Melbourne 55 units are very nice, I would have given it 5-Stars if it had a grill directly across from Building E in has plenty of space outside to put at least one inground grill. Other than that I love it so far.

I moved here in February and am happy I choose Melbourne. The leasing agent was so friendly and helpful during the application process and felt she worked hard to get me the best deal. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are friendly and the Hubbell work orders online app amazed me when maintenance crew showed up five minutes after I sent in a request for a minor kitchen issue. Worked very well and professionally to get my partner into an apartment that we love. We have a dog and its still too much space for us. I would say we need more closet space, but there is a storage area outside that is perfect for the things we dont need in the apartment but needed to keep. Very reasonably priced and very happy with Caiti, especially.

Just moved into the Melbourne 55+ and we LOVE that everything is brand new and were the first ones to live in this unit. We have a nice view and the apt is spacious with W/D and an island in the kitchen, tall ceilings and private balcony. Management has been very responsive and helpful from the moment I first walked in to inquire about the unit. With few exceptions, its been nice and quiet.

From the beginning Leasing agent Abriana was the best exceptional help in explaining what Melbourne had to offer. I love the huge washer and dryer in the unit ceiling fans and a walkout door leading to a huge deck. Im in the 55 and over living. The building has elevator and maintenance has taken care of issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend Melbourne and 55 and over living.

My husband and I love it here. We moved in the middle of December 2019 and so far its been great. Love the convince of having the washer and dryer in the unit. Nice appliances too. Highly re commend the Melbourne 55 and better units.

Staff is professional and very friendly. They worked quickly to get me the apartment I wanted and approved for the move in date requested. I cant wait to sit on the balcony and enjoy peace in my new home.

Best apartment and complex in which we have lived. Our leasing & residential manager, Abri, has been absolutely wonderful. We understand that there is a new complex manager who seems very nice as well. Abri has been so helpful, cheerful and responsive to any need. The maintenance staff have been so friendly and competent -- very responsive. We love our apartment. It is light, bright and the floor plan really works for us. It is clear that they want residents to be happy here!

I love my apartment here. It is spacious and modern and the maintenance is quick and efficient. The grounds are well kept and the management is great.

I have lived here since January of this year. I have had a few hiccups a long the way but they have corrected the problem except for my washer. I really like having my own washer and dryer in my apt. They are clean

All of Hubble reality are MOLDING! Built on poor foundation! Then management wants to argue about what temp you keep your apartment at! No where in the lease does it say you have to keep you apartment at a certain temp! I have new born baby and this apartment is MOLDING! I will be taking legal action!

Maintenance couldnt even hook up a dryer. Paid 70 in electric every month because Id have to dry each load 54 times. Rude manager. Always hearing gunshots in the complex. Would not recommend, far from family friendly

Its actually a nice place. My bro live there for a yr and I use to be in n out helping him with the kids. Its clean inside n outside n wat I like mostly is the washer and dryer in the apartment n also the kids play area. I jus apply, hope n pray that I be approved cuz I will luv to live in Melbourne until I decide to leave Iowa. Ive never one day saw roaches or anything in the apartment. My daughter school is 6mins away n the boss always picking her up. U have so many store around u as well.

DO NOT RENT HERE - the new manager of this property is a terrible woman. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with someone that does not care about anything but looking good for her boss! They dont care about your complaints, and the new manager does not treat people with common decency. The apartments also have MOLD and the flooring comes apart. #bringJillback

Dont think that you will get a key to the workout center! Ive lived here a little over 2 months and still dont have one! Supposedly its broke! Jill the manager offered me a key that doesnt work until its fixed! Umm no what am I going to do with that! Its a joke! I even tried calling corporate and they dont even bother to call you back! Let alone answer their phones!

So far a few bumps but management is very nice and truly willing to go extra mile so far.The other tenants are mainly not nice!Ive been here a week and my neighbor has a screaming baby every night and leave trash outside there door

Look very nice on the outside, clean on the inside but dont let that fool you we have been here 3 months and still have roaches that we have noticed 2 days after moving in. They have had pest control come multiple times and still we have roaches. Its disgusting and they dont care about your complaints. We are moving as soon as we can and not recommend these to anyone.

These people have repeatedly dropped the ball on answering calls and there phones lines to the main line seem to go in and out of service with staff refusing accountability and saying they are all in meetings for the reason. They have not provided me with an adequate move in experience as I am scheduled to move tomorrow and have not signed a lease just paid deposit. They also didnt have apartment ready by the date asked and couldnt provide me with solid details on unit repairs or completions timeframes on the unit Im actually moving into. Still havent seen it either. Starting to think its a bait and switch situation and they are doing this to anyone moving there since the one day I visited the property another family had been waiting for unit as well.

Really nice apartments, and Kristina in the office is very nice and very helpful. She is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for her tenants.

NEVER RECEIVED A GYM KEY AFTER A FEW MONTHS I FINALLY GOT ONE. BUT I ACTUALLY NEVER USED THE GYM. WELL AFTER I MOVED OUT I ACCIDENTALLY FORGOT TO RETURN IT ONCE I GOT MY RENT DEPOSIT BACK I NOTICED IT WAS WAY LOWER THAN IT SHOULD BE. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE KEY, I APOLOGIZED AND TOLD THEM IT WAS A SINCERE ACCIDENT I FORGOT TO RETURN IT. I RETURNED IT THE SAME DAY. AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS OF CALLING AND ASKING WHERE MY $75 WOULD BE RETURNED TO ME (THE COST FOR NOT RETURNING THE KEY) I KEPT BEING TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT SHE WOULD CALL CORPORATE AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. NEVER DID. WELL IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE I MOVED OUT I HAVE FINALLY BEEN TOLD THEY CANT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE ITS TOO LATE FOR PAYROLL TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I WAS ALSO CHARGED $40 DOLLARS FOR NOT REPLACING 5 LIGHT BULBS IN MY 2 BATHROOMS. RIDICULOUS! NOT TO MENTION MY WHOLE TIME LIVING HERE(1 YR) I WAS MISERABLE! MY WHOLE PREGNANCY WAS AWFUL BECAUSE OF MY POT HEAD NEIGHBORS, CONSTANTLY PARTYING. COPS CALLED THOUSANDS OF TIMES(NOT BY ME) FEELING LIKE ANY MOMENT THEY WOULD BRAKE THE WALL. ONLY THING DONE BY MANAGEMENT WAS GIVE THEM A WARNING. I WAS ALSO GIVEN AN APARTMENT THAT HAD NOT BEEN CLEAN OR FIXED. THEY DID CLEAN THE CARPET AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS AND REPLACE THE MICROWAVE. BUT IT WAS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. THIS SHOULD OF BEEN DONE BEFORE I MOVED THERE.

I have lived in my aprtment over 5 years and the staff has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have never experienced any difficulty when requesting to have something fixed or other problem. As far as insect problems or roaches- none. I have begin to notice resident concerns like fighting and arguing outside between tenents and their guests. I have experienced items being stolen from my patio. Also, had been under impreseion I was safe because i thought they had securoty camwras throught complex- which now I know they dont. What they do have is very limited and unknown. Hopefully, the disputes and such stay u der control and this dont become another community of concern.

The landlords here are VERY rude. I feel uncomfortable walking into the office as Michelle and Kristina think they are better then everybody. YES its great looking apartments. Central air is a √. Washer and Dryer is a √. Finally the speed bumps are a √. When I complain to them about several things and they never bother to help the situation.. Its more of a Tough it up attitude. I will drop a money order off and I get dirty looks if I bring my kids in there and they are acting like kids. Family oriented... Dont believe it. Pathetic landlords. They dont even tell you as I heard a gunshot a month ago and they will not answer me of was it a gun. I have kids and deserve to know! The police station will be so much more honest then them trust me. Thanks for having the time to read my review. But please if you see this review ask them about it. They might say Im crazy, after signing that lease you will be in the same boat.

I lived here for 5 years. They were never 5 stars to begin with but after the terrible experience I had with neighbors, managements, MOLD and the neighborhood in general I will leave 1 star which is generous. DONT MOVE HERE unless you are cool with mold, terrible management and tweakers/ drug dealers for neighbors.

We wanted to make this place home but after 4 months of not correcting mold,having to smell weed everytime i open my window, having upstairs neighbors practically come through my ceiling, having to rehook up my own washer and dryer and seeing/killing roaches as they come through my door, I cant say we feel welcome at this home Sadly, we will not be resigning our lease nor be giving a positive rating to this complex!
