Ive been living here approximately two months now, and just wanted to say that so far, I am absolutely enjoying my time here. Its peaceful, clean, and the residents all seem happy. One of the first things that I noticed is that the employees here also seemed happy, which is often a great sign.

The little tiny heater never works. I called them few times n it took the a week to come n fix it. They also will not give your deposit back! I left the apartment clean with no damage, Alan seen the apartment and told me it’s perfect and I will get my deposit but then they refused to mail it to me because I moved out the state. The manager lady seem nice but at the same time will try to scam you with your deposit! Please find another one because I promise you won’t like this apartment!

I cannot say enough how impreased I am at the way I was treated during my stay at Bay Club. But mostly in dealing with the new manager Rene. She is thiughtfup, supportive, realistic and reflects the good values of the organization. All to often we see corporate entities penny pinch and show little or no flexibility for renters. Bay Club was a good home and the owners deserve praise as a rare shining light in the rental world.

Not bad, but nowhere near great.Pros: Its a small, quite community. Grounds are generally pretty well kept. Friendly neighbors and great location (easy access to 5, PAC highway and 509.)Cons: No snow removal! We had a major snow storm hit with 6-8 inches on the ground at a time. They didnt shovel until 6 days later (it was already melting away at that point). We were all out there slipping and sliding on solid ice on the sidewalks because they didnt bother. It was a struggle at 20 something to get to and from my vehicle safely. I can only imagine what it was like for any elderly residents or children! It speaks volumes to managements concern for their residents. Additionally, general parking is scarce and the spaces themselves are SO small. Youve got to be a contortionist to get in and out of your car.Overall....its just an apartment...its market comparable but dont expect any frills.

I appreciated the management and maintenance team during my stay there. They worked hard, esp Cassandra at getting this done and staying within the safety guidelines required of them. They were nice people. and it is pet friendly.

Having lived at 5 different apartments and rental houses while growing up and at college, my opinion is that this is one of the best apartments around. The staff is legitimately kind and warm hearted. The maintenance lady work very hard to take care of problems promptly and properly. And the price is very generous for what you get in unit, the amenities, and the rental market around.

Management is the worst here.Nothing is organized and it’s a mess.

Dangerous neighborhood

Very disappointed with Management Team. No one has moved the snow on parking area or clean the sidewalks. Other apartment around us are all in good shape. Tenants are sliding all over the place and management dont even answer the phones. Very disappointed. I guess they are waiting for someone to break their neck.

Rent goes up and up yet little to no renovation since mid 80s

Ive lived at the Bay Club Apts at 3 different units, for a total of 7 years. Super prime location. The first 4 years/2 units, the grounds were always maintained, the dumpster/recycling areas were never overflowed and spilling out, they always pressure washed everywhere, so there was never any leaves, random trash, spiders & webs everywhere. There was never a parking issue, and a work order would be completed within the same week it was put in. The last 3 years all of that changed. The rent keeps going up, which yes, it is everywhere, but if I have to pay more I expect the property to be clean, parking shouldnt be an issue, and its a small complex so work orders shouldnt take over a month to be completed. I use to love the Bay Club, thats why I chose this property for that many years but it has definitely fell off.

They have a very nice pool for hot weather
