Did good on back brakes and rotors. I had them look over car cause there was a problem with front end was told 3 mechanics looked at it.. 2 days later I hear a noise from front passenger . Car is now leaning on right side and cant drive it now. After this happene wouldnt even want them to fix a flat tire

Owner was very helpful and honest. We will never trust our vehicles to anyone but, RPM. You get what you pay for. In us doing so the other shop may have been a bit cheaper but was not worth it in no means. Lesson learned. Thank you Chris and your team for going above and beyond for us.

I found my new mechanic!!!!!! Their prices are very fair! Was tired of getting ripped off at my last place and not even having the actual problem fixed that I came in for, but a whole bunch of other stuff, which I probably didnt need. They diagnosed the exact problem and fixed that and only that. I truly appreciate that in a mechanic! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be taking my car there from now on!

Jonathan totally ripped me off my car is a total loss, yet they got over $700 dollars of repair work from me and I’m reporting them for fixing my car when I should of been told at the beginning my car was a total loss. I don’t know what I did to make them treat me this way!! But if anyone knows a good lawyer please let me know..I’m so upset and he knew I had to see my cancer doctors up north. I’m so upset..but thank you to the best shops who were honest to me and didn’t and wouldn’t take a dime of my money

This place I tell you 6/20/16 I thought it would be good to take my car here to get checked out boy was I wrong... the reviews was great thats why I took a chance. Chris Mclure was not honest with my car I wanted to get my side window checked out he charged a lot of money. He told me it would take an hour but only took 20 to check the window he called and said it would be $100 I was shocked. Pick the car up his people didn’t put the window back together until I told him to fix it claiming that it was off when I got to his shop. Which it wasn’t.. Very disappointed I must have caught him on a bad day I guess very unprofessional he didn’t even apologize. I will be getting my money back big guy ha!Also damaged my car handle!!!!This guy have a nerve to respond to my review with lies. Please stay away from the junk of a business please!! You will regret it.

I have used RPM for several really crazy projects. Problems that most repair shop would just say NO to. They have fixed all of them perfectly and in a timely fashion - EVEN BAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS> Chris team is the best.

Had a pinion seal leak and gear whine on my 2005 Mustang GT with 4.10 gearing. Took it to RPM and they got everything squared away. Have been going to RPM since 2005 and recommend them to friends!

I’m going to guess depending on who you are and who you know your pricing will be reasonable and fair. Everytime I went to them I always asked for a price range on the damages. When I got services done I asked about the how much I needed to get my car out of the shop. Come to the day of getting my car out the price would increase for spme reason. Asked why, some part he added without comsulting me prior. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even if the mistake was theirs, they will charge you. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. FOH
