I just moved in. I cant say Id sign the lease now knowing what I know. First, as stated in another review, live in the 5th floor. The person above me stomps around all day and night. You hear, and sometimes feel, every step the person above you takes. Second, the construction. The sounds arent bad. But, I didnt know there was a bright spotlight that stayed on all night. The light shines directly into the building and for me, in my bedroom. The blinds help to a degree, but if I want a dark room, Id have to buy blackout curtains. Lastly, going back to why you dont want to live underneath someone, the sound the toilet in the master bath makes when it flushes is loud and obnoxious. The apartment itself is beautiful. I will say that there are scratches and chips on cabinets and stuff (I saw another review mention that). The size and set up, however, is wonderful. Long story short, If youre going to live here, live on the fifth floor and not facing the construction. If that isn’t available, I would pass (personally).I’d give Linc 3.5 stars (again, I really like the apartment), but I’m not rounding up to 4 because these are all major issues, at least they are for me. I absolutely love everything about this community! The apartments are gorgeous and have the nice high-end finishes. Touring was a nice surprise as I didnt know about some of the community spaces the building has since it wasnt shown on the website. The people here are welcoming and its a very dog-friendly community. Even with limitations because of the pandemic, the leasing staff still goes out of their way to be helpful, answer questions and do small things for us residents. It all adds up! Id highly recommend this community, everything is brand new, the value is superb for what you pay in rent and the proximity to both downtown areas AND Grays Lake cannot be beat!

There is just no negatives about Linc. The location is perfect and close to everything downtown. The view from the rooftop club house and patio are the best in the city! The apartments are beautiful! The amenities are endless. The staff is second to none.

Love the Gyms, the theater and the pool, the game room and the upstairs 5th floor for wonderful get togethers. They are quick to take care of problems in the apartment and the are very friendly to dogs.
