Had a transmission rebuild a d 14 months later and 10 thousand miles it broke down a d it happened in south Carolina took it to a transmission shop and the guy said it was not a re built it was a used transmission they put in a d charge me full price of the rebuild dont use this company they will rip you off

No professionalism at all. Went there for a transmission tune up all of a sudden they claim my dipstick holder is broke!!! When they finally got work done. It ran better. I been dealing with them for years. Maybe it’s the mechanic there now. Mechanic was working on his own projects in establishment before customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH THIS PARTICULAR MECHANIC!!!

Called about a price when the owner wouldnt give it, instead he told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to. He maintained being patient while I wasnt. In the end he offered his advise and a free diagnosis. Finding an honest trans shop isnt easy, Bobs answers and refusal to just take my money and do what I asked proved his honesty because his experience told him it wouldnt fix the problem. Ill be using his shop and recommending him from now on.

The Achilles heel of the Eurovan had struck her down. As worried as I could be about wasting my money, Bob came through like a champ. Bob, unlike almost every other technician, completed the work with assurance, without complaint and with informative honesty. He saved a gem at a price few others could match.
