to Covid, you hand off your credit card for billing. My card was gone for several minutes, which made me a little uncomfortable at the time, and then I had 6 fraudulent charges from Runescape pending on my credit card the next day and had to cancel that card.

This is THE place to go for a super fast and professional oil change. They cut the BS and give you what you came for, an oil change. They offer other services like wiper blade replacement and cabin filter replacements, but they dont try to push it on you like the dealership or even other Instant Oil Change stores. Only ten minutes and you are on your way. And they stick to that time frame!That makes you wonder then.... If I just need an oil change, why am I blowing an hour and a half at the dealer? Give Prompto a shot, I think you will be surprised at how quick you are in and out. And they are very friendly.*No need for appointments either. Just show up!

I got an oil change and later on my dust pan fell off and now I have to pay a lot more to get a new oil pan because of a leak and all that good stuff🙃

Its sorta 10 minutes when you actually get inside. But the line to get inside can be anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. However, Id still go here any day over most other places. Staff are usually fairly kind. They dont give you a hard time.

Service was quick, and the job was done well. I was not greeted nor asked about what I wanted. I was given a price and told to go wait. Luckily for them, they quoted me what I wanted, but I do doubt they were a mind reader. Will probably check another garage out next time, they are definitely not the only ones around.

That was seriously amazing! And now makes me wonder what the hell all the other oil change places are doing when they take 45 minutes to change my oil. I never really thought about it before but there really isn’t all that much to it so why does it take other places so long? I asked the manager about it and he said because most places are looking for other things wrong with your car so they can try and upsell you. Which makes perfect sense because they always seem to come up with random things to want to sell me whenever I get my oil changed.

Went to have an oil change a while ago and 2 days after it was done my car was leaking oil. Took 3 days for a mechanic to come out and fix my drain plug because my car had 0 oil. Apparently the mechanic that messed up had done this before. He fixed it and thought all was well but my car started leaking oil again recently. Brought it into a mechanic and they said the drain plug was stripped. This was the first oil change on my new car and my first oil change from a prompto. Horrible experience and service.

I ran into car trouble and I was nowhere near home. I stopped in here in hopes that they could help me out. Three employees took the time to look at my car, give me suggestions on what to do, and directed me to a garage down the street. They could not have been more helpful and they took the time to trouble-shoot and get me on my way. Cant recommend enough!

The staff are all very professional, but keep the environment friendly and fun. I go there for every oil change and tell everyone I know to go there as well. They do not pressure you to buy extra stuff, and make sure all your needs are met.

Very pleasant and quick experience. I traveled to this area for work and needed an oil change. My Civic takes synthetic, so it was $42.95 but it was worth it to simply drive in and out within 10 minutes or so. The staff was fun and polite - all smiling faces. This says a lot coming from a NYer. Recommend!!

Everything they did was acceptable. My issue is that I was charged for two extra quarts of oil. My car takes 6.1 quarts and it should be fine at 6. Somehow they said it was 6.5 that was needed? So I was charged $16 for 1.5 quarts of oil. Make sense? Didn’t think so.

I dont know what just happened to me, but I feel like I was a part of some magical dream-like musical. These people have more fun at work, while actually busting their butts like crazy, than any other group of employees I have witnessed or worked with. I almost didnt want to leave. (They were singing Christmas songs while mopping and dancing. Im making it sound like they were fooling around, but it was closing time and they were cleaning: warranted and encouraged.)I brought my car in and then swapped with my husbands vehicle to get serviced and each time was super quick. Less than 10 minutes on my Toyota and 15 minutes on his VW, which the cashier/bossman (I think) apologized profusely. I was like, are you kidding me? Im used to 45 minute oil changes, believe me, this was wonderful.ANYWAY, the prices were totally fair and I am just really happy. I would legit work with these people if I knew anything about changing oil. But I dont, so Ill just keep coming here and being thankful for awesome attitudes and excellent service.God bless yall!

Went in with my 2 kids and waited barely 5 minutes, which was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. 1000% recommend!

No appointment needed, usually under $30 but be prepared to wait in line. The last time I went I was in line for about half an hour. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly, and once you are in the bay they get the oil change done quickly.
