Not sure what everyone else is saying, But Raj has been nothing but kind to us so far. His rent is reasonable and he’s very accommodating. We haven’t moved in yet, but so far I’m super pleased at how prompt he’s been with getting back to us. He not once tried to fast talk me like the other land lords have.... and that’s very much appreciated. So far this has been the fastest process out of all the landlords we spoken to. And so far we’re happy! 🤴🏾👸🏽

Raj Kumar is one of the most unpleasant landlords Ive ever had. Very neglectful of his property and has rules in the lease he doesnt enforce. Allows his tenants to have huge fights over and over or dump trash and does nothing. Be very careful and take videos and pics of everything with him when moving in/out so that youll have solid evidence for small claims court if needed to get your deposit back.He also keeps the keys to all the apartments outside behind an unlocked gate in a flimsy lock box. Completely unsecure, and he refused to change this practice despite the laws surrounding key safety.

Owner Raj is a tool. Just took my application fee. Now he is threatening me with a lawsuit for this review.
