I can never remember names, but this goes for every employee. Everyone here is extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I know I have a lot of questions, and to others, the answers are obvious, but I never received a judgmental answer, rather an understanding one that I can comprehend. They go above and beyond and it’s greatly appreciated. This is, and will always be, my go to spot.

I love this chain, but this location has consistency issues.Last year I came in for an oil change. Everything was great. All 5 stars.This year I come back for an oil change and everything when down the drain.I was told that i needed repairs over $400 dollars before I could even get an oil change. I decided to get a second opinion.I went to a mechanic I trust, he did the oil change no problem.My parents reported the same to me about this location.

Great quick service. A little more in cost than where I usually go...but had a bad experience with my Jeep at 5 minute oil change location...will come back to these gentleman! Also, very courteous...and no selling pitches.

By far the best oil change experience I’ve had!!They got me in quick, and the service was awesome. Puncho( THE BEST MECHANIC) took care of me. while helping me he made sure all the other guests were okay as well. I had a break light that was (which i didnt even know) . He informed me & took care of it. Puncho is very funny, QUICK and professional. He did everything so effortlessly, I was AMAZED! Everybody had great customer service and energy as well. I’ve already referred friends and family to this location.

10 min oil change my butt. I was the first in line and two before vehicles that were behind me were finished and gone before mine was done. The technician told meHe had to go talk to his “P.O.” It was nearly an hour at a 10 min oil change place. Once I left I received a call from them telling me they had not put my skip plate back on. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience with them but it will be the last

Worker servicing my car made me super uncomfortable. Making romantic advances on me. Highly inappropriate.Kept voicing that he has no one to go home to and how he likes me. Wants to take me out. Wants to settle down. Told him, “you’ll find somebody.” As if that isn’t sign enough to fall back.At least 5 times in the course of 30 minute service (oil change) he made advances. Had to call a male friend just to take the heat off the worker talking to me.Did appreciate how he showed my air filter & told me it needed to be changed. Nice of him but still overall uncomfortable experience.

Slow and unprofessional. Definitely not 10 minutes like they advertise, but they weren’t even hustling like they do at other locations I’ve been to. Nobody here acted like they wanted to be there- very ghost-like and detached. Our child soiled herself waiting over 30 minutes just in line, one car ahead of us. They didn’t know what oil I needed, so they asked me to guess based on the price I normally pay. What if I am not the one who gets changes done? I need you to at least make a recommendation and tell me what the differences are so that I can make a good decision - other locations happily have done this.

The oil change is just what it is. My issue is the lack of organization. I was in line to get an oil change when a car turned in and jumped in front of everyone that has been waiting. The staff did nothing about it. It was a young lady driving the car who showed a smile and that was that. I don’t understand how that is fair to everyone else who had to wait because they didn’t have a pretty smile!!!I am new to the state and needed a place for my oil changes. I chose this spot because of the good reviews that I have seen. This incident just turned me off to this location. For me, it takes one time and that’s it. Especially when I am paying just like everyone else.

My go to spot when I need a oil change. They are fast & professional and the staff is so friendly they bring you a bottle of water while you wait which is nice and I love that I don’t have to get out of my car for anything while I’m there. They are just awesome I highly recommend them.

Went for an oil change and was denied because i didnt have a factory return line on my coolant system which was functional 100%. That was their loss not mine I can change my own oil. I just wanted to give express oil my business but hey like i said their loss not mine!

Had a tire leak and it was a pretty bad one. Was greeted by professional staff and they took care of my tire in a reasonable time.

Brought truck in at 87,000 miles on July, 2018 for an inspection after a low speed collision. Express Oil advised replacing both rotors and bearings. A reasonable and accurate repair. Repair was performed and truck seemed fine.Now, just 23,000 miles into those bearings and rotors, I am staring at failed bearings and pitted rotors. Right side castle nut was installed with no cotter/split pin and worked itself free causing bearings to loosen and wheel to move freely. Wheel locked up going down the road and pinched the brake line with the upper control arm that was now bearing the weight of my front end due to bearings unpacking. All of this is extremely dangerous as the bearings are what keep the tire on the vehicle. I consider a repair lasting 1/5 of its expected lifetime on a structure critical part flat-out negligence, but then again, Im not Express Oil Change as they have disagreed with me.A bearing failing at 20,000 miles with no excess wear or impacts is not acceptable and is usually indicative of improper install(It should last roughly 100,000.) I have been told flatly that it is out of warranty, which I am ok with as I do not want Express Oil touching my vehicle any further.Express Oil Change, Home of the Negligent 20,000 mile Bearing Install.

It seems you go there for one thing and they gouge you for something else. Ot seems each Mechanic tries to maximize their earnings potential on every repair, and as they jave yout car in the air, they hold your vehicle hosyage by reporting all these things you had no issues with until you got to their shop. I am questioning their integrity and will be voicing my concern.

They over filled my f150 when I got an oil change. It had over quart of to much oil. Double check your dip stick when you observe it. Dont just look for good color make sure they dont over fill pass the obvious hash marks.

They were quick and friendly-Offered me another service but werent pushy about it when I declined.

Clay the mechanic was the Best. We were traveling on Labor Day Friday. Had a tire problem in my Enterprise rental car. Clay quickly diagnosed the issue. We needed a new tire. They didnt have the tire we needed. But Clay was the best. Would go there again and I highly recommend them.

Express did an oil change on my Lexus in February of 2020 and that time was good. In September I attempted to get an oil change in someone else vehicle. I had nothing but good things to say, thats why I recommend my friend go there in his vehicle. When I pulled up he was just looking at me, so I say Im here to get an oil change. He says no Good Morning etc..my reply was this is your business Im just trying to get an oil change. My friend said that he didnt like his attitude so we went else where and definitely received better service! Today I thought, let me give them another try and yet the same issue occur. I pull up and instead of him telling me which bay to pull into he just looking at me, so I say Im here to get an oil change he said excuse me, I repeated myself and then I was immediately yet again turned off. This is not the type of place that I want to do business with. I will NEVER return! I pray that this business is pleasant with everyone else.

I own a fleet of 3 service vans my truck and my wifes SUV and our Gm motor home. i always took our autos here. i have a mechanic i have built a relationship with after having one vehicle or another break down. I trust Randy at modern Auto.These oil change jockeys told me on the last van i took in to get the oil changed that we can do an oil change on this it has a bad leak and the front breaks are metal on metal and you should not be using synthetic oil you should use a heavier oil on this engine with so many miles on it i said ok and had the driver take his van to Modern he did and Randy said no these breaks are fine and there is a little oil leak you will need a new pan so ill order it when it comes in and why in tar nation are they telling you to use old engine oil on a brand new motor!!?! I guess they cant tell that it is a new motor?.I had installed a new motor last July. yea... these guys just lost a 5 vehicle account!

They advertise as a 10 min oil change but really takes more than 25 mins, the dude helping me really seemed as if he didnt want to be helping anyone (to be fair it was really hot 95°) prices are expensive compared to other shops, only reason i came in was because i didnt have time to wait at Walmart but ended up waiting 25 mins for my turn with only one car ahead of me and just about 20 mins for my service to be done

If youre looking for a place where youre able to talk with your mechanics, have your expenses explained and feel comfortable with the amount of money youre spending, then this is the place to be. If you want to park your car and sit in the waiting room, this is still the place to be.

Supposedly a 10 minute oil change but took the guy 20 minutes. Slooooowwww. If you get Jordan, might want to take a book with you. Spent more time stopping to talk with coworkers. Took out the oil stick to show new oil and never wiped the stick. Where did they get this guy. Will never go back.

The first time I went to this establishment was shortly after the pandemic started. What I appreciated as a person that is considered high risk because of a preexisting condition (Hereditary High blood Pressure) is that everyone had a mask on, and was considerate of my desire for the oil change to be completely contactless. I called beforehand, and came prepared with written notes and everything to make it as easy as possible. And it was.This time, no one had masks on, and they looked very annoyed and inconvenienced by the fact that I was not going to roll my window down, nor open my door to talk to them. One went as far as to try to open my door, until I quickly grabbed it and shut it....We instead communicated through written notes. Its sad that the world seems to think that this pandemic is over simply because they are over it, but the fact is that for many people this pandemic is still a threat to their lives. Please. If youre not going to make it a company policy to wear a mask, dont get upset at people for protecting themselves from you. I understand that the establishment is outside and theres alot of fresh air coming through but when someone is extremely close in proximity to you (for example, standing right in front of your driver seat door) and speaking directly at you with no mask on, your risk for contraction increases no matter if your are inside or out.

I just left this location and the service was GREAT! Tyler was extremely attentive, detail oriented and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my car’s needs before I drove off. I recommend this location to anyone in the area.Side note....I arrived right before closing. This is the time when you see who really takes customer service seriously 🤣

Went in here for an alignment because I just put new tires on my mothers car as a Christmas present. The old tires were worn very bad on the inside. The mechanic after looking at the truck proceeded to tell me that I needed to rebuild the whole front end of the truck. Before he could align it. Basically tie rods, ball Joints and control arms. Cost $2700. I immediately had a feeling he was trying to mislead me so i made an excuse and left. I made an appointment at another more reputable place and guess what? It needed absolutely nothing except to be aligned. This is an example of how people who don’t know any better get taken advantage of. I hope this review saves someone else a lot of money. This place is a joke and this proves without a shadow of a doubt that it’s also a scam. Don’t believe a word they say. Go to Bright star tire and alignment and save yourself the trouble.

I love the service. They are very honest mechanics who don’t try to pull punches with me just because I’m a woman. They are extremely efficient and tell you the truth about how best to go about any repairs. And I love when John changes my oil. He has the best manners. To be honest the oil change has never been 10 minuets so it’s a bit misleading but it’s always worth the wait.

The guys in the oil change bays are.rhe best!

SINCE I STILL HAD MY OWN KEYS BECAUSE -NO ONE- TRIED TO ASSIST.First time going. They were super nice. Let me know about some problems under the hood with NO pressure to get it fixed immediately (or by them even). Def my new car service spot.

Went there for an oil change and they said my back brake light was out and I had an electrical problem. turns out they put the light in wrong then they said I had an oil leak turns out they were wrong about that. I wont be going back there again.

One of the better locations I have visited. Ladies do get $5 off your oil change on Tuesday. Their work is on point, friendly staff, clean location and one I do recommend. I do want to say thank you to Travis who always takes great care, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, professionalism, etc and for real he has made days I have come in for a routine oil change that were rough turn around for the better! We absolutely need more people like him in businesses and in this world! The management of this location for sure I hope sees what they have in this associate and a couple others such as Aaron and Jonathan that we have encountered there because they are what makes this location a 5 star! Thank you guys for all your hard work, dedication and caring for us all in your actions as if we all were a part of your family! Stop by this morning to get a tire rotation. The guy who looked at my truck said I may need cv joints. So they went to check it out and get me a estimate. The manager came back and didnt even know why I was there or what kind of vehicle I was even driving. Like really whats going on at this shop. So as I waited he came back and told me to have a seat instead of ask. I decided to stand there and wait on the estimate and he the manager shut the sliding glass in my face. Really! So I told them to give me my keys and take my truck out of there bay. I will do business somewhere else!Wouldnt recommend doing business there if you are looking for professionalism.

Tim helped me with my service today and it was amazing. The service was done well and it took less than 25 minutes of my day! I’ll definitely be doing more services here in the future.

Just got an oil change serviced by one of the technicians (John). He was very helpful and updated me to some issues. Initially thought Id need a new radiator, but got a second opinion from his boss and found out it was just a loose hose. Great group of people!

Ive been coming to this shop at least 8 years for oil changes and other work. I ALWAYS receive courteous, expedient service from this location. Ive even promoted this site to my boss at Comcast and as a result had our trucks serviced there. This past weekend, I had some work done. Before the job, Mike explained to me, Id have to wait two hours before theyd work on my car as they were VERY busy. Well... to my delight, I was in and out of the shop within two hours. The longest portion of the wait was waiting for the parts (which is understandable). Mike also quoted an accurate and fair price for the work. As usual it was a great experience. The customer area is clean and comfortable - and they serve great coffee. Highly recommended.

I took my car in about a month ago. Today, the engine oil light came on. I called to ask for a refund of service. The tech on the phone said he was getting the supervisor. What I received instead was another tech trying to explain what happened. I told him that I was not going to drive the vehicle back to Douglasville from Marietta with the oil warning message on. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, he stated he was not going to argue with me. Clearly, there was nothing to argue. They didnt do the job correctly.This is not to say that all Express Oils stations are bad. Ive been to one other station in Warner Robins and those guys are good and thorough.

If your familiar with Express oil change dont go to this one!!!! I go to express oil change in austell & decided to go to douglasville and the price was double what I usually pay and the reason they gave me was because one is corporate and ones a franchise. So I paid more to get the same services done without the price being explained until they asked for payment. Just thought I would let people know 🤷🏽‍♀️ I wont be returning for any services!

My fiancee and I let our Mercedes receive work from Express Oil Auto in Douglasville, Ga and our vehicle mysteriously developed a crack in the grill of the car we had just purchased. Someone new was working on the vehicle and when my fiancee looked at their video to review what happened we know that they had to edit the recording. Slick!

I have used this location over 10 years. A+ always. Aaron is the absolute best & just the nicest guy there is!

To whom this may concern on December 16, 2017. I took my car to Express Oil and tire engineers for a routine oil change. The technician that worked on my car only asked which preferable package did I want for my car. The Gentleman said he topped off all fluids. I paid for the service. I cranked up my car and processed on to my next destination; 15 minutes within the drive the car started knocking I pulled the car over right away and called to speak with the store manager James Foster. I spoke with the manager and he said that he would send a wrecker out to pick up the car and assess the damages. At that time I waited over two hours for the tow truck to get there and return back to the shop. I got back to the shop and the store manager told me that it was too late in the day to check the car out and to leave it there over the weekend. I had to call the manager to ask what could or what would be the issue with my car. James Foster the manager told me that there was a pinhole in the coolant reservoir system and that caused the engine to lock up. I asked him if there was an issue with the car prior to being worked on it or to avoid this happening wouldn’t someone of their technician team have noticed or caught this right away. “He had no answer,” The manager said only the thing that he could do was research prices for what the car needs, Which meant more money for their services. I spoke with another manager by the name Bill Scott And at that time he said that he would review the case and get back to me. I heard nothing from him nor anyone else from this company on this matter; I had to call and reach out to them. I personally had my car towed to the Jaguar dealership off of Piedmont in Atlanta Georgia. The technician gave me a diagnostics test and stated that the car engine had locked up and that I needed to contact the previous mechanic that worked on my car and asked If they could put this on their insurance for the damages. I contacted Bill Scott and he said that Express Oil and tire engineers werent liable for anything that took place in my car. As you can see it’s been several months I’ve almost lost my job and I also had to come out of my pocket for the expenses just to get back-and-forth and my car is still not fixed. I would not recommend this company to no one not one consumer in the community or in the neighboring areas.I’m totally disgusted and unsatisfied with how they handled this matter.

I came here for a basic tire adjustment, and walked out very satisfied. The service here was really good, and the workers were all very friendly. I have no major complaints about this place, and I may wind up coming back for any future maintenance needs.

I took my BMW 328i to get the brake pads changed. It was around 5pm and I finally left at 6:15pm (after hours). Everything went smooth and the staff was extremely nice. ***When I left to go home I felt and heard a knocking. Felt like a flat tire. I pulled over and looked. No flats and the car was not notifying me. So I turn around and went back. The doors were locked and employees were driving out of the parking lot. About 3 employees left without anyone stopping to ask what was wrong. At this point I thought, well theres nothing I can do, I guess Ill head home. I get in my car and an employee pulls up next to me. I explain to him what is happening. He gets out of his car and looks at my tire and then takes it for a test drive. While he was driving away I could see the back wheel wobbling. Not just a little but a scary amount. I stopped him and informed him that the wheel was not fully on. THE WHEEL WAS NOT FULLY ON! I almost drove home. I trusted these people with something so important. How did the person who drove the car up front not feel that? Just because its the end of the day... Put someones life on the line. I would like to thank Blake sooo much for stopping and helping me. He was not on the clock and like the rest of the employees, could have left me stranded. I drive on the highway on my way home. It makes me sick to think about that wheel coming off when Im driving 70+. Blake saved the company a great deal of money. I know you cannot teach your employees morals but you can teach them how to put a wheel on. I will never be returning to this location or any other.
