Extremely deceitful body shop that likes to find new things to bill you on for as long as you’ll let them. I’ve had a vehicle in repair for 3 months (we’re well over a month after my guaranteed completion date), and they’re still finding new things wrong. They are dishonest and your weekly updates are all false. Even my insurance company is looking into red flags on their end.

Highly recommend this body shop! They kept me updated with calls weekly and were very professional. They even finished my car before the date initially set.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a repair shop. They completed repairs that I EXPRESSLY AND CLEARLY did not authorize. Ending up costing over $3k when I was only expecting to pay $350. To top it off, the car was 2 weeks late. If you talk to Seth, I highly recommend you record your phone call or you may end up paying $2500 more out of pocket because he lied and said that you agreed to it.

Wrens was honestly the best part about the whole experience of my vehicle being rear-ended. They were incredibly professional and on top of communication. They gave me prompt updates and let me know what the timeline was of getting my vehicle back every step of the way.NOT ONLY did they do the body work related to my accident but they also buffed out a very unsightly spot on the front of my vehicle as well. 10/10 would recommend and will go back should I ever need more body work.

Took a Tesla to Wrens body shop to have front bumper installed. Tech came out looked at the car took VIN# and came back out with a quote. Ordered bumper that day. Bumper came in and took it to The shop to then be told that they don’t work on Tesla’s.Currently scrambling to find someone to install this bumper. Complete waste of time at Wrens body shop. Very Unprofessional.

Sadly they only care about getting their insurance check and not the costumer. No one ever called me to give me an update despite swearing they would. I would call and never get an update. I was never given a finish date and then was lied to about progress twice. Not to mention when they claimed my car was in “tear down” to access the damage, I drove by everyday on my way to work and saw it sitting in the same spot for three days. I will never use this body shop again.

I went to Wrens in to get a simple bumper replacement on a 2020 Honda Accord and it was a nightmare. I was called twice to pick up my car and found out that the repairs were not done correctly. This bodyshop was recommended by Allstate but the insurance company needs to seriously rethink that recommendation.The communication between myself and the bodyshop was spotty to say the least. I received no progress report.I dropped my car on Monday and received a call on Wednesday afternoon stating that my car would be ready the next day and that someone would call me in the morning. I received no such call. I stopped by the bodyshop on my way home and was advised that my car was not ready because the wrong bumper was ordered. I was to stay in the rental car till next week.On Friday at 3pm I received a call stating that my car was ready to be picked up and that the bodyshop closes at 5pm. I left work early and fought atlanta traffic to pick up my car to find out that the repairs were not completed correctly.On Monday I received another call stating that my car would be ready by 5pm. I did the same thing. Left work early to get my car and now they messed up the other side of my bumper and the rep had the guts to tell me that my car was totally drivable. The point is not that my car was drivable or not. The car was totally drivable when I drove it to the shop to get repaired.The point is that the repairs were not done correctly. If as a customer I can see that the moldings were not lined up correctly. How is it that you as a certified technician are not able to see that?Lets please not talk about the lack of communication. I received no progress report.The fact that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing aka the rep tried to collect payment from me while Allstate was paying for the repairsAllstate was also charged a fee to sanitize the car which is great but the rep who came to talk to me had no mask on. What kind of sanitization have they been practicing ? I am scared to askLet us hope and pray that I will be able to pick up my car in good repair condition on my third try.

The first time I had my vehicle done here, i was very happy with their service. Cathy at the front desk is very helpful.Second time was chaotic! They rushed through the job, parts were falling out when I went to pick up and had to wait for them to fix them, interior of vehicle was wet. It was obviously rushed. I emailed one of their managers, Jeff, about a problem I had. I never received a response back. I had to call several times to get him on phone. It was a complete nightmare. Ill have to start looking around for a better body shop. Very disappointing.

Anyway, the whole experience was smooth, and even though hurricane zeta came through and probably slowed their progress a lot, they still kept me updated (I had to call in because I had previously marked “only call when needed” on my forms) and they were very knowledgeable. Very patient and kind women. And when I got my car back it looked brand. new. It even felt like the car was driving like a new one. New parts, headlights, everything. After hitting a pole with my truck causing serious damage, Wrens body shop restored my truck to an even better condition than before my accident. I did have a small problem with my headlight that they replaced a short time later, but Wrens with out any hassle corrected the situation. Their managers and staff were both kind and courteous and always kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. I will Definetly do business with them again, and i highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of doing business with them.

Their work was good but their communication skills was lacking and caused me to rent a vehicle even though my vehicle repair was complete and the car rental place was literally next door. :(

I had work done at Wrens, my car was hit right at the drivers side wheel. They replaced all drivers side wheel, steering and body parts and painted. Two weeks after getting my car back as I was pulling into work my wheel came apart, I had gotten off of HWY 85 1 minute before this happened. If it had happened a just a minute earlier I could be dead. The lower control arm was detached from my wheel. My car was towed back to Wren. Wren repaired it and asked me if I had any work done on the car since they did the original repairs and I told them I had my brakes serviced the week after. They said who ever did my brakes did not tighten something properly and thats why my wheel came apart. I have my brakes done at a small shop that only does brakes and tires ( been using them for 5 years). My brakes where done in 30 minutes, just front pads replaced not even rotors, there was no reason that he would have taken apart any steering components. I verified this in a conversation with him. The lower control arm has a threaded stud that is bolted to the wheel after the bolt is tightened there is a hole in the stud for a cotter pin to go through. This prevents the bolt from vibrating loose and the wheel from coming apart. I have to assume that they did not put in a cotter pin. I believe the story they told me about my brake service is a bunch of BS. Thank you Wren for putting me in a death trap. Oh and my insurance company paid them over 6K to almost kill me. Negative one million stars.

I’ve had two vehicles repaired here just in the last month. Each vehicle was returned to me looking better than new. My family has been using Wren’s since 1979 or 1980 and we’ve never been disappointed. Moreover, my insurance trusts their work enough not to even require alternate estimates; just drop it off and pick it up. Family business done right!

Great auto body shop!

The desk ladies are courteous and helpful, the shop techs that called me later were easy to work with and communicatedwith State Farm (the other guy’s insurance that smashed my car). State Farm ultimately totaled my on Wren’s estimate which compared nearly exactly to another body shop —Putnam’s— that uses the exact same software (but is not State Farm endorsed) and the difference was almost 100% in labor time. Not even in materials. Materials was less. The difference was nearly $1,000. I decided not to fight the insurance company with a quote from shop they didn’t endorse—though I’m glad I have perspective and have a reliable alternative to do so.I share all this and drop names because it’s good to have options when you’re deciding the best route for your personal accident. Putnam’s was very kind and helpful in my assessment and would have been a great alternative since they use the exact same software. Wren’s simply felt like it was going to take 20+ more hours to fix...I knocked down a star for the fact that their storage space for totally vehicles is not flat and difficult to access and not paved. This meant that emptying my car of its contents —to my disadvantage, was in the rain—so it was very muddy and slippery. If I wasn’t young and agile, this could have been very treacherous or impossible.Just take heed if you are less mobile/elderly and encounter the same scenario of needing to empty your car because it is deemed total loss. Perhaps ask them to move it up next to your vehicle...maybe they would have been helpful and I should have asked myself...But, the man who brought me out to collect my belongings didn’t respond to me when I asked questions and hardly acknowledged my existence—a bit painful and bitter when you are saying goodbye to a vehicle that treated you better that this human did.

Everything was fixed but when I picked my car up my battery was dead because they did let turn my car completely off and my keypad was broken

Had my car repaired here when I picked it up I noticed there was still a dent in the hood and a run in the clear coat. They did stand behind there work and fixed it right away but getting in an accident is stressful enough you don’t need to deal with the repair not being done right. When I got the car back the second time I found a pack of rivets in it not sure if these should of been used in the repair. For a shop my insurance company recommended I am not impressed

Came in to get a quote on having body mounts placed under the cab of my truck. I was informed that this so called body shop didnt do this and sent me to a stereo shop! I know this qroup only wants to do easy work. I will never come back!

Great workmanship at all 3 locations

This place is just large volume, low quality body shop. I truly thought this was the place to take care of me & my vehicle because of the great customer service I received over the phone when I originally called when the hit & run occurred. Little did I know what I was getting into. Wishing I could post photos of when my car was completed & ready for pick up after the third time of it being completed & ready for pickup. After not even 24hrs of picking up my car, the paint has already began to chip, my key fob was somehow deprogrammed meaning I cannot lock my doors at all, even when I lock them from the inside they unlock within 5 seconds. For the second attempt they have failed at making sure my truck properly closes & seals. When I returned to pick up my car for the second time they let water flood my trunk ruining everything inside (My deck lid still sits an inch off). None of my bumper lines up flush like it is supposed to. Not to mention my car pulls to the right severely after being aligned not once but twice. They told me my tires need to be rotated and that will fix the problem of it pulling to the right...my tires are brand new.. the tires on my car would have to be extremely worn for that to even be a possibility. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I am giving this shop 1 star for customer service from the ladies in the front office. Customer service is great, no problems there. However, body work is very sloppy, they cut corners and put cheap parts on even though you pay for higher quality parts. Took my car in for hail damage on 3-22-18 went over the damages with the estimator from Wrens. I was told they would have it ready by 29th. Received a call on 3-27-18 informing me my car was ready for pick up. Upon my arrival there were still scratches all over my car as well as a dent by my gas tank. Keep in mind initially my damages were $2700 after my deductible. Upon my arrival my estimate jumped to $3900. When I complained one of the supervisor was apologetic and said they would call the insurance appraiser to come out and look at it. However the adjuster from my insurance company called me before i had a chance to and told me Wrens adjuster told him the damages i was claiming was not part of the hail damage. The nerve of them, they pray on insurers just like the roofers when there is a disaster. I will be taking this matter further.

Great family owned shop! It is very clean and the people are honest. They can fix about anything! They got my car in and out within a week. My quarter panel was hit and had been previously reworked, and they still managed to do an A+ job in a timely manner. Couldnt recommend a better place in my opinion. Go to Wrens!

Not all was right and working after I received my Pathfinder back the 1st time, but they made up for it in a big way. They rented the car they I needed for my commute to and from work and made repairs over, above and more than what was required to satisfy. I guess one could call it a squaring for the inconvenience of having to take time off from work. All and all I am happy with the work. Well I went on vacation and someone hit my 2017 QX50 Infiniti in the passenger side door while I was in publix in Florida and did not leave a note and drove off! When got home from vacation my insurance company (state farm) agent and my father in law recommended wrens body shop so I decided to take it there! Well the work they did on the door looked good but the door molding on the fron and rear doors had nicks in them right below the dent and I pointed them out to the gentleman that came and looked at it when i got there and he said they would take care of it when they fixed the dent in the door. So when I go pick up the car it was bloked in so someone had move a car so I could get out so only briefly look at the work, upon arriving home I inspected the work and notice the 2 chips in the door moldinge were still ther! I would have let it go but when I ran my finger over the chip in the front door molding it felt loose so grab it to see if it was and sure enough I could pull it of by hand!So I had to drive back to the body shop and ask for a manager and was told there was not there at the time and the gentleman that looked at my car said he would look at it. I ask him if they had quality control when they give the car back to the customer and he said they did and I told him they neednew people to check out the work because they should never let a vehicle go out whith parts not fully attached! They fixed the moulding and I was fine with that! Well about a week ago I was detailing my car and notice a rubber on top of the front drivers side fender was coming out and wrens had to take it off when the fixed the door so obviously they didnt install the fender right either! There is a lifetime warranty on there work ,but its frustrating that they cant do the work right the first time around! As of this review I have not taken the car back to get this fixed yet ,because I havent had the time! Will update as soon as I get this done!All this just to say I am not happy with there work and dont reccomend taking your car there to be fixed!!!!!!

We were overwhelmed with business after the hailstorm of March 2013 is not an excuse to do poor quality work and poor communication. Charged full priced, delivered shoddy work. Vehicle is still in the shop. Hope you made a lot of money. You shouldnt take in more work than you can handle. No matter how this turns out for me, I am highly inconvenienced and dissatisfied and will tell the whole world about it
