My grandfather was a mechanic, and my dad grew up around the garage, and has always worked on all of the cars in our family. I was referred to Ralph by my dad. Ralph is knowledgeable, reasonable, reliable, and honest. He goes above and beyond every time, and I trust him completely.

I called for an estimate and/ or to see if I could get in as soon as possible. The person who answered me was extremely rude and short. He kept asking what parts did I need and I said I wasnt sure but I could come in so we could figure that out. He told me he couldnt unless I knew what parts I needed. Im not a mechanic and thats why I called. Very rude and not professional.
