Repaired 2010 fusion exhaust leak. 1/2 price of highest quote. completed as promised. did not attempt to upsell as other shops. This is our snow car limited use. made it clear that we want safe, passes inspection, yet as inexpensive as possible. plenty of parking. clean, comfortable waiting area. (we dropped car off as we live nearby)Delivered exactly what we wanted at best price in the area.

Overall Derry Exhaust is an awesome place to go for exhaust work, their turnaround time, their value per dollar, and quality of work will not be reached by their competitors in the market. Ive been there many times and I will continue to drive the 1.5hrs each way when I need exhaust work done.Cons: there are only two but no business is perfect, for derry exhaust their customer service has always been weird, calling them or going in the atmosphere is not always welcoming, not rude, but just awkward and not always inviting. This is nitpicking but if youre looking for the absolute limit of exhaust work Derry exhaust does not mandrel bend, and mig welds instead of tig welds, and stretches the pipe at junctions instead of using butt welds or v-band flanges (but this can be a pro in other ways).Pros: The best balance of price, quality, skill, materials. Ive had Derry Custom Exhaust make 2 full 3 stainless, performance, exhaust systems, and do exhaust repairs on two other cars. The price has always been very reasonable for the job and the quality has always been high, and has always been completed in the same day and often within an hour of when i arrive. On the note of the limit of custom exhaust technique as previously mentioned there is another level of quality if youre willing and ready to set piles of money on fire (think ~$2,000-3,000 for a stainless headerback). the choices derry exhaust makes are to keep the costs reasonable with high quality and durability . For example just switching the pipe junctions to stainless, tig-welded, 3 v-band flanges would probably add $600-800 in parts and labor to the base cost of an exhaust, then a similar upcharge for precision-cut mandrel-bent tubing, and another upcharge for tig welded butt joints on the cut pipes. The work Derry custom does has lasted well both in poor weather and in my performance applications and i am happy to recommend them!

Best prices anywhere and work is done completely with no short cuts. I was a former mechanic so I mark my old parts and know what to look for when service is done . They call you before any work is done and don’t do any unnecessary work because their honest and also too busy due to how well they treat their customers. Highly recommended

Wrong equipment used on vehicle. Still had leak in exhaust pipe. New o2 sensor not working. Cost over $500 and didnt pass inspection. So disappointed. Will never be back or recommend. Disputing charges with credit card company.

I went for a quote on a manifold. Mechanic I spoke with didnt seem to care, didnt introduce himself and quoted me a random price within 5 seconds. It really seemed like they had plenty of work to do and didnt want my business. When I questioned the price because he didnt even look at the vehicle or get a part quote, he just double down on the quote and I left. It truly felt like he just wanted me out of there and didnt want my business. They may do great work, I will never know cause I wont go back due to this one interaction.

Got some exhaust work done on my lifted cherokee or monster truck as they called it. Did a great job for a great price and got it done in a quick time frame.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. Got told one price on the phone to get told hundreds more after dropping my car off to them. Also made the remark that he dont need my business because he has plenty of work lined up. Go back to get my car and they leave the keys inside plain view where anyone couldve walked up and took off with my car. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Go elsewhere!

Needed gaskets changed on cross over pipe on my 2011 Ford Escape. Now check engine light is on. Went back to shop and got major attitude from guy stating he was the owner. Terrible customer service, basically told me it was my problem and not theirs. Will never visit this shop again do to their arrogant attitude and no respect for customer satisfaction. Save your time and money and find a real garage that has people interested in customer satisfaction.

I’ve been coming to this garage sense 2017 and they have yet to fail me. They are honest straight forward and try hard to find you the most affordable prices!! I have to say they have better deals then Lou custom! I’ve had issues with multiple cars in the past, but when I brought it here. They addressed issues was on point with issues and have fixed multiple problems. I don’t trust any other place unless this shop may not be able to do certain repair they always point me in the right direction!!

I needed a replacement flex pipe for my 2004 Subaru Outback. I was quoted $140, and the repairs were completed within 90 mins of drop off. Ill be sure to use them again for any future exhaust work my vehicles might need.

Exhaust broke on my car last Friday, called in and CJ and the guys got me in right away. I was back on the road in an hour. Great prices and great work!

Failed inspection somewhere else for exhaust and said I needed a whole new exhaust front to back for over $1500. Brought this in just after 4pm and they told me that they could do the repair with flex pipe for $300 and I ended up having them inspect it afterwards and I am good now. They were done by 5pm which was perfect!

Louis, is a very respectable man. He is understated when charging a fare price. Louis is worth 2 times what he charges. He worked on a project for me that normally he would not do and the trooper that he and his employees are stuck with it till it was complete. I went in to have a major hole patched. I called and explained and they knew exactly what I meant. I brought it in and they took it in on the spot. It was on the lift and being sawed off in a matter of minutes.They replaced a section of pipe for less than 60 dollars and told me about two other sections that might need service again soon, didnt push them on me.Love these guys I have been to two locations with stellar results both times.

Was quoted elsewhere for a flexpipe replacement. over 500 for the whole front pipe, over 300 to cut and replace both flexpipes, and about 280 for 1 flexpipe. Derry Exhaust made it clear that 2 flexpipes are not necessary, so they installed one, in about 45 minutes, looked great, sounded great, and was charged a very reasonable price for the work that was done. I also made my appointment the day prior, for 8am the next day, showed up at 7:50, got taken right in, and they started working on it within 60 seconds of being there. Highly recommended.

First things first, this is going to be a very long review but please read to the end. I have an 04 f250, wich has the comin ford exhaust leak on the manifolds, i called to many places and they had the lowest inbetween prices, i went to them and got my final quote on what it would caust, i was quoted $1000. ( a little note im a high schooler and am working hard to make the money to fix this truck) I was happey with there price and had both manifolds done, when I droped the truck off, the only issue the truck had was the leaking manifolds (also another note this derry exhaust was previously a loues custom exhaust, but the franchise was tacken away due to them not following rules and other scevi work) 24 hours later i got a call, they told me the EGR also needed to be replaced, i gave them the go ahead, they also told me the truck would be ready that same day. Around 4 I decided to call to check up, i live 20 minuets away and they close at 5, around 4;30 i finaly got ahold of them and they said the truck was good to go, no issues, when i got there to pay they had me pay, wich my final cost was $1080, then after i got my keys back and was getting ready to leave the girl behind the counter said wait the machanic would like to talk to you, the machanic informed me that the truck had a check engine light for cylinder 1 and 6 miss fireing, and rough idle, he said the truck had the light on when we arrived wich was the biigest lie i ever have been told, i took the truck to a different mechanic and he thought he fixed it but said dont go far and keep an eye on everything, 3 days later the truck repeats the propblem, i brought it back to the machanic and he told me the engine is done and will need to be replaced. I am mainly telling you this because i want to say buyer beware these people are hacks and a $1080 could turn ito more, please spend a little bit more money and go somewhere els, save yourself the hassle and pain, if i could i would give them 0 stars or if i really could -5 stars, thay were shut down ounce for a reason.

We took my vehicle Lous for an exhaust mainfiold and exhaust leak repair. A week after repair we had to take the truck back because it wasnt fix and they put on a second mainfiold free. Since then Ive had to get the O2 sensor replaced because they didnt put the sensor back in the manifold so it got damaged. My catalytic converter is needed replaced (not related to Lous fix). I went to the dealership this time and they said when the manifold was replaced they did not replace the heat sheild or a piece of pipe that connects to back exhaust which has a flange on it they need to use to repair the catalytic converter. That piece is costing me $400. Lous refuses to acknowledge their part in this even though they are the only ones who have touched the manifold and exhaust before the O2 sensor was replaced. Buyer beware and STAY AWAY!

Replaced the busted exhaust on my truck with a custom stainless steel dual flowmaster exhaust for less than I could even buy the parts to do it myself on Amazon. it sounds awesome.

I have been going to Lous Exhaust in Derry for about 5 years. They are always helpful and they dont try to upsell you on repairs you dont need to have done.

Brought in a complete exhaust to be installed. They didnt install the muffler that I needed due to a hole in it. They did the rest of the exhaust, just not the muffler.
