This was the first time that I had used Tire Warehouse. I booked an appointment to fix a flat tire on-line. This was confirmed be email within 15 mins. The work was completed efficiently, the people were friendly and polite, and the price was reasonable. So whats not to like?

I was at Tire warehouse today10/2/21 because I got a flat tire. Because I have an all wheel drive suv, I knew going in it would be pricy. I was also In two weeks ago with my Chevy Tahoe and spent just under $1,000. That being said, when I was In with my Tahoe I was quoted just under $1,000. When I went back that day they tried changing my price to $1,398! Not what I had agreed to. Today I went back and the price they had originally quoted me was $823.00 and the “new” price was going to be $890.00. I’m not exactly sure where the old manager went but I really liked him. He didn’t play games and was honest. Times are tough right now and a couple extra hundred or an extra $50 isn’t in the cards. I will no longer be recommending tire warehouse or getting tires from you guys again. I was also charged two different amounts today… shame on me for not asking again what the price would be. However I will say one thing, my money better be back in my account this evening like I was told!

I have been coming here for 4 years and have always had good experiences. Fair pricing Everyone is very nice, great service even though I never have made appointments ahead of time.They all look to be thinking of customers first before themselves.

I went to tire warehouse to have new tires put on. Let me tell you Paul the manager was great. Friendly and very personable. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best tire for my needs and budget. The technicians all of them work as a team and got my car done before I even finished my coffee. They all work very well together. Paul also told me I needed an alignment on my car which they do not do. He sent to another shop for that. I wish they did alignments because the service here is the best I have ever got. Thank you Paul and his team for your great service. My husband is coming in next week for his tire too. Above and beyond. Yesterday, I was stranded at work with a flat tire. My medical office building is next door to the Tire Warehouse, but I couldnt drive the car over. Matt, from the Tire Warehouse came to my rescue. He came up with a solution, grabbed a jack and tools and drove next door to my office. He took off the flat tire and put on my spare so I could drive over to get a new tire put on. All of this was done in less than an hour, just before they closed and it was all done with a smile. I cant say enough about how Matt responded. He was obviously brought up well. Thank you, Tire Warehouse and an special thank you to Matt.

Just want to start by saying that I Love this place. Best service around. Paul and the whole crew are awsome. They always take care of me. I kept coming in for air in my tires and always very professional about it. Today they saw a bubble in my tire. Glad that they let me know. So I called my dealership where I bought them and they have no warranty against that or any flat for that matter. Paul took good care of me hot me the same tire so I did not have to replace all 4 I am very grateful for that. So I replaced it and got on my way. Highly recommended again! Paul is excellent. The boys that work in the shop are also excellent - all four vehicles I have received winter tires mounted and balanced without any ride issues whatsoever. This is a real problem with other tire companies around Derry. This is the place to go and Paul is incredibly accommodating and honest with his abilities to get you in and taken care of.

Happy to do this review for this store went way above and beyond. I had a flat right down the street from them at the gas station. I walked down to them because my car didnt have a jack in it. They were very nice to put the floor jack into their van and drive to the gas station to jack up my car and put my spare on so I could go and have my tire repaired. Paul the manager was awsome. He wasnt even open yet at 7 am but he was there so he helped me out. Thanks Paul. I really appreciate all of your help this morning. I got to work a little late but awsome service. I now know where I can go to get my tires when the time comes. I will not go any where else just because of your great service. Again way above and beyond. Paul is the man.

OMG. Brian and the guys are amazing. So nice and kind. I had trouble with a tire constantly losing air. After a few months of them filling my tires for free. I finally decided to make an appointment to find out why. Small hole in tire. They fixed it for free. So nice to know there is such kindness left in the service community. Had an appointment on 8/27/20 to get new tires in my pathfinder the guys were wonderful my truck was done in no time. Brian and his guys are very knowledgeable and very efficient. I always come here have never had bad service.The prices are great also. Beat all the other places I looked at.

Avoid this place. Incompetent staff. They put a directional tire on the WRONG WAY! They mounted both tires in the same direction with respect to the rim face so there was no way that it could be installed correctly on the vehicle. Luckily I noticed that the tread was pointing the wrong way when the kid put on the tire. They had to unmount and re-mount the tire the correct way. And after all that, they didnt balance it correctly so I had significant vibration. I went to a different tire shop same day to have the tires balanced correctly. Also theyll tell you one price over the phone and try to upsell you with extra service when you get there without telling you.

Purchased brand new tires and not even two weeks into having them, I ran over a nail. I called ten minutes before closing time and Paul greeted me with a “we’ll take care of you”. Really hard to find service like that these days!

Shane was very helpful in selecting new tires for my car and gave me different options for what my needs were. Would definitely recommend to anybody who needs work done to their car.

I just got 4 new tires for my Chevy Express 2500 yesterday and although somebody had ordered the wrong weight rating of tire when I initially went over the weekend, the gentleman I interacted with on Monday was sharp enough to notice the weight rating and personally corrected the issue, and Assistant Manager Pat on Tuesday got me in and out as fast as possible given the shortage of staffing. The issues that arose were dealt with promptly and professionally and kudos for that, I only wish these guys had more help and there were more than 2 people scheduled at a time.

Tyler and the rest of the staff were great. I had a nail in my tire which could have resulted in needing a new tire. Tyler was able to plug the home where the nail was. Added to the great customer service, they did not charge for plug even after offering to pay something towards it. Highly recommend tire warehouse and will be getting my tires replaced by these folks in the future.

My experience at Tire Warehouse in Derry was excellent- despite being very busy, Brian was able to fit my car in quickly when I walked in. He and his crew were professional, timely, and clearly knew what they were doing. This was much different than my typical experience at auto shops, it was clear that the staff cared about the work being done well and done efficiently. My car drives so much better with 4 working tires, thank you again Brian! I will definitely be coming back here for snow tires and any other tire needs I may have in the future. :)

I went to Tire warehouse today, based on the great reviews. I was 10 minutes late, and it was not a problem. Brian, who helped me, gave me a reasonable quote, but also took money off. I am very happy with my new set of tires. I purchased the Yokohama tires. They are amazing, and my suv is really quiet. Thank you for the recommendation of these tires. I was told the wait time would be about an hour, and my suv was done in that amount of time.

I went to tire warehouse today to get 4 new tires. They were able to get me in. Eric the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. He was able to put me in a set of tires that I was very happy with at a reasonable price. The crew was very friendly as well the got me right in and was able to get me back on the road in under 30 minutes. I was very happy with my service there and will continue to keep using tire warehouse for my tire needs.

There was only one guy working and he fit my car into his schedule when I showed up. It was my second time going and both times he didnt charge for lug nuts tightened and to change all my lug nuts. Like I said before really great place and really nice. Highly recommend.

I went to Tire Warehouse on Tuesday to replace 2 tires. My appointment was on time, and the service was excellent. The manager, Brian, reviewed everything with me both before and after. Very pleasant and friendly.

Not only did they not fix my leaking tire, they snapped off a lug bolt and cross threaded another one. Then they told me sorry go somewhere else to fix it and did not offer any compensation for the issue they created. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and very disappointed

I always go to this place because they’re the best! I had no clue what was wrong with my tire other than the sensor always going off. Brian found the issue so fast and then pointed out that the sensor wasn’t even detecting the issue on the right tire. He reset everything and fixed the problem quickly and I haven’t had an issue since. Love this place!

I unfortunately didnt seem to have the same experience as a lot of these reviews. I was referred by another garage. When I arrived, they said it would be about 30 minutes, that they just had a bunch of people show up. No problem. I had my dogs with me, so we just walked around the parking lots in the area. After 30 minutes, my car was still in the parking lot. I asked about how much longer. And he said 10 minutes. Well, after waiting over 90 minutes, and my car was still sitting in the parking lot, I started calling around and ended up going to Tires Too who could take me right away. (Tires Too was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!!!). Anyway, I just wanted to leave this message about the timing. I completely understand that some things may take longer than expected. But this was definitely excessive. And to be told very inaccurate times twice. And if theyre falling behind, it wouldnt hurt to pop outside and let me know, hey, it looks like its actually going to be another hour. Setting expectations is everything.

I went to tire warehouse to have a flat tire taken care of. I did not have an appointment and I was told I didnt need 1. I showed up to the shop and there was a couple of cars ahead of me. The gentleman behind the counter I believe his name was Eric told me that it would be a little bit of a wait. I was expecting it to take 3 hours. He had my car in and the job done and I was on my way withing 30 minutes. Eric was very polite and friendly. I was pleased with the service and will continue going there when I need any tire work done. I will highly recommend them for any tire needs.

I always use them to put air in my tires. Today I walked in because one of my tires wasnt holding any air. They took it in and fixed the tire as it had 2 nails in it and I was out within 30 minutes.

This place is great. I went in the shop before closing, looking for 4 new tires. They didnt have my size in stock but found them at the next store. We made an appointment for the next morning at 11am. I showed up on time and they were ready to get me in, even with a line of new customers. I thought I would be pushed back, but they took my car right away. They had my car finished in about 45 minutes. The guys working there obviously have fun at work, everyone had a smile and a joke. I would definitely recommend Tire Warehouse.

I went to tire warehouse to get 4 new tires. I have shopped other tires places before only to feel that I was taken advantage of. When I went to tire warehouse I thought that it was going to be the same. I spoke with John and he was very kind and cared about what kind of tires I was looking for and not trying to sell me the most expensive tires. When I finished talking to him I felt at ease knowing I found a place that cared about me and my needs and not just my money. The service was fast and I was very happy I went to tire warehouse for my 4 tires. I will continue using them moving forward knowing they care about my needs and not just my money. Went to tire warehouse in derry today. First time customer but definitely wont be my last. I went to 3 different tire shops today to try and get a flat fixed and all of them said the tire wasnt fixable. All they wanted was to sell me 4 tires. Went to tire warehouse and the manager john said it was most definitely fixable they they patched it and it was all good. I will be back in the fall for new tires. They had my car in the bay and the tires rotated and me on my way well within the time originally specified.
