This is the best mechanic in the area hands down!!! The one who runs it is very honest and professional. As a single woman, we tend to usually be afraid to go to mechanics, of fear being over priced or work not being completely done correctly. But these guys here are hands down the best. Found this mechanic through Carmax. I do 99% of my old maintenance but needed some AC work done on a car that we recently bought. Can’t speak highly enough of Derry Rotary Auto. They are fair priced, honest, punctual, friendly, everything that he would want in a mechanic. Since having some warranty work done through my car max extended warranty through Derry. During the process Hani Kept me up-to-date on what was going on, Told me about the warranty process, order the part, even texted me when to bring my car back in! We have used them for inspections, new tires, and several other things. Would highly highly recommend this mechanic! Good mechanics and especially honest ones are hard to come by….Derry rotary fits the bill for all of it!!! I even have suggested to friends and family their services because of their fair pricing and honesty. As a small business owner myself I like to promote small businesses. Derry rotary you do a bang up job! I don’t trust my cars with everyone…. But you guys are awesome!!!!

I am glad I found this service station from a coupon in the Spectrum flyer. I had work done there at least twice. It is a little bit of a drive from Haverhill MA maybe 20 - 30 minutes tops it is worth it. They have always come in lowest price for estimates even beating nationally known chains. They were able to get some of my prior cost refunded on parts which helped greatly. Great work friendly guys willing to help. Thank you.

Went for an inspection and failed for ball joints. Guy was really nice and showed me the ball joints (quote me $850). I replaced both ball joints myself and went back for the reinspection. I didnt have the paperwork from the first inspection so they told me they had to do a complete reinspection. They gave me a hard time about my wipers, so okay fine put new wipers on, $36. I get home and see that they flaked paint off of my fender with a scree driver or something. Can clearly see where something was scraped along the fender. The paint was bubbling already but pretty unprofessional of them to flake my paint off. Especially considering I was there for a reinspection and all they should have been looking at was the ball joints. I called them about it and of course they denied it. I will not be going back.

Derry rotary auto is the best place to bring your car problems. All my family cars and trucks are worked on there. Its always excellent workmanship and the price is great. We have been going there for a while and we will keep going there.

We just moved to the area and I needed an oil change and new sticker. I had a coupon for the inspection sticker so I thought I would check them out. I was very happy with the service, they checked many things that I have never had checked when getting a sticker. Very professional and pleasant employees, I will be returning in the future.

Got a brand new truck from a dealership in Massachusetts, of course with my luck I got a flat tire with in 3000 miles. Just moving to the area, I decided to check out Derry Auto. From start to finish it took him 20 minutes and the cost was a quarter of what everyone else was charging.Ive now gone 10000 miles no issues repaired my flat so I didnt have to get a new tire. Great attitude, great price, I recommend highly!

Very annoyed, I went there to get a 27$ oil change and walked out with almost a 90$ bill and was told I needed it to flush out the oil. Brought csr to mechanic and not only did he ask why I did it but he also said they are a waste of money. Very upset trying them and do not recommend at all... very upset with it and will never go back

Hani has a good business here. Had a major issue with girlfriends car but Hani worked to resolve issue and kept us up to date throughout getting it resolve. Will use in the future for any auto issues.

Service sucks..heres an example, you bring your vehicle to get looked at, ask them specifically to call you BEFORE SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE so you dont end up with a huge bill YOU CANT PAY FOR.NOPE, no phone call nothing.
