For my 41st and my partners 45th birthdays we decided to go to her familys place in Santa Rosa Beach for vacation. Neither of us had ever been offshore fishing and wanted to give it a try. Family member recommend Captain Tim on the Double Time for the charter. What a trip!! We had so much fun and caught plenty of fish! Captain Tim is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He helped us get comfortable with the gear and procedures, then took us out to go bait fishing before we hit the open waters. Who knew that bait fishing could be so much fun?! After filling the livewell we headed out to where the King Mackerel were hitting, caught myself a 5.5 lb beauty before the fishing died off. After checking a couple other spots, Captain Tim took us out to a little spot he knew of and we proceeded to pull Vermillion and White Snapper out just a fast as we could reel them in! After we got back in Captain Tim cleaned and filleted the fish for us and even gave us a little show with the Pelicans and a Heron that showed up begging for scraps. All in all a fantastic trip and well worth the money! Private charters are the way to go and Captain Tim is one of the best!

Captain Tim is the man! Seas were pretty rough but we still went out and caught bait fish..then we roughed it right outside the harbor and caught Spanish mackerel and king mackerel. He cleaned our fish up too! His knowledge of sea life and experience really showed throughout our trip. Very personable, down to earth captain. Definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Captain Tim is the best out of Destin Fleet.Have fished destin with over 15 charters and no one comes close to Tim.He goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are happy.If you don’t catch with Tim you won’t catch anywhere as this is fishing.Super knowledgeable and friendly.

We booked a 5 hour fishing trip with Captain Tim Adams on a friday. Due to the weather not cooperating with us, we had to call it off. He was so accomdating to see if we wanted to go on Sunday instead. So we said yes. Well we went today and he was fantastic! We cought about 40-50 fish today some catch and realse. He knew all the good spots, he was very knowledgeable and calm. He was there if you needed help or need to ask him a question. I highly reccomend his fishing charters. We had so much fun! Thank you Captain. The fish is so good!

Couldn’t have had a better trip. Captain Tim put our party of 5 on the fish and we limited out on red snapper on a half day charter. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top notch, reasonably priced fishing trip on the beautiful emerald coast.

I have fished Destin for over 25 years with various guides but Capt Tim tops them all! He was referred to me by another great guide who retired from the business. He is a patient and excellent teacher with both kids and adults plus he really knows these waters and all its species. I cant recommend him enough!

Awesome trip June 2020. Captain Tim put us on the fish all day and kept the spots coming. Plenty of red snapper, mangrove snapper and king mackerel. Will definitely book with Tim in the future!
