Leased a new CRV Touring/Hybrid but it came with a defective audio system. The service department attempted to fix it but could not and ordered a new system. I returned to have it installed and was told to leave the vehicle for the day and come back later. Since I live about an hour away, I asked if they could do it while I waited so I would not have to drive four hours. Nicole, the service rep understood and made my case to the manager. Said it could take some hours, but better than driving back and forth. Agreed to wait. About an hour later, Nicole found me and said it was done. Have to say, she and the dealership went above and beyond to do the right thing. New audio system works perfectly and Im a happy customer. Price Honda was a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning. Dwayne, the sales rep was more than accommodating as well as the finance manager. Highly recommend them!

Ive been a customer of Price Honda since 2005, when I bought my first car from them. I had most services (except maybe 4) for that car done at Price, and I kept that car until 2015. In 2015, I bought another car from them, and I return for all its services. Since 2005, Ive always had a courteous and pleasant sales associate, service advisor, and/or cashier to work with. This has been for every visit Ive made. EVERY visit. On August 9, 2021, I took my car to Price for detailing, oil service, brake service, and new tires. In accordance with their customer service standard, I had a pleasant experience. Even when I asked for a loaner vehicle, my service advisor worked quickly to accommodate me. Upon receiving my car on August 12, it was as if it had been given a brand new interior. My ride home was smooth - no uneven or squeaky braking. With regard to workmanship, I have never run into any issues with my vehicles after a completed service. The engine has always performed well after oil services, and repairs have always held up. I never had to return because something was done incorrectly or overlooked.I can easily recommend Price Honda for its employees who uphold a track record of courtesy, excellent customer service, and quality repair and maintenance work. These are the reasons why Im a returning customer of 16 years.

Ive never had a bad customer service experience at Price Honda! From Sales to Parts to Service - always a top notch customer service experience! Automotive Servicing prices are affordable and the quality of their work is impeccable. What I liked best this service experience was when I asked to have my wiper blades replaced because one of them was streaking the windshield on the drivers side, the CS rep told me that they replaced them during the last service. Instead of just going ahead and replacing them she said they just may need to be cleaned. Lo and behold that was the issue. That saved me a few $$$! Thanks and keep up the great work !

I found the perfect car for my wife! It was exactly what she wanted the only problem is that it was in another state. Not a big deal, I can contract transportation. This dealership offers great pricing in comparison to the rest of the market. After a short email exchange I contacted the dealership and talked to a sales manager. He was very polite and accommodating. I let him know I was out of state so I wouldnt be looking at the car but based on what I saw in the pictures it was exactly what we wanted. Knowing we were out of state but ready to buy and knowing I would have to pay transportation costs the manager held the vehicle for 24hrs for me. I thought was a great experience. This guy is really nice. After locking in financing and getting transportation quotes I tried to call again the next day, sent messages, and really to no avail. With the manager out they were to busy for someone out of state. I asked to talk to finance so a simple funds transfer could take place and that wasnt possible. It seemed as though since I wasnt there in person I was not a concern. This would have been their easiest sale of the day. Im very disappointed.

Our experience with Price was excellent! Our salesman Glenn was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. We have previously been a Toyota family and decided to check out the Passport when we started looking for a new SUV. After leaving with our new car my husband and I both said how hard it would be to go back to a different dealership after working with Price. There were no pushy sales pitches or trying to put us in a more expensive vehicle or package. We didnt have to sit and negotiate forever over pricing and trade in value. They really tried to get us the color choice we wanted with the current new vehicle market and gave us our options to be able to get what we wanted. We had to bring our daughter with us to do the purchase and Glenn was so nice with her and even had coloring books and crayons to help keep her occupied. He constantly offered us drinks or snacks and when we spent 2 hours looking through the car (because Im an indecisive crazy person 🤣) and making our final decision he gave us our space and was so patient. Took vehicle in and repairs were covered under a third party maintenance insurance policy. Maintenance was done but dealer was having issues with the insurance payment, and couldnt release the vehicle until they were done. Dealer figured out the issue with the third party and cut payment processing time from possibly two weeks to only a few hours.Every time we have dealt with the service department, it has been nothing short of great. Truly appreciate their effort.

I brought my new 2020 Honda Passport in for its first service. Everyone was friendly and professional. The service was preformed swiftly and I was able to drive my vehicle home that day. Very satisfied with the people and service department.

Price was 1k higher for repairs than other shops. We had towed to other shop. When truck showed up they would not release until we paid owed what we owed them (understandable). My wife had our credit card in her hand but had a question. The guy she talked to did not know the answer and said he would call right back. When he did he said he let the tow truck go. First he said it was because of payment but than said it was because they had the car for two weeks and failed to complete a recall that also needed to me completed. He said they had lost the part and had probably put it on another car. He still did not take the payment. I had to call back and speak to a manager to make the payment and complain. We had to contact our insurance again and schedule a new pick up time.This is easily the worst dealer in town. We have had a couple of interactions with them and all have been negative. Purchased a car two years ago from them that smelled like smoke. They promised to remove the smell in detailing and did not. We had to take back two more times and still smells like smoke. They are over priced and have poor customer service.

I went in to trade my car for a truck and instead they completely trashed my credit score. They shotgunned me through every bank they could instead of one bank. They took 122 points off my equifax score and 72 points off my transunion credit score. I will never be going there again and Im looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit

Robin Watts.I bought my first (used) car back in December of 2019 from I.G. Burton. It stopped in the middle of traffic three times within 60 days of purchase and each time, we were given a rental car. 2 out of 3 rentals stopped in the middle of traffic as well. After getting the issue “fixed”, 11 months later it stopped in the middle of traffic for good. I went two months without a car until today (02/04/2021). My mom and I walked in to see if something could be worked out and ended up driving home in a new (used) car. I didn’t expect that to happen. This was all with the help of Robin Watts. Let’s be honest, buying a car can kind of suck because it’s such a process and all the paperwork etc etc, but Justin always offered us food and drink and made sure we were comfortable. He was very down to earth and just really listened to what we wanted and he made it happen! We highly recommend him!
