We’ve been twice , they are excellent at getting on fish . Ken the captain is great and Chase works his tail off for you . We would absolutely recommend these guys

We had a great time with Capt. Ken. He put us on the fish and my boys enjoyed every second of it. I highly recommend him!

6 hours trip 2200$ 12 people and one mate ( Chase ) on board. First 30 minutes we were waiting to buy the bait then 2 hours ride to the first stop. 5 people got sick so we had 4 adults and 3 kids healthy that were actually ready to fish but Chase was able to handle only four rods. Actually fishing took less than an hour so we were fishing for 5-10 minutes each than of course ride back for 2 hours again. Worst experience ever and waist of money.

We had a GREAT experience deep sea fishing with captain Ken and first mate, Chase. Highly recommended them if you’re in the Destin area and looking to book a deep sea fishing trip!

It’s a shame that I have to even write this email. If you run a business don’t lie to your clients about why you had to cancel a trip through email at 4:45am. I’m sure Capt. Ken runs a great business, but upset that we can’t get refunded on all the money we spent just to prepare for this trip because of boat “mechanical problems and first mate having covid.” A bunch of us Military Veterans (on a bachelor trip) aren’t too happy about, “toes in the sand.” We want to go fishing. Overall it’s disappointing we get canceled 10 minutes prior through an email. Next time call your clients and explain to them the situation and be honest.

Cpt. Ken, Chase and Kayden were awesome. We had a blast on our 8 hour ride. They were extremely friendly and worked really hard to give us the best experience. Our family had a blast. Highly recommend these guys.

Had awesome day on the water on JustBCause with Captain Ken and his crew. Cpt. Ken got us on fish quickly after long haul to deep water. Caught some nice ones, but we took off for a better catch and that’s what he put us on. Limited out on big reds, and got a few bonus fish that put up a hell of a fight. We’re so glad we opted for the 8hr trip as it gave us time and flexibility needed to fill up the catch board at the end of the day.The crew was great and worked hard to keep us in the fight, even came with complimentary humor!We all had a blast and came away with a cooler-full of filets and memories. We definitely look forward to coming back to JustBCause again next time.

Captain and First Mate is awesome! Very helpful, polite and great conversation. We enjoyed our experience. We had a great day catching all those fish. First Mate is helpful going above and beyond.

Late cancelation. No courtesy call, just an email notifing of mechanical failure. Poor customer service.

Truly disappointed — If you are considering this company for a fishing charter while on vacation, I would strongly reconsider.An hour before the fishing charter was set to leave, the captain cancelled the trip due to “boat malfunction”. If you have ever travelled in the Destin area, you know that you need to account about an hour to get from one side of Destin to the other because of traffic and construction. Our group had already paid for a bus through a transportation company in the area to take us to the docks to ensure we were there on time and did not need to rely on Uber/Lyft/etc. The bus was already at our rental property ready to take us when the email was sent by Just B Cause Charters. Thus, this extremely short notice left us unable to cancel the bus and forcing us to have to pay despite not needing transportation any longer.When we reached out to Just B Cause Charters, the captain shared there was not a boat malfunction, but rather, that his first mate called in. When that response did not suffice for our group, the captain tried to claim the first mate had COVID — wouldn’t this be something that 1) would have been known well before an hour before the trip (even with rapid tests, there are none available at that time) and 2) something you would absolutely need to share with the previous passengers from the past 5 days or so to let them know they were exposed?Very poor communication and reliability from this company. We understand things happen and change, but Just B Cause charters were not honest or upfront, relied on email for communication instead of phone for a cancellation within an hour from departure, and did not offer to remediate their mistake in any way (I.e., assistance with rescheduling for later that day, offering to reach out to other charters they know for availability, etc) other than a refund.

Great captain and 1st mate. Best prices on the waterfront. Family, young and old, had a great time!

Had a great trip! Even though Captain Ken was willing to reschedule us for another day due to rough waters, our group forged on! Caught enough fish for dinner and then some!! It was an adventure we wont forget! First mate Billy u rock!

So much fun !! The captain and mate were amazing !!! We caught red snapper a almaco jack and a black snapper ! Saw a shark jump up and eat a red snapper ! Ages from 5 - 38 in our group we all enjoyed ! Highly recommend booking with them. We definitely will again

Absolutely AWFUL!!!! DO NOT Book with Captain Ken. He fraudulently charged my credit card and has provided false documents to my credit card provider. He is dishonest and is NOT to be trusted. I am taking legal action against this business.

Had fun and caught lots of fish. We will book again next year.

A huge thank you to Capt. Ken and Carter for making our expedition a huge success!Samantha and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the kids had a blast! Ken put us on the fish in short time and we caught our limit of snapper fast. Carter made sure we did everything right!Highly recommend this vessel for your next deep sea fishing trip!

We had a great time and caught some big fish!! Captain ken said he had several spots for us to try but we didn’t need but one!! The fish was Exactly where he said they would be!! We will definitely be fishing from his boat again! If you wanna have a good time just try him out!!! Thanks Captain Ken!!!

Captain Ken and First Mate Billy were awesome to work with. They were patient and very accommodating with the wide variety of fisher people on our charter. The kids had a ball and even the wives had fun. Two thumbs up for this crew!!!

My family and I booked a trip not knowing anything about who we were booking with. We were excited to hear from a stranger on the dock that we had picked a good one! Captain Ken, and the first mate Carter were more than we could have asked for. Captain Ken kept us positioned over fish for the entire trip! (so much so that we were ready for it to be over because we were exhausted!) First Mate Carter was the best! He baited every hook, and removed every fish for us. He also coached us in what to do and how to do it! We had some newbies with us, and everybody caught fish! I would book this boat everytime before any other!
