I needed tires for my vehicle and contacted Freeway Auto because of a recommendation from a family member who recently had work done by Freeway Auto. The recommendation was very positive, so I decided to give Freeway Auto a try. Having a high level of auto repair knowledge myself (I am a former ASE certified auto technician), it is fair to say I can recognize truth from fiction, especially about my own vehicle. From my initial phone call with Freeway Auto to get information about two specific models of tires, (the existing DWS-06 tire on my car, which I was very happy with, and a “newer technology” tire AS-05, similarly rated (500+ AA A) and which would be better for me and my driving requirements (40 miles one way to work), pros/cons were explained, pricing was explained and then a recommendation was made. I decided to take the recommendation and switch to the AS-06 tire. Scheduled the appointment, arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment at 8AM the staff was already there waiting for me. Work was done professionally and on-time for the time estimate previously provided. Driving the car home, I could tell the wheel alignment was much better! Actually felt like a different car. With the slight price different in tires combined with the $70 rebate offer, I saved about $150 in total from what I would have spent on the DWS-06 tires. After only about 200 miles of driving on the new AS-05 tires, they are quiet through highway speeds and I am very satisfied so far. I highly recommend the staff at Freeway Auto. They are honest, have your best interest in mind and professional. Well done AP!

I only went to get a flat tire fixed on a Thursday morning she told me I had to make appointment and that I had to wait till next week.. for a 15min job??.. she continued to be extremely rude.. I have a 69 B-body / torsion bar setup. Tough to find a place w knowledge of this system and how to properly measure ride height and then align etc. Well, this place is legit! John serviced (aligned) my car beautifully and per service manual specs. Highly recommend. Great communication, professional and did exactly what I expected.

My car was overheating and they first told me it was the coolant that was clogged. I paid almost $800 to get it fixed. Then, three weeks later I had the same problem and brought it in again. They told me it was the thermostat that was malfunctioning and once again I brought it in and spent $400 to apparently fix it. That same day, the car started to overheat again. Do not come here for anything other than your wheels. They like to just change parts and do not bother to find the solution. Horrible experience.

I’ve been purchasing my tires, getting oil changes and having car repairs done here for both of my cars for the past several years and I’ve always been pleased with the honesty and knowledge of whomever is behind the desk. Yesterday I went in for an oil change a few minutes early and was in and out in a very short period of time. I’ve never waited past my appointment for any service here. They won’t perform a service that you don’t need and they have a loyalty rewards program, too. They serve delicious donuts and muffins, if you like that sort of thing, and the rest room is clean. Try it out.

I get all my tires at Freeway. Staff is great and service is honest, quick and easy. Had a problem with some Michelin tires that wore out much quicker than they should have.
